“Fine dining in the redwoods? Dream come true. The service is well-choreographed and warm; the whole experience is welcoming. Diners were dressed in the full spectrum from casual to sequins to Filoli Nightfall costumes. As a party of four, we tried almost everything on the pre-fixe menu. Nothing disappointed. The only thing I would've changed is to go for a glass of wine rather than a cocktail--that's my fault, I didn't read the cocktail description carefully enough. Desserts were beautiful. The whole experience was joyful.“

“The first pie I had from John at Fenice was the Detroit Red...which Tony picked up for me last week when i was at work...i finished the whole pie by just after midnight...but I had to go for the regular NY Cheese pie fresh from the oven. We scored one of the two tables there and were able to decide which of the other slices to bring home...it was like a pizza candy store. We didn't finish our pie so brought home two slices, and I wanted to try John's sicilian, I couldn't leave there without a Detroit Red slice and Tony wanted the multi cheese white pizza...every pizza we tried was perfect! something about the dough. The sauce. The cheese. The dough for the Sicilian and the Detroit Red was light and perfectly crunchy on the bottom. Flavor out of this world. We drove from White Plains just to try Pizza Fenice. worth the trip.“

“We stopped here while traveling from RI to PA and WOW are we glad we did. We needed a place to accommodate our small pup so we stopped to ask if they had outdoor seating. They didn’t but they created it by carrying a table and chairs outside for us - talk about customer service! Nick was such a fantastic host - setting us up, providing exceptional service and great conversation! I also can’t forget to mention how incredible the pizza and chicken roll were! “Got invited to a #yelp event. I said pizza. I’m in. This place is kind of hidden but well worth it. Many pizza slices available. Soon as you walked in and smell the greatness you are going to have. The had sandwiches as well. I decided to get the Popeye slice (spinach & ricotta) and a prosciutto slice. Oh my goodness was amazing!! They had about 10 flavors of gelato to pick from as well. I got a scoop of the pistachio & a scoop of fruity pebbles. I was told by the owners daughter who was at register (very polite & friendly) they make them in house. I had to drive little of 30 min to get there. If you’re in the area stop by or if you like me take a ride. You won’t be sorry. There’s a fountain outside where you or the kids can cool off. The gentlemen were friendly and offered to make anything I wanted. I grabbed a few slices of what was left. The pizza was great. I love their crust and their sauce is tasty and not salty. “We recently discovered this amazing pizza and baked goods spot while dining at its sister restaurant, Al Dente Pasta Co., next door. Luciano's is now my favorite pizza spot in the area! Their dough is amazing and it really stands out in the white pizza with sausage and their simply amazing garlic knots (served with lots of fresh garlic and high quality olive oil). We are hooked! The staff go above and beyond (they treated us to a fabulous homemade chocolate chip cookie on a recent order). Their catering menu looks wonderful. We ordered the Beekman Ave specialty pizza, a regular pepperoni, and the eggplant pizza. The eggplant pizza was absolutely incredible—easily one of the best pizzas I've had in Westchester.

The style is a thin, bar-style pie similar to what you'd find in New Jersey, with a vibe like Colony Grill. The wings were excellent too. If you're a fan of thin-crust, bar-style pizza, this place is a must-visit. Highly recommended.“

“If you’re ordering a large amount of food from A&V Pizza to go on a Friday evening, do yourself a favor and call *90 minutes ahead* because there’s probably going to be a wait. But I will say this: **it is worth every second.** My son and I went there for dinner. It was actually my first time, although he goes pretty often with his father, and I was seriously impressed. I ordered the **Shrimp Francese with linguine in the same Francese sauce**, along with a side of sautéed spinach. My son ordered the **Chicken Francese**, also with pasta in the Francese sauce. There was a little mix-up and his pasta came with marinara instead, but honestly, he didn’t even mind because everything was still that good! 😂 We also ordered a **large pizza with extra sauce**, and that was delicious too. We called our order in about an hour and 10 minutes before arriving and still waited another 25–30 minutes once we got there. They were BUSY — so definitely plan ahead on a Friday night. But the food? **Absolutely worth the wait.** Everything tasted fresh, flavorful, and like the kind of Italian food you’re already thinking about ordering again before you’ve even finished what’s on your plate.
