“At some point during the pandemic, Chipotles across Ohio stopped brewing fresh iced tea. Not sure if it was a personnel issue or some other logistical choice forced by corporate, but for a tea lover like myself, it was heartbreaking. Fast forward to September 2024, and I happen across this establishment placed in a humble little shopping center. An unassuming location that just so happens to offer freshly brewed tea. I’m not sure if they missed a memo, or if they’re just built different out here in Broadview Hts, but you won’t hear me complaining. Peace and blessings to you all.“

“Genuinely the best Chik-fil-A I ever been to! I utilize the Macedonia location for catering for my company quite often and their customer service is the best I’ve ever experienced!!!! The Catering Director, Aaron, is fantastic! He is one of the kindest & most helpful individuals I’ve ever come in contact with! He goes out of his way to make sure my orders are always perfect. He & his team at the Macedonia location do an amazing job! In addition, the Owner Dan Stanko & Catering Director Aaron, went out of their way to graciously donate food & gift cards for a large community church event my company was sponsoring. They definitely provide top notch, customer service & are wonderful human beings at the Macedonia location. Thank you for providing such great service everyday!!“

“Our first time at Bubbakoo's - we chose the Broadview Heights locaiton - was stellar from start to finish. We weren't familiar with the menu at all and the person putting our bowls together was really helpful and even suggested pairings and offered to let us take as many sauces home on the side so we could try different ones and see which we liked best. Everyone on staff that day was kind and welcoming and gave us exactly what we asked for.

We went to the South Euclid location a couple weeks later because we wanted to try some different stuff and the experience was exactly the opposite. Very cold, not friendly, not very welcoming, a lot of sighing when we asked questions, and they wanted to upcharge for every sauce we wanted on the side.

We won't be back to the South Euclid location, but we'll definitely return to Broadview Heights so long as the vibe remains as good as it was on our first visit.“

“Pretty good Arby's. I think they might have been shorthanded because it took a little while for my food to be ready. But the food was good. Typical Arby's food. The bathroom was pretty decent as well. Glad the water actually got warm and they had paper towels instead of the air dryer. Plenty of parking available.

“Really like rallys and the location of this particular restaurant is super convenient right by the highway so it's easy to find and get too and the good is really good for a fast food restaurant and you can't beat the value of their 4 dollar meal deal that comes with a hot apple pie for dessert and the fries are a seasoned fry and really tasty with a decent crunch to them and the burger is really good that comes with sweet pickles and onions so it's a very tasty burger as for the parking lot it sits right on the corner of brookpark road and pearl road so sorry accessible but the only thing about this place is the lot is on the small side so they do have some tight turns and only about 10 parking spots is the only downside but most of the business here is thru the drive thru but hey it's still a great spot to get you burger fix quickly I'll certainly will be back time and again😎“

Food never takes super long to get to you either. it takes a few minutes at absolute most. They also hold up some of their special deals (you won't see them on the menu but all I had to do was ask).

This McDonald’s on Pearl & Denison is more than just fast food — it’s a reminder that kindness still exists. I’ve eaten at many McDonald’s locations, even the mansion one in Independence, OH… but none compare to this one.

What makes this spot so special isn’t just the food — it’s the people. We live in a beautifully diverse neighborhood, but with that comes real-life challenges like poverty. I once saw a man loitering outside, and another customer stepped up and gave the cashier money so he could eat. No questions asked. No judgment. Just pure compassion.

The employees here treat everyone with respect, no matter their background or situation. They don’t just serve — they care. Even my service dog-in-training, Hazel (or as I call her, my angel), has been welcomed warmly. We’ve sat and eaten together with zero issues — just smiles and kindness all around.

Love sees no color at this McDonald’s. The atmosphere is warm, the people are real, and the compassion is unmatched. If you’re looking for more than just a meal — if you’re looking for humanity — this is the place. Thank you to the staff for being the heart of the neighborhood. ❤️“

“It's a typical Arby's. They remodeled the inside, so it was pretty clean when I went. The service was pretty slow the day we went, but the food came out okay. The staff seemed friendly. The parking lot is a little different because of the drive through layout, but nothing crazy. I'd try going here again in the hopes that the service would be faster.

“I heard rumors about sanitary issues at this location. I honestly brushed it off because I've always found the location to be clean. Unbelievably, this weekend I went in for a cake and as I was leaving I saw an employee kneeling on the floor putting away containers. No big deal but she had the plastic lids to the Sundae cups directly on the floor, and to make it worse, the part that would touch your Sundae was touching the floor. Several employees were around and witnessed this. That was a little disturbing. I'll stick to seven hills.“

“The BEST chicken I think I've ever had! Stopped in after a show, bout 12:30am...The place occupies about 1/4 of a gas station & the minute you walk in you can smell the deliciousness! “Surprisingly good and inexpensive for an in zoo restaurant. We had a burger and a chicken sandwich, and spent $25 after drinks. Both sandwiches came with house chips, which were crisp and there were plenty of them. Food comes frozen, but is heated up on a grill or in the fryer so it doesn't taste as if it was microwaved. Would recommend planning your day so you eat here instead of at the food court in the main zoo. The Rainforest Cafe is a bit nicer because it has indoor and outdoor seating, so if it is hot or cold you can eat inside. Wasn't very crowded when we were there around 12:30.The one employee cooking the food when we were there looked like he'd rather be anywhere but there, and made the food kinda slowly. Lady working the checkout was very friendly though.“
