“We love burger n beer Thursday. We went today since the weekend is supposed to be very cold. The inside of the building had virtually no heat. It was uncomfortable to enjoy the food. There was one heat pump and the gas fireplace was burning. Please heat the building for your customers. We’ll be back when the weather is warmer.“

“Employees always kind, and some are just an absolute joy. My dog and I love our stops here! I've only had one moment where my order was made incorrectly which hey, it happens - we are only human. But I just absolutely love our Starbucks up in Tip Hill, the baristas are doing an amazing job there, and the drinks are always delicious.“

“Shout out to Ace for hustling like no other Dunkin employee I’ve ever seen before. He was abandoned by the manager on his shift and continued to pump out coffee and food orders without complaint. He was pleasant, fast working and wasn’t begrudging of his situation at all. For the amount of people that showed up directly after placing my large order I felt so badly I wished I could jump behind the line and help. We left him a large tip and huge thank you!“

“I just left the Dunkin in Weston WV and I want to give the 2 guys working a HUGE round of applause. They were the only 2 there to take and prepare all of the orders. Let me tell you, they were busy, but they were more polite and courteous than I have seen from places that were fully staffed. They deserve a bonus for sure. “I don't have much experience in starbucks and all the coffee options and due to that I needed a little extra help picking out coffee. Something to help me get through the day as my 7 month old daughter isn't sleeping through the night at this time. Rough times.... And the barista that helped me pick out the coffee was absolutely fantastic. At first I didn't really feel anything and I thought at least the coffee tasted great but twenty minutes later, I am feeling pumped!! Thanks again! I wish I caught her name 😭“

“of course businesses get busy, that just means they're doing SOMETHING right! Have some patience please 🙏 leave the house a little earlier, plan for it, for anything! Because guess what, life happens. We ALL have work, most of us, so let's be kind, patient, and understanding. I'd like to especially thank a girl named Meah, she was so kind even during the rush and dealing with upset customers. I think all of us that have gone to this Starbucks, or literally any business with a big rush, or that may be understaffed, or training employee, need to put ourselves in their shoes for a minute before we turn to anger. “Update 1-14-25. Went here to order two hot mocha lattes, service was wonderful, coffee was much better than the other store at N Geddes and W Genesee street and we were treated with respect and kindness, much better than the store where the other Dunkin' that has Diane as the manager ever did. Bravo to Velasko Road location Thanks for making our experience a wonderful one we will bring back more business here . AA++“

“Pretty good Dunkin service-wise but the drive-thru layout and curbs are like level 100 difficulty setting with that super tight 90° squared off turn. I'm not sure who designed and signed off on this but they must own stock in a tire store franchise.“

“I ordered the wrong thing and asked to switch it out and offered to pay for the new one with out a refund for the old one being as it was my fault. And found out the drink was discontinued and they still made if for me anyway and didn't have me pay for the new one just exchange it out. Thank you guys so much.“

“We visited here to buy gas, get happy meal and continue our journey. Its your typical McDonald's. The fries weren't the best( as in our family we rank McDonald's fries at the top,its usually just right). However the staff were really nice. We waited a while for a pie but it was delayed and the staff member ( i didn't catch her name) went above n beyond, she apologized sincerely, offered us other options and a fry and drink for free. THAT TOUCHED MY HEART. Thank you lady for going above and beyond. Ill recommend, with a caution to double check your fries . Oh, the fountain drinks are behind the counter in this store. Its the first time we noticed that in a McDonald's franchise.Place was clean. They didn't also do the running promotion of 2 for $3.50 at this store today. It might be a state thing. We came from MASSACHUSETTS.
Kid-friendliness: I didn't notice a play area, however there were 4/5 TV at vantage points showing different programs. 2 showed cartoons.
Parking: If you want to dine in, i suggest you do so before getting your gas. We assumed there will be parking all over but there were no parking beyond the gas pumps. So buy the food BEFORE YOU PUMP YOUR GAS.
