You basically enter and walk to the left where they have plastic gloves for you to grab what you want. When you walk a little further where the bread is, you will see paper bags on your left for you to place your items in. I love how you can grab freshly made bagels off of the conveyer belt. They are the best! The only thing I would add if I were them, are signs on their desserts. They all look so delicious, but it can get a little confusing and frustrating for the customer and worker when you keep asking what things are and it definitely holds up the line. Many years ago, my friend Jon and I went for lunch and not only was the food so delicious and comforting, we were given a free drink and lovely vibes. Definitely worth trying if in the area.Just A Note:If you purchase a few flavors to try at a later time. We had two plain small thin crust pies, a half pepperoni/half sausage, and a small thin crust with half “the works” and half veggie. We also got a salad and two Italian subs and an arugula salad.
