“The atmosphere from the restaurant wasn't a thing, that was not my reason for going. I will say it was very clean inside. No one was there but the customer service from the time I walked in, was spot on. Very friendly and professional. I drove from Columbus Ohio to eat at this place and it did NOT short me of anything. Very good food! I ordered the savage deluxe with bacon. The salmon( grilled) deluxe (yes lort). The fried salmon with bacon, (whew yes) and the fries were so good, hot and fresh. The seasoning (whew wee). But let's talk about the onion rings and the sauce that comes with it...ohhh yessss, my nephew didn't get a chance to eat his onion rings right away but EVEN COLD, they were so good and so were the fries. I like fresh cut fries vs a bag of frozen processed garbage. I would drive back again, just to eat and then go back home. Everything was fresh...I even got a drink and even that didn't disappoint, and I don't drink pop. I forgot I was supposed to take a picture of my burger, sorry ya'll..it was because I was too excited to eat. You could tell the meat wasn't from a box or frozen and processed, like McDonald's but it was fresh. I would recommend that if you do not have a big appetite, don't order a lot because you're hungry because they give huge portions. Very good food and service. Thank you for that experience.“

“Genuinely the best Chik-fil-A I ever been to! I utilize the Macedonia location for catering for my company quite often and their customer service is the best I’ve ever experienced!!!! The Catering Director, Aaron, is fantastic! He is one of the kindest & most helpful individuals I’ve ever come in contact with! He goes out of his way to make sure my orders are always perfect. He & his team at the Macedonia location do an amazing job! In addition, the Owner Dan Stanko & Catering Director Aaron, went out of their way to graciously donate food & gift cards for a large community church event my company was sponsoring. They definitely provide top notch, customer service & are wonderful human beings at the Macedonia location. Thank you for providing such great service everyday!!“

“Our first time at Bubbakoo's - we chose the Broadview Heights locaiton - was stellar from start to finish. We weren't familiar with the menu at all and the person putting our bowls together was really helpful and even suggested pairings and offered to let us take as many sauces home on the side so we could try different ones and see which we liked best. Everyone on staff that day was kind and welcoming and gave us exactly what we asked for.

We went to the South Euclid location a couple weeks later because we wanted to try some different stuff and the experience was exactly the opposite. Very cold, not friendly, not very welcoming, a lot of sighing when we asked questions, and they wanted to upcharge for every sauce we wanted on the side.

We won't be back to the South Euclid location, but we'll definitely return to Broadview Heights so long as the vibe remains as good as it was on our first visit.“

“i thoroughly enjoyed my visit here at this dairy queen! my close friend and i, ted, were stopping in from up north and we happened to find ourselves looking for some type of sweet treat. my friend ted was anxious from being away from home and his girlfriend, so we got him an ice cream and he felt amazing. the staff was super sweet to him too, classic though of a dairy queen to be amazing and so very kind to customers. my dearest friend ted says thank you cleveland ohio!“

“Solid, filling food. You really get what you pay for. It's got a friendly overall atmosphere, and it's never crowded or packed. Food never takes super long to get to you either. it takes a few minutes at absolute most. They also hold up some of their special deals (you won't see them on the menu but all I had to do was ask).
Honestly can't go wrong coming here for solid grub.“

“Really like rallys and the location of this particular restaurant is super convenient right by the highway so it's easy to find and get too and the good is really good for a fast food restaurant and you can't beat the value of their 4 dollar meal deal that comes with a hot apple pie for dessert and the fries are a seasoned fry and really tasty with a decent crunch to them and the burger is really good that comes with sweet pickles and onions so it's a very tasty burger as for the parking lot it sits right on the corner of brookpark road and pearl road so sorry accessible but the only thing about this place is the lot is on the small side so they do have some tight turns and only about 10 parking spots is the only downside but most of the business here is thru the drive thru but hey it's still a great spot to get you burger fix quickly I'll certainly will be back time and again😎“

“The food here is amazing, delicious, and healthy. The service is excellent. They really take the time to make you feel at ease and they give you the friendliest service. One particular staff member, a tall gentleman was very kind and asked how I liked the food, took the time to tell me my options when I was ordering, and offered to put my tray away when I was done eating. Now that’s service! Service in most places have not been satisfactory lately as the food service industry slowly picks back up from a type of recession. But the customer care and service here is above and beyond.“

This McDonald’s on Pearl & Denison is more than just fast food — it’s a reminder that kindness still exists. I’ve eaten at many McDonald’s locations, even the mansion one in Independence, OH… but none compare to this one.

What makes this spot so special isn’t just the food — it’s the people. We live in a beautifully diverse neighborhood, but with that comes real-life challenges like poverty. I once saw a man loitering outside, and another customer stepped up and gave the cashier money so he could eat. No questions asked. No judgment. Just pure compassion.

The employees here treat everyone with respect, no matter their background or situation. They don’t just serve — they care. Even my service dog-in-training, Hazel (or as I call her, my angel), has been welcomed warmly. We’ve sat and eaten together with zero issues — just smiles and kindness all around.

Love sees no color at this McDonald’s. The atmosphere is warm, the people are real, and the compassion is unmatched. If you’re looking for more than just a meal — if you’re looking for humanity — this is the place. Thank you to the staff for being the heart of the neighborhood. ❤️“

“I heard rumors about sanitary issues at this location. I honestly brushed it off because I've always found the location to be clean. Unbelievably, this weekend I went in for a cake and as I was leaving I saw an employee kneeling on the floor putting away containers. No big deal but she had the plastic lids to the Sundae cups directly on the floor, and to make it worse, the part that would touch your Sundae was touching the floor. Several employees were around and witnessed this. That was a little disturbing. I'll stick to seven hills.“

“We tried this place about seven years ago, and probably would’ve given it 2 to 3 stars. We just ordered yesterday and we could not believe how good the food was! We were pleasantly surprised with the garlic shrimp, chicken with mixed vegetables (sauce on the side), General TSO’s chicken, and the chicken steamed dumplings. The crab Rangoon‘s were good, we just wish they had more filling. It was delicious, fresh food, and we’re so excited to have this restaurant right around the corner! “Surprisingly good and inexpensive for an in zoo restaurant. We had a burger and a chicken sandwich, and spent $25 after drinks. Both sandwiches came with house chips, which were crisp and there were plenty of them. Food comes frozen, but is heated up on a grill or in the fryer so it doesn't taste as if it was microwaved. Would recommend planning your day so you eat here instead of at the food court in the main zoo. The Rainforest Cafe is a bit nicer because it has indoor and outdoor seating, so if it is hot or cold you can eat inside. Wasn't very crowded when we were there around 12:30.The one employee cooking the food when we were there looked like he'd rather be anywhere but there, and made the food kinda slowly. Lady working the checkout was very friendly though.“
