“Great food! Worth the price! It's a hidden gem in Sanborn. I always get the brasa on a salad instead of the sandwich. Soooo good! The chicken is flavorful and cooked well. The super crispy potatoes are worth it as your side upgrade. Definitely try it if you haven't! Also, I normally order ahead of time on the Toast App and pick up. Easy and convenient.“

“My partner couldn't stop singing the praises of beef on weck. We were in Niagara Falls at the end of September, and we came out here based on the reviews. We did not realize that they are about 10 miles from downtown Niagara Falls. It was so good, we came back the next day. They are extremely well worth the drive. A nice simple place, you can order outside in the front of the building, or inside. They have seating both areas. Everybody was friendly, and the prices were reasonable. They have won awards for their beef on Weck, and I can see why. You can get it with anywhere from 2 1/2 ounces for a lighter eater,, to a whopping 8 ounces of roast beef. The roast beef was tender and wonderfully flavored, the jus that they dip the top half of the roll in was heavenly, and I loved the kummelweck roll with the caraway seeds and salt. I can see why my partner is always singing the praises of this sandwich, and why it is a mainstay of the Buffalo area, For dessert, both times my partner had the frozen custard. The first time, I had the canoli ice cream. Delicious! It actually had pieces of canoli in it. The second time, I had the custard, and it was creamy and delicious. Much better than your standard soft serve. They are closed for the season, but they will reopen in March of 2024. . The next time we are in the area, we would stop by in a heartbeat. Thank you!!“

“I can't believe what I'm reading on some of these reviews and think it must be a Buffalo problem. Blaine, Joella and all the folks in the Tempe location are first rate. They treat me right every time I come in, and the hot dogs are the best anywhere. Love the rings. My daughter loves the shakes. And even the fountain drinks are spot on with carbonation, which these days is saying something. Big hat tip to Tempe Ted's.“

“This is the right place to get a quick but enjoyable pizza. The prices are great considering you can put on as many toppings as you want, they are very generous with them too. “A friend and I came here lunch one weekend. He'd been there a couple of times and this was my first time so it was interesting. It is small to say the least but they have a few tables for dining inside. We luckily got a table and we figured out what we wanted for lunch. They do have a good selection for their menu so variety is great. My friend ordered stir fried noodles and a scallion pancake (he ordered some lo mein to go) and I got the spring rolls and shrimp lo mein. The portions were large for the price and the food it was delicious. I will have to come back to order takeout from them in the future just to see what they offer.“

“I accidentally placed an order for pick-up using the Checkers app. I could not pick it up since my roommate was borrowing my car. I called this location explaining the situation and the employee I spoke with said he would deliver it directly to me since he was about to leave anyway. “This is my favorite subway to go to! I go every lunch and dinner and the employees welcome me and make my subs perfect every time! Honestly amazing how they can handle a rush understaffed and with a smile on their faces :)! I am a little upset about the teriyaki sauce changing I really missed the original but thats not really in their control. “We happened to be in the area coming home from Niagara Falls & I needed DQ !! I have a feeling our location on Elmwood is not reopening this year. I hope I'm wrong, but I don't think so. I placed an online order for three blizzards at 100 Niagara St. When we got there, I had Jim go in and he was gone for the longest time. I guess they were writing on somebody's ice cream cake, so it took a long time before they could get to him. The prices are a lot higher at this location, then on Elmwood and on Kenmore Avenue. The Blizzard's also seems smaller. The cups see more narrow. I could be wrong, but I don't know about that. I haven't tried them yet, but I'm sure they're good. It's just good to know that there is a place to go. That's not too far away to get my ice cream when my location is not open. It's in the plaza with other stores, so it's a very small location, but at least I got what I wanted, hence the four stars. I didn't go in, so I can't comment on what it looks like inside.“

“I faithfully order on the Subway app a turkey footlong and turkey salad for dinner from the GI Subway every Thursday for my husband and I. Tiffany and Don the owner greet me with a smile and have my order ready for me right when I walk in the door. The store is always clean and welcoming and our food delicious. In fact, my special order salad is one of my favorite salads around. I highly recommend this store as it is consistent with friendly service and good food!“
