“Update 1-14-25. Went here to order two hot mocha lattes, service was wonderful, coffee was much better than the other store at N Geddes and W Genesee street and we were treated with respect and kindness, much better than the store where the other Dunkin' that has Diane as the manager ever did. Bravo to Velasko Road location Thanks for making our experience a wonderful one we will bring back more business here . AA++“

“I used the dunkin app to order before i went inside. Coffee was done quickly and to order. The only slightly strange thing was the person placing the drink in the pickup area did not call out the names on the order. So if you were waiting for an order you had to check when a new cup was placed in the pickup area. Not a big deal but slightly annoying.“

Parking: Is funnier parking on the side and in front of the store

Kid-friendliness: Plenty of seeing and places to be private, if need be.

Wheelchair accessibility: There are ramps on the sidewalk and the doors are plenty big enough.“

The drive-thru is usually efficient, and the staff are always friendly. Dunkin' is a reliable go-to for a quick and satisfying start to my day.“

“This must be the only Dunkin donuts that has ever made a decent cup of coffee. It does not taste burnt, watered down, or have that weird taste a lot of chains seem to have for some reason. I got a large hot with one cream and one sugar, the normal amount of cream and sugar makes it taste like sweetened milk.

“one of the few dunkins without a drive through. which is why i considered working therefunny story about that actually. so i applied online and then i was contacted for an interview and when i came in they said that i was hired and they gave me the uniform and name tag and all that. i came in for my shift two weeks later and basically (it's too complicated to fully explain) they forgot to finish hiring me.i was told the process was being completed and that i'd be paid for the one day i was working (i wasn't) and to finish the shift and whatnot. so i finished the shift, wasn't contacted again, and still have the uniform.i'm not mad at the employees or dunkin. i'm mad that corporations can get so large that employees are like ants and even where it should be easier (no drive through), employees are still being overworked and dehumanized“

“I'm taking the time out of my day to leave a review because this is one of the best dunkins around. The manager and all her staff are very very friendly and I've always had great experiences here. Especially with the tall African American gentlemen who works here with the pony tail. He is exceptionally nice.“

“Good for what it is. It's a Dunkin - You're not going to get chef quality food or amazing service. That said, I always get my food very quickly, and there is rarely a line. Food is always hot and has never been stale or unfit to eat. They do have a problem with certain machines being down or broken sometimes, which can be annoying. Coffee with creamer is not particularly hot, even when they have just brewed a fresh pot. If you want a drive-thru meal that's fast and hot, you should go here. It's healthier food than the Burger King next to it -- I like to get the egg and cheese wake up wraps, egg and cheese croissant, or bagel minis.“

Vegetarian options: Allergic to milk therefore has to avoid the popular Dunkachino I keep hearing about. That coffee milk that others request seems to be missing from each DD I have visited while it is heavily advertised ??“

“I wasn't there but I had breakfast delivered to my room. The coffee with cream was good, it was also the first time I ate something salty from Dunkin. Strange taste, but good. The donut was very stuffy, so I didn't really feel like eating a sweet donut, but I still managed to eat it. I recommend trying both“

“I ordered from DD for the 1st time today and what could have been a disaster, turned out to be an awesome experience. Ordering from the app was easy and while I wasn't sure I could still order a breakfast sandwich (it was 10:30a), it seemed to go through. I received confirmation of the order and away I went to pick it up. The drive-thru is a slow process here and I'm not sure why. Maybe that can be improved upon. I told them I was there to pick up an order and when I finally got to the window, the staff member told me that they never received the online order so she asked to see my phone. Another woman came to the window and verified what I ordered and told me she'd make it. Not wanting the people behind me to get even more disgruntled, I told her it was ok and nevermind. With a huge smile on her face and a very pleasant voice she said "no, it'll take me 1 minute" and was she right. Wow, it was done in a flash and I just want to say how much I appreciated that. It was delicious and how great that I can get a breakfast sandwich anytime I want! Kudos to the staff here for being so honest about the problem and then being nice to rectify it. “So we broke down not too far from here and waited here for a tow truck. The staff were unbelievably kind and caring and let us hang there for the three hours we waited for a tow. “The Dunkin at Syracuse's airport is cute. The workers were very kind and courteous. I received my order very quickly. The food was hot and donut was fresh and tasty. The prices were very reasonable. I just wish Diet Coke was available over the Diet Pepsi, but at least the Diet Pepsi was cold and tasted well. I will definitely stop there if I'm ever in Syracuse again.“
