A little more costly than typical fast food choices, but worth it. Just wish the roll was a little more toasted. Highly recommend if you are the Palisades Mall food court!“

I ordered from the app, and the driver who was to deliver my food did not follow directions so I did not find food until it had been sitting in the sun for over an hour. “Don't judge a book by its cover, lesson for me today. When I walked in, I thought I was in a place that was maybe going out of business. The deli counter didn't have the usual display of foods, cold salads etc, you see in a deli. The chest freezer was basically empty. A friendly guy took my order for a grilled chicken salad and I had low expectations. A friendly lady chatted with me and rang up the order. It's actually a BEAUTIFUL salad with gorgeous fresh ingredients, very high quality, perfect portion size for 1 person. At under $10 it's a great deal. I shouldn't have been so quick to judge by appearance!“

“We visited the Nanuet NY location on Saturday 11/19/22. We were helped by both Anthony & Darryl. I would really like to extend a thank you to both those gentlemen on such wonderful service. We stopped in quick to order 4 sandwiches then visit with family, we had just driven about 2.5 hrs prior to coming into the store so where pretty cranky. The store was packed and these 2, as well as the other 3 team members, serviced everyone with smiles and thank yous. We walked out with smiles on our faces laughing. Please take a moment to recognize these 2 for incredible service. I did sent this to the corporate office as well, I do hope these 2 gentlemen are singled out for going above and beyond.“

Ordering system with touchscreen super user friendly and easy to pay without human interaction. Sandwiches and burgers made fast and exactly as ordered. Fries were steamy and crispy. “I came here today with my 4 year old for a daddy/daughter lunch, we loved it! The service is fast, the food is fresh, and the staff is friendly. The seating area is clean and comfortable and spacious. But I already knew all of that… I live around the corner and frequent often. I’m posting today because Noel suggested I try the chipotle cheesesteak, with his recommended preparation. It was phenomenal! I ended up eating 3/4 of a giant and I am sitting here stuffed ready for a nap haha. Thanks for making it fun and extra delicious today, Noel! “Amazing subs and sandwiches! While visiting family I decided to check out Franki’s and it did not disappoint! I got the teriyaki sub and I can honestly say it was the best sandwich I’ve ever had!
