“Probably the breakfast ever. Everything I tasted was nec plus ultra. Best Fried Chicken, Best Country Fried Steak, Best Home Fries, Best Beef Sammich. Awesome service. Prices are Cheap for the Huge Quantity of food you get. Great Gift Shop. Highly recommended.“

“Stopped by on the way through to Lake Placid for a lunch. Food was tasty, staff was friendly, outdoor and indoor dining atmosphere was incredible! Nicely decorated, very clean, and even on a hot, humid day, the covered deck seating was very comfortable. We will be back again!“

“It was our first time visiting Lake George Beach Club with the family yesterday and I can't say enough great things about this place. “I was searching for a place to have lunch on top of the water, and found this gem. A golf course! Beautiful scenery. Food was great. Very fresh and some added flavors to make this spot a little different. The pretzel bits are great, with the maple mustard..yumm.I was also told the best view was from the 10th hole...it sure was breathtaking. I would go eat there again for lunch and for a stroll.“

“My husband and I just left after enjoying an awesome meal to celebrate our 25th Anniversary. The Veal a la Raymond and Shrimp St. Petersburg was outstanding. Our server Jen was on point and so friendly. Even the young man filling our water was friendly. Please give them a try!“
“we loved our stay. The views were beautiful and so relaxing. The food was delicious, and we loved that you could order at the Cabana bar as well as in the restaurant. We were not disappointed with anything we ordered. Best risotto I've ever had. Our bartender was very attentive, friendly and made great drinks. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting lakeside in the evening relaxing with drinks. All staff were friendly, very helpful and hard working. We truly appreciate their hard work, and it didn't go unnoticed. The beach was clean and so family friendly. We just enjoyed sitting in the chairs, which were in the water and observing the breathtaking views. We were walking distance to the wonderful Lake George village. Our room was comfortable, clean and great AC. The fire pits at night were a great addition. our stay was very relaxing and we had a great time.“

“I’ve been going to Monte Cristos for years and never leave disappointed. Friendly staff, great food, beautiful view! My only problem is I seldom stray from the Buffalo Burger, absolutely delicious! Highly recommended if you’re looking for some good eats while enjoying Lake George!“

“I don’t know how this restaurant doesn’t have more reviews. My fiancé and I love a restaurant with good portions. We had just finished up a 7 mile hike and we needed some good fuel. There are very few restaurants that can do breakfast better than we can, but this place blew us out of the water. I’ve never seen a pancake so big and so well done. Our omelettes were the size of our heads and cooked to perfection. We will be back. Thank you scrappies for being open on the off season!“

“We took the Sacrement dinner cruise two years in a row. Boat ride and scenery was great. Food was great but the service was very unorganized. We were seated at a middle table that neither server came to. We had to constantly ask for drinks, dessert etc and no one would come. Complained to the manager who said “this happens a lot at this table….” So, I guess we will forego future trips, even though the food was delicious but having to always ask for service it’s not fun.“

“Beautiful quaint diner! We luckily stumbled upon dix on our way to Vermont to see the eclipse. Farm to table is so accurate! The breakfast was absolutely delightful. The service was great, the two who ran the establishment were so friendly and helpful with directions! The atmosphere was wonderful and we hope to come back next time we are in the area!“

“I actually don't think I've ever met nicer people. Absolutely. Every. Person. Was so nice. Every employee and all the other patrons. It felt like a homey bar that doesn't make outsiders feel like outsiders. 10/10 plan on returning while visiting the area. Didn't hurt that my grilled cheese & bacon sandwich was also delicious!“

“Went here for breakfast this morning, The waitress was great! She provided great service and offered great entertainment as well.. The atmosphere is cozy, its exactly what you'd expect from a small diner like this. The food was pretty good. The pancakes are the same generic pancakes that you get at most diners, the home fries are very good, well cooked but they could use maybe a bit more to season them. They use real bacon and not the paper thin bacon most places have. The coffee is good and overall I enjoyed this diner for my first time there.“
