“This was our second time going there. Our daughter goes to Pratt and it's walking distance from the school. It's a small diner but friendly staff. On one of the coldest days of winter the host made sure people were not waiting long for tables as best as she could. The food was good and service was really good. I'm glad my daughter has a place like this close to her dorm.“

The atmosphere is vibrant with many frequent customers, adding to the neighborhood vibe that makes this a good place to visit ... and maybe add to your diner experiences.

I had the weekend omelettw and cinnamon roll. Both were excellent. The chorizo and goat cheese blended so well in the omelette. The cinnamon roll was memorable, definitely among the best I have had.

Debra automatically spotted me in the crowded restaurant I let her know I wanted to Take my food to go. She got me a menu, came back took my order. Food didn’t take long. Whoever the lady was that took my payment was rude put my card on the counter with the slip for me to sign. She should have handed me my card. Debra made sure that I was aware my card was on the counter. She said put your card don’t forget about it. I would definitely go back for Debra’s world class service.“

“I came here regularly when the original owner George was in charge. Charming guy who stopped what he was doing to yell Hello to everyone who walked in. The food was regular diner food that he elevated. Huge portions and decent price. He retired or left and people who worked for him took over. I rarely go now. Food is decent but prices went up and portions are smaller. The servers are good and personable. Place seems to always be busy since there are several schools and offices in the area. Still decent but you don't get as much value for your money and no charm and personality from George.“

“Ever since I was little, I would go to this restaurant so many times. I have so many fond memories. Even eating it today, it brings back memories of when my mom would take me and my siblings to eat there for dinner. At the time, they would close much later than they do now. Thankfully, I'm already walking home by 2 pm, and since I live close by, the delivery was nice and fast. The food is always delicious, generously well priced, and the customer service is always really nice. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger that came with fries, along with an extra side of onion rings. That came up to $20 on the dot, and with the portions they serve, I was more than happy with that price. I have, and I will continue to go to this amazing restaurant. I highly recommend it if you're in the area.“

There is also accessible parking spots so it benefits you if you're in a rush because they'll do it quick!“

They also have great chicken noodle soup that cant be bought anywhere else. If you are ever around tiffany and east bay make sure to stop at Oasis Coffee Shop. Just down the block is a nice park where you can take your food and watch the manhattan skyline from across the water. Oasis also delivers if you need food at the park. Free delivery! Also try their home made lemonade!!! Idk what else to shout out cause all they food is good. They also make chicken tacos and amazing qusadillas.
