“Went here 2 days in a row because the breakfast sandwich and latte were incredible the first time. Got a different breakfast sandwich each day I went and they were both fantastic and they were still warm in the foil after taking them to go and driving a half hour to work before I could eat it. Got the same latte both days and they were consistent both days. A little pricey but the quality matches the price. I’m going to try and make this a regular stop as long as Webster St isn’t jam packed.“

“This company brings their delicious coffee to our Wyoming County Fair every year! Can you believe it?! I enjoy it all week long. They retail their great ground and beans also right there. I like a strong brew and they have the best. So I can take some home. But if you prefer something else, they can fix you right up too! Highly recommend!“

“All I can say is I was impressed beyond belief. Go to the website and look at the menu and you will be blown away. The atmosphere is unbelievable. It is literally a sit-down dessert restaurant. You walk in. They ask you if it's for dine-in or takeout and they seat you at a table. They have a full espresso bar and in-house made ice cream, along with waffles, crepes, sundaes, brownies and cake. It's a little more pricey, but the quality makes it absolutely worth it. The atmosphere itself is worth going for. The dessert was utterly delectable, and so was the coffee.“

“I typically do a mobile app order for walk-in pick up. Tends to be faster. My orders are always on time & sometimes ready earlier than suggested time. We get frapp's as the Macha is my all time fav! Husband liked the Java chip one but they don't sell it any longer. Always busy but staff is pleasant & inside restaurant is clean.“

“All I have to say is ... Ashley. I've never ordered from your place before maybe because I don't drink coffee? Anyway I work overnights, and decided to stop because the line wasn't around the building as usual(this was at 740 a. m., fyi, on the 16th.)and my kid said to try it so I did... let me tell you she was a breath of fresh air from the first second of contact. Makes you feel heard, important, guided me through my order it was amazing.. the lady at the window was wonderful as well, and brought Ashley to the window so I could tell her that even if I may end up not liking the food(which she hurriedly said is delicious!),I would come order again because of her. She really hits the spot when it comes to early morning blues ..thank you for hiring her, and the staff as well was very quick and everything was delicious, by the way .... Oh if you need to know I ordered 10 timbits, 2 egg and cheese scrambled croissant sandwiches, and a hash brown . Was amazing and I got 2 meals out of it!!
Hope she gets to hear about this, as well as the young blonde lady at the window when I pulled up... Will definitely be back!!!“

“Apparently we were the first mobile app order that came in delayed. We told them we placed this order for pick up 30 mins prior at place of staying before check out. Staff tried to blame us for ordering mobile in drive thru? Issue was resolved after a dispute (as we walked in, staff was focused mainly on drive thru orders and talking, not focusing on the mobile orders computer), but cost us a little travel time. Very unwelcomed first TH experience of my travel companion.“

“Good coffee but they need better deals. McDonalds across the street does 1.79 Large Ice Coffee. Capitalism means competing not living in price denial and charging $3 for the same product. You'd think Tim Hortons would be more aware that they are losing a price war and profit as coffee costs 50 cents a cup with labor included.“

“I enjoy this Dunkin Donuts. Every time im here inside or out, the service is always friendly and efficient. Big lines short waits, filled flavorful cups of Joe and breakfast food that keeps me favoring this coffee place on the island.
Some adjustments would be beneficial. 1) the bits are bigger and less expensive than Tim Hortins; just not as fresh.
2) if i get a flavored coffee, id like to taste a good mix.
Aside from this; i give the Grand Island Dunkin Donuts a 5 rating. Im never disappointed.

“This place is my go to stop every morning. The older lady at the window is so polite and friendly and always provides immaculate service and shows great hospitality! The whole team is very understanding and professional. They always have whatever I want to eat or drink and if they don’t have it they always go out of their way to offer to make it fresh to order. “I go here instead of the two closer locations. It's worth the drive. That is to say, it is much better than either of the Tim Horton's locations on UB's North campus. I must preface this. To be better than those is not hard. The bar is soooo low and limited and the stand of the bar is made of old wet newspaper held up only with the stickiness of an Elmer's GlueStick, to not be better than those locations would be akin to forgetting how to breathe, or pushing on every door labeled "Pull", eating a banana without peeling it, eating the little pellet bags you find in the boxes of new shoes, etc. They also have the Chipotle sauce which is really the only reason I go there. The farmers wrap slaps, they take the rewards too which the campus ones don't because... I don't know. Probably because students use their UB cards and parents essentially pay for the coffee and rewarding that kind of behavior is apparently not Campus-Tim's way.“

“I stopped coming here about a year ago but then was told changes were made. I have since been coming in the mornings on my way to work and WOW what a difference. The drive through continuously moves getting people on their way and my order is always correct and quickly prepared. One time I forgot to order an additional item and when I got to the window an employee named Cheyanne was so nice with helping me out and just adding it to my order right then and there. I leave for work at 4:45am and gave up on this location a year ago because they were never open by 5am. Since returning over the past month not only are they open but they are at full service right at 5am. Whatever changes were made keep up the great work!!!!!“
