“Went and got subs for my grandma and I for an easy dinner. Came in and Jojo was my sub artist for the evening. She was super friendly and did a fantastic job with the subs. I hope her manager sees this as this was the best service I had ever received from a subway in the area. Thank you Jojo it was a pleasure talking to you!“

“I work a few doors down at the Jersey mikes in the same plaza. As much as i like our own food. I was wanting something different for lunch. I wasn't able to get my order till 10 minutes later after it was ready. The two women working had kept it the oven so it stayed warm. I redeemed a free chip. They was hot and fresh. I also got given an extra scratch off ticket. 10/10. Everything was good enough for me ( im not to picky tbh) .“

“Will never eat at Columbiana one again. New manager was very rude after I was a customer there for years. Even if it were my first time, no excuse for how he treated me. My family also got sick for 3 days off the medium pizza we consumed. Had a funny taste. But thought it was just my taste buds. Salem is alittle better. Had some rude service there and they don't deliver to where I live like Columbiana. Waste of all the points I have on the app.
UPDATE 2026. Seems to be a good bit better than previous visits. Updating to 5 ⭐️’s for the lunch buffet. One of my go to places.“

“Whoever the lady was there around 11:45am my order was quick and perfect! I’ve never had great service with a great sub from subway! Ever since they started weighing the meat it hasn’t been the best and I barely go there anymore but today I tried it and the lady was AWESOME! & so was my sub! :)“

“The two girls who worked, I think their names were Grace and Kaylee? They were so polite and had warm tones and smiles! First time coming to this subway and the cookies were fresh and my sandwich was hot. Everything looked clean as well. Only downside was the gift card couldn’t be used from the system being down but I’ll come back the next time I’m in Ohio!“

My food was made perfectly fresh, and you could tell he really cared about doing a good job. Even while working during a busy shift, he stayed positive and made sure customers were taken care of.
