“I used the dunkin app to order before i went inside. Coffee was done quickly and to order. The only slightly strange thing was the person placing the drink in the pickup area did not call out the names on the order. So if you were waiting for an order you had to check when a new cup was placed in the pickup area. Not a big deal but slightly annoying.“

Went here to order two hot mocha lattes, service was wonderful, coffee was much better than the other store at N Geddes and W Genesee street and we were treated with respect and kindness, much better than the store where the other Dunkin' that has Diane as the manager ever did. “one of the few dunkins without a drive through. which is why i considered working therefunny story about that actually. so i applied online and then i was contacted for an interview and when i came in they said that i was hired and they gave me the uniform and name tag and all that. i came in for my shift two weeks later and basically (it's too complicated to fully explain) they forgot to finish hiring me.i was told the process was being completed and that i'd be paid for the one day i was working (i wasn't) and to finish the shift and whatnot. so i finished the shift, wasn't contacted again, and still have the uniform.i'm not mad at the employees or dunkin. i'm mad that corporations can get so large that employees are like ants and even where it should be easier (no drive through), employees are still being overworked and dehumanized“

“Had such a great experience this morning thanks to an employee named Mikey. His customer service was honestly refreshing — he was super attentive, upbeat, and genuinely eager to help, which you don’t always see in fast-food spots. He took my order with such a positive attitude that it made my whole morning. Dunkin’ needs more employees like him!“

“This by far is the best Dunkin I have ever been too. Fast service, great atmosphere! Everyone here seems to enjoy their job which is hard to find now a days. They deserve a five star rating just for the way they present themselves, never seem flustered when drive thru is backed up. I’ve never waited more than 5 minutes for my coffee and it’s the only Dunkin that makes my coffee correct every time. The man who works the window is always happy and has a positive attitude and is a delight to see in the morning! Good job!“

“The line was quite long when I entered. I was apprehensive with the wait time, but they served everyone quickly, and I ordered within 5 minutes of entering the line. I then got my drink 3 minutes later. The service was quick, and the staff was kind. The area was quite clean and I would go there again easily for coffee.“

“very nice staff, lots of comfortable seating, and a lot of items are always in stock it seems! just the floors sometimes can have a little bit of dirt on them but that is probably because it can get a bit hectic at times. overall, very good dunkin!!“

“This was just a drive-through restaurant. They made my chai latte wonderful. Lately when I've been going to different Dunkin' Donuts the chai lattes are overly syrupy sweet and they made it very well here. They were extremely nice through the drive-through I added something on my order and they were just very friendly about it it's a nice place to stop.“

“I'm not quite sure who the owner is of this Dunkin, but they should probably rethink their investment or career. Anything other than being an entrepreneur is probably best for you. This is probably the most consistently bad location in the area. In the mornings, the line is always around the building with very slow service and minimal work staff. Then the lobby is occasionally closed because of minimal staffing. And then you have mobile orders that we do for convenience but find out at the drive-thru that nobody is there to make the food so we're turned away and have to get a refund. Sell this to someone else who can manage it better please“

“The Dunkin at Syracuse's airport is cute. The workers were very kind and courteous. I received my order very quickly. The food was hot and donut was fresh and tasty. The prices were very reasonable. I just wish Diet Coke was available over the Diet Pepsi, but at least the Diet Pepsi was cold and tasted well. I will definitely stop there if I'm ever in Syracuse again.“

“Words cannot describe how much I love this Dunkin’. Every time I leave town, I make sure I visit before and after because it feels like home. This is the only location that I have found across the country that has consistent perfection in their drinks and food. With such perfection, you must be prepared for a bit of a wait time. However, this Dunkin’ will provide you with exactly what you need and maybe even more. “Went here on my lunch break and it was very busy so there was a bit of a wait but that’s because there were only two workers inside and all though they were short staffed and very packed they had GREAT customer service and my food was great , drinks were great and made correctly, definitely a 10/10!“
