“I arranged for our church choir to use this venue for a dinner party. The owner - Jeff, was so accommodating and helpful with assisting me with the details, including securing a DJ. The food was amazing, the atmosphere was inviting and we had an enjoyable and memorable evening. Music was a huge part of the evening and the DJ did not disappoint. We are already looking forward to returning!“

“I picked up food here for the first time and Auntie was so incredibly welcoming. She was happy to let me sample a handful of the dishes they were serving, all of which were delicious.

The oxtail here is just phenomenal. The depth of flavor of the gravy was such a standout. My rice and peas were covered in it and I wish I had more!

The jerk chicken was incredibly tender and the sweet and spicy sauces were a great compliment.

The fresh pine ginger drink is a must have and the homemade coco bread was pillowy soft.

The chef is an absolute pro here when it comes to salinity. The seasoning was spot on for every entree without any lingering saltiness.“

“visited Paradise Jerk Jamaican Restaurant for the first time today and decided to try the cornmeal porridge and an order of sweet plantain. I have to say, I was very impressed! The porridge was smooth, creamy, and full of authentic Jamaican flavor seasoned just right with the perfect balance of sweetness and spice. It had that comforting, homemade taste that instantly reminded me of traditional island cooking. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the service was quick. The portion was generous, and the food came out hot and fresh. For my first experience, it definitely left a positive impression, and I’m looking forward to going back to try more dishes on their menu.“

“I was provided with excellent customer service! There was a very nice gentleman that made addressed all my concerns and needs regarding my food! I explained how whenever I ask for extra gravy at other locations, they get upset, and he completely understood and gave me extra gravy with no attitude! The Mac and cheese with chicken was delicious and the oxtail with rice and peas was also very good and the loaded fries were good as well!!“

“My first time at Kingston Grill and I’d it weren’t for the professional, well mannered lovely lady at the counter it very well could have been my last. We as a Caribbean people often get entirely too comfortable serving our own with a nonchalant carelessness. I as a business owner myself take note and wholeheartedly appreciate when I get great service consistently. I can’t speak for everyone but as far as Precious, Michael & Tamia here, have consistently been amazing at upholding a gold standard of service. From greeting you with a welcoming energy when you walk in, to making sure you get everything you need before you walk out. This is one of my go to places to grab lunch. “Came in today for a jerk salad and a side of Mac and cheese . The server innocently rang it up as pasta but they corrected the error with no problem and were very nice about it . Let me say , the jerk salad was DELICIOUS. Definitely worth the money , the chicken was a little spicy , super flavorful and juicy . The mango’s and cucumbers in the salad were fresh. The side of Mac and cheese was the best I have had at any Caribbean restaurant in the entire area and I’ve lived here for over 20 years. Definitely a great experience and I will be coming back for more !!!“

“Customer service was great over the phone. Amazing food. I ordered delivery (I didn’t do Uber eats, just called because I wanted the restaurant to receive 100% of the profit) and it came quick. I received a medium oxtail with macaroni and cheese. I would’ve taken a photo but it looked too good not to take a bite. I wish I got more oxtail because it was delicious!! The Mac and cheese was amazing — perfectly cheesy. I can’t wait to come back for more of their food options like the stew meat or even the banana bread (and tell everyone I know obviously)!

Edit: I got more food the next day! The stew chicken was as delicious as I hoped it would be alongside that AMAZING curry goat. The curry goat tasted like heaven — it tastes fresh off the island! The curry chicken was also very good and I got a great portion of everything. The standout had to be the beef patty which was the BEST Jamaican beef patty I’ve ever had. Now I got to buy one with every order!! I thought the bulla had a beautiful sweet spice to it. Perfect for any meal. Everyone I knew wanted a bite of the curry spiced bread as well. My sister said she’s going to order here everyday if she can ?. Overall, everything was perfect and I am glad there’s more yummy places to eat in this neighbourhood.

“I only order j*** pork & j*** chicken, and I most say that this is the BEST j*** chicken & pork I have EVER taste in America. I am hooked. It’s all about the flavor, and most restaurants just cook to sale, but Merrick J*** cook to please. They’re Potato pudding is good too.. not too sweet, but just right.

Was a bit skeptical because it said Silver Krust on Google but the sign onsite says something else. Anyway, the woman serving looked very Jamaican (lol) and sounded very Jamaican with the ghetto flare attitude so I am like alright this food is good. Gotta be good (lol). I really wanted to soup but they had chicken soup with no corn. Anyways , I got curry goat, rice and peas, sweet chilly chicken, cabbage and plantain. Yum yum yum !! The food was so good! Even though the goat could have been a bit more tender, but it was still flavorful. I ate every bit of it! The food really hit the spot. I went back for patty but no patty. Not sure if it’s because it’s Sunday. Try this spot for authentic Jamaican flavor . No seating inside restaurant. Parking lot very dirty.“

“I got delivery through GrubHub and it was really good. I chose mild for my wife's sake, but the flavor still was NOT lacking. The curry goat was deliciously strong in both curry and goat. “I religiously order here, the staff is professional and friendly. The food is flavorful, if you love spice in your food this is definitely the spot. They host annual customer appreciation, and various community events through the year. This is a great local place to grab food. Also they have a lot more variety regarding order-size selection. “I only been here twice, and it was very good. I was helped by a girl named Chemeil who was very nice, friendly, patient, personable, and knowledgeable. I got the jerk chicken and it was tasty. The second time I had jerk chicken, rasta pasta, ginger pink lemonade, and a ginger mango drink. I was helped by Stacey another nice, friendly, patient, personable, and professional person. I had a lot of questions about the menu for both of them and they answered very patiently. Can't wait to try the rest of the menu.“

“Doordash orders are ready in 10-15mins after order acknowledged at resterant Delicious food. Not under or over season. Taste like back home !!! Coco bread , nice and soft. Stew chicken is just that, really tasty n nice , chicken drop off the bone and the curry goat, yummyyy. I order them with roti. Great portions. They do not , do not, give half portions. 1 order will feed 2 adult easy
