“Good food and food and good atmosphere but please train your servers to check on their customers. I sat there waiting a long time for her to come back. She never checked on me and never refilled my drink and I really wanted to order dessert but no longer had the time to wait. So no dessert for me. Guy across from me got star treatment and he got to enjoy dessert. She brought me more ketchup as one at table was empty then I never saw her again until I walked up to counter to ask for check and that worker was messing around on her phone and did not notice me standing there. I get I am not a regular but certainly never deserved to be treated like that. was considering recommending this place to friends and family. Please talk to your staff about paying better attention and checking on the customers. You were not busy today when I was there and it does not take much to bring someone a refill or to ask how things are or see if they need anything else. Thank You. Guess I will have to give rest of my business to another bakery today.“

“Solid, filling food. You really get what you pay for. It's got a friendly overall atmosphere, and it's never crowded or packed. Food never takes super long to get to you either. it takes a few minutes at absolute most. They also hold up some of their special deals (you won't see them on the menu but all I had to do was ask).

The food is really great too. A bit pricey but with the comfortable atmosphere and friendly service, it makes for a really great experience.“

“Nice clean location. They get you in and out. They are always so nice to me, too! Stopped in on a Sunday afternoon before shopping and had some lunch. Their sandwiches are always hot and tasty. I love the pickles, too. Lemonade is delightful, too. Charleys is better than Subway to me. I tried the Cali chicken sub cause i usually got the teriyaki at the mall.! It was awesome. I definitely will stop again when I'm in the hood again!“

“I have not had Penn Station in years, so we thought we would give it a try. I had the regular cheesestake, we shared a large fry, and I had the sweet tea. The sandwich was very good, the fries were even better, a large fry can feed three people, and the sweet tea was really good as well. Staff was friendly and the food came quick. “The Godfather - Best Italian sub (fast food) in the country! I'm going to share my secret on how to make it. First you want it made hot, then White bread make sure it's fresh just out of the oven, double the cheese provolone or provolone and swiss combined, extra mayo, honey mustard ,oil and spices, tomato lettuce onion, light banana peppers, pickles and red and sweet peppers (if you like it spicy get the hot peppers). If that's not the best Italian you've ever had I will eat my hat!!“

“Drive-thru service was average nothing special. From the outside you wouldn't even know the place was in business. Run down building, huge potholes in the lot where you drive to get to the drive thru ordering system, basically no curb appeal whatsoever. Ordered a large Roman burger that was okay. Luke-warm at best and I live three minutes from this place. Better options in the area. Won't be going back.“

We went here today and one of the workers gave us free cookies while we were eating shout out to you lol. Not super cheap it’s about mid range, like a step up from fast food. Worth it though.“

“We had an excellent experience at this Penn Station Subs location! We ended up here because we were looking for a place to eat during the power outage on 8/7/24. Many places we stopped had long lines out the door waiting to be served, but we saw this location didn't seem as busy, so we stopped by. It was quite busy inside, but the female manager came out and took our order and she was very friendly and helpful. We had our food within 10 minutes, and everything was hot and delicious. Parking: Not a high number of spots to park, but I didn't ever have to park in a different parking lot (so, I guess I can't complain)!“

“The chicken salad was delicious. A nice large amount was distributed. Chicken wells seasoned very good . I noticed the mushrooms were canned, not fresh. You can tell the difference. Instead of putting certain items on your salad, you may want it on the side, for example, jalapeno peppers, pickles, etc.. they will charge you for putting those items in a side cup. I didn't agree with that, the choice of salad dressings, you can get those on the side free. If you want an egg on your salad you have to pay for it. I've noticed lots of great things on the menu. I will continue to go back there and also try new things as well. The overall price, I think, is reasonable. The customer service was great and pretty fast.“

“This is my go to subway in my area. The ladies here are awesome. My orders are always ready on time and perfect. and they have the best prices of any subway in the area. They do not over do the mayo or other toppings and you get a very well made sub that is not a messy nightmare when you get home. Be it pick up or delivered, you'll always get a good meal for your $$$. The only tricky thing about this location is the parking, the lot is tiny and difficult, but that is about it, but worth the hassle to get in and out..“

“Samir Wallia and staff are always consistent with their food service. Each Mr Hero may be independently owned and operated, so sometimes you may not get the very best. However, at this Northfield Road Bedford location, I have not had a bad experience. Some of the new sandwiches, I may not like, but overall the food is consistent and tasty.“

“Ordered online, was ready when I got there, food was good. I'm happy with it. I always stick to the roman burgers and wafer fries with cheese. It's one of those franchises that still tastes the same as when I was a kid. Prices are way too high to eat there often though, even with a discount it was still expensive, but can't blame them, that's everywhere now, but seriously look for coupons in the paper before going. The guy there was nice and friendly and this seams to be a clean location, didn't dine in but wouldn't hesitate to eat there. One negative is the Mr Hero App is awful, there should be an easier way to find your order. Next time I'll print the email I got so I don't have trouble finding the order number next time.“

“I came in Friday 9/22/23 at the Subway on brookpark Road by tiedeman. There were two young men who were freaking amazing. “Just moved to Parma. This might be the best Subway in NEO. The sub I just had was a Top 3 Subway Sub of all time. If you think all Subway tastes the same, you are wrong.

Savannah, the manager, was the one who handled my order. She was great. Give her a raise to keep her around. Here are the highlights:

- Portion sizes are great. Not skimped. A real sub.
- My sub is layered and stacked like art. Most subway sandwiches are all over the place. This was handcrafted.
- Fast service, in and out. Most sandwich artists can’t tell the lettuce from the tomatoes.
- Friendly. Welcoming. Inviting.
- Keep coupons on deck. Had an extra coupon for me to use on my sub meal. Making a return customer out of me.
- Try to get return customers. Succeeded.
