“I came in and it wasn't busy at 4:30 pm on a Wednesday.Cashier was nice and made a good recommendation.I got the romanburger and it didn't disappoint.I also got waffle fries (they call them waffers) with cheese sauce to dip it in (my first time dipping in cheese).It's definitely a fast food restaurant, so set your expectations accordingly, but overall I was impressed. “Ordered around 11:35am on line for a 12:30 curbside pickup I got there around 12:22 and asked if it was too early to pick up the order. They must have been busy I was on hold for a couple minutes the gentleman came out and asked if I was the one that ordered and he said that their computer system was down and they did not get any notification I showed him my copy he said okay give me a couple minutes and I'll bring it out stay right here about 10 minutes later he comes out brings me my order and everything was fine. Very friendly and polite I'll definitely order from there again.“

This establishment & my several experiences with them have been above & beyond. This is everything from the food, the price of product to the I believe it to be a supervisor or owner if I am not mistaken.

The cheese steaks are fresh and quality ingredients with a pack of flavor. The tots were mouth watering along with the sauce it comes with.

The gentleman that has been these the past 2 interactions has provided kind, genuine, quality customer service.

This is such a hidden gem that we are thrilled to have discovered as our new go to establishments & it’s not even comparable to any other food establishment in the area or in general for that matter now a days.

“McAlister's is a nice drive through or dine in restaurant deli. They do not offer a selection like a regular "deli". It is more of a deli style restaurant selection. The food is good and the staff and kind and customer service oriented. Reasonably priced. Recommend

I love the pickles, too. Lemonade is delightful, too. Charleys is better than Subway to me. I tried the Cali chicken sub cause i usually got the teriyaki at the mall.! It was awesome. “I had never been to a Jersey Mike's until today for their day of giving. I expected the long line and busy atmosphere. I did not expect the staff to be SO efficient. they were a very well oiled machine. I watched them hammer out order after order while taking more orders and did not see a single snafu or mistake during my half hour of watching. “I live near Vermilion . I called this deli for assistance. My Aunt just died. I wanted to send her family food to ease their daily burden during this difficult time. This deli showed up and put out. They are compassionate understanding and showed up for my family. My family expressed to me how delicious everything was. If you are in need during a family life event you should consider this establishment. They truly, went out of their way to accommodate my family during a time of grief.“

“Drive-thru service was average nothing special. From the outside you wouldn't even know the place was in business. Run down building, huge potholes in the lot where you drive to get to the drive thru ordering system, basically no curb appeal whatsoever. Ordered a large Roman burger that was okay. Luke-warm at best and I live three minutes from this place. Better options in the area. Won't be going back.“

“It was great. The employee who waited on me liked my truck, so a little bias. Seriously the only draw back is getting to this place. The way the traffic flows in parking lot is weird but definitely doesn't take away from the taste of the food. I had a sub.

Many places we stopped had long lines out the door waiting to be served, but we saw this location didn't seem as busy, so we stopped by.
