“Visited with a good friend for the first time. The cinnamon French toast latte? Delicious! I can’t recall the name of my breakfast however the house smoked sausage? Highly recommend. The eggs were cooked perfectly and the gluten free toast, from another local favorite, fabulous! The house made jam was so delicious I had to stop myself from licking the container it came in! We both tried the hash browns…OMG! I am excited to try more menu items in the near future!“

Anyway I work overnights, and decided to stop because the line wasn't around the building as usual(this was at 740 a. m., fyi, on the 16th.)and my kid said to try it so I did... let me tell you she was a breath of fresh air from the first second of contact. “I recently visited a Tim Hortons and the experience was pretty average. The coffee was okay, but not as fresh as I hoped. It had a slight bitter aftertaste, like it had been hanging around for a while. The donut I ordered was passable, but nothing great—a little dry. The service was also a little slow, even though there weren't many people. The staff didn't seem particularly motivated, and it seemed like they were just doing the minimum. Overall, it wasn't terrible, but it wasn't great either—just average. I expected a little better, especially given Tim Hortons reputation.“

“I enjoy this Dunkin Donuts. Every time im here inside or out, the service is always friendly and efficient. Big lines short waits, filled flavorful cups of Joe and breakfast food that keeps me favoring this coffee place on the island.
Some adjustments would be beneficial. 1) the bits are bigger and less expensive than Tim Hortins; just not as fresh.
2) if i get a flavored coffee, id like to taste a good mix.
Aside from this; i give the Grand Island Dunkin Donuts a 5 rating. Im never disappointed.
I am a fan and a customer as long as im a resident here. I also recommend them over other places.“

“I go here instead of the two closer locations. It's worth the drive. That is to say, it is much better than either of the Tim Horton's locations on UB's North campus. I must preface this. To be better than those is not hard. The bar is soooo low and limited and the stand of the bar is made of old wet newspaper held up only with the stickiness of an Elmer's GlueStick, to not be better than those locations would be akin to forgetting how to breathe, or pushing on every door labeled "Pull", eating a banana without peeling it, eating the little pellet bags you find in the boxes of new shoes, etc. They also have the Chipotle sauce which is really the only reason I go there. The farmers wrap slaps, they take the rewards too which the campus ones don't because... I don't know. Probably because students use their UB cards and parents essentially pay for the coffee and rewarding that kind of behavior is apparently not Campus-Tim's way.“
