“On Tuesday, June 17th, 18 old ladies and gents "dropped in" for lunch, thinking arrangements had been made for us. Someone slipped up. The restaurant already had a healthy number of customers but the staff hustled tables, chairs, setups, etc. and in no time, we were soon seated and making our food choices. Instead of any of the staff having an "attitude", we were treated with Simon's usual good cheer. Bravo Simon's!“

“Solid, filling food. You really get what you pay for. It's got a friendly overall atmosphere, and it's never crowded or packed. Food never takes super long to get to you either. it takes a few minutes at absolute most. They also hold up some of their special deals (you won't see them on the menu but all I had to do was ask).

“The staff here is extremely kind and accommodating. The restaurant is clean and has plenty of seating available if you want to enjoy your meal inside. The food is fresh and it is definitely one of the best cheesesteaks in town. Highly recommend the Chicken California and the Bacon 3 Cheese as must try options.“

“Great location right in the corner of a shopping Plaza easy on and off the highway access. Great employee at the register very polite. Food was excellent I drove 2 hours for this restaurant and was worth every bite. Ty for the great experience. Roman burger b.t.e. with raspberry Chipotle seasoning on top of the bread it's a must have“

“Just reviewing the service of this location. You know what you’re getting when going to Charley’s for food. But the service was great yesterday. Cashier was so nice and attentive. And by the time we made it to the car and realized we were missing a fry, an employee was already walking to our car to bring it to us. Not often anymore that you get workers that seem to actually care about their jobs to that extent.“

“Food was great, only reason I dropped a star was the $.50 they wanted for my ranch to go with the poppers. Should/ used to get one for free. I guess I understand getting charged more for extra. 2 people already cost $29 without drinks. ( 2 regular sandwiches, 1 fry, 1 popper.😑“

“I have not had Penn Station in years, so we thought we would give it a try. I had the regular cheesestake, we shared a large fry, and I had the sweet tea. The sandwich was very good, the fries were even better, a large fry can feed three people, and the sweet tea was really good as well. Staff was friendly and the food came quick. “The chicken salad was delicious. A nice large amount was distributed. Chicken wells seasoned very good . I noticed the mushrooms were canned, not fresh. You can tell the difference. Instead of putting certain items on your salad, you may want it on the side, for example, jalapeno peppers, pickles, etc.. they will charge you for putting those items in a side cup. I didn't agree with that, the choice of salad dressings, you can get those on the side free. If you want an egg on your salad you have to pay for it. I've noticed lots of great things on the menu. I will continue to go back there and also try new things as well. The overall price, I think, is reasonable. The customer service was great and pretty fast.“

“These guys have climbed on top of subways game. Meat sliced in front of you, good; breads, service and great quality condiments. I've been frequenting Jersey Mike's for about the last 5-6 years in northeast ohio and it has never disappointed, not once. Love this place.“

“Always get the Philly sammich, sometimes it's better than other times, but for the most part they're consistent and one of our regular spots, the kids even like they're subs, so that's saying something because they're picky eaters! 😊 This last time, they forgot my sub, I called and they said they'd have it ready in 10 minutes and they loaded it, it was definitely one of the better subs, maybe it was because I was more hungry from the wait or the anticipation 🤷, but whatever the case, it was good. We usually get a large fry and it feeds the 4 of us well, so it's a perfect size, I'm not crazy about how they put them in a cup with napkins on top because the top layer always sticks to the napkins and they get cold quickly, so it wouldn't hurt if they actually came up with a better container to put them in, but I still order them, they remind me if fair fries! 😊“

“Old time sub shop, I love the vintage decor that shows the story of the restaurant. The Philly cheese steak was amazing, and they customized it the way I asked, and I didn't think there was a charge for anything extra I added. (I'm one who adds bacon and extra veggies on top no matter what). The chocolate chip cookie is also a must-have.“

“Brought the family here for dinner because of a coupon and everyone was happy with the food. It was made quickly and very well put together and tasty. The lady at the front was friendly and helpful. The eating area is small and bare bones, but it gets the job done. The lemonade was a bit disappointing, too watery, but the subs and fries were fantastic. It's right up there with Jersey Mike's for best subs in Brunswick!“

“I came in Friday 9/22/23 at the Subway on brookpark Road by tiedeman. There were two young men who were freaking amazing. They made me smile and gave me great suggestions for the bread and sandwiches . My food was awesome. As soon as I walked in, I could smell fresh yumminess bread! “I don't really get subway often because the one closest to my home in parma seemed like the food isnt very fresh, but I was in North Royalton with my granddaughters and they wanted Subway. This location is great. The food was all very fresh and the guy helping us was very friendly and patient with my granddaughters trying to figure out what they wanted. “Amazing they're still around. My dad was their accountant in 1952 and as a two year old I'd tag along to work with him on Saturdays. Now I don't have a great memory from 1952, but it sure looks like the same complex. My dad worked and I drank a bunch of juice out of 1/2 gallon glass bottles.“

“Samir Wallia and staff are always consistent with their food service. Each Mr Hero may be independently owned and operated, so sometimes you may not get the very best. However, at this Northfield Road Bedford location, I have not had a bad experience. Some of the new sandwiches, I may not like, but overall the food is consistent and tasty.“

This is the nicest and cleanest Subway in Northeast Ohio I have ever been too. Food is always fresh too! Would highly recommend stopping and seeing for yourself.“
