“Ordered a couple is subs for us to eat during the game. Our food was really good. Enjoyed our subs. Appreciated the face that the meat and cheese were sliced fresh. The staff was awesome! Very helpful and friendly. One of the subs needed to be on the gluten free sub roll. They did an excellent job of keeping the sub away from contamination of other non-gluten free food. Excellent balance of meat and cheese to toppings. The sandwiches were still fresh by the time I drove home, as I live about 25 minutes away. Loved how fresh everything tasted. Appreciated the staff. Great teamwork!“

“In my opinion, the best sandwich in Ohio. The hot stuffed banana pepper sub is out of this world - freshly baked bread, homemade sausage and sauce with melted cheese. All prepared and baked in the pizza oven to order. The chicken salad and pizzas are also stunning. We drive almost an hour round trip to get their food and every mile is well worth it.“

“It was my first time ever having Charley's and it was a lot better than I expected. Service when I first walked it was great I was greated at the counter with a smile. Food was great. I had the Chicken California with a side of cheese and ranch fries. If you want a great sub sandwich and a pleasant experience I would definitely recommend coming here.“

“The subs here are very tasty! The wings are ok, the milkshake are good but can be a little more thicker (I'm sure if yu ask, they will ablige) they stay open pretty late for people who get off work late and want to grab a quick bite to eat.“

“I really like everything about this Mr Hero. The owner is so nice, I look forward to a little conversation whenever I stop in to pick up something to eat. The restaurant is always clean and the same guy has been cooking food in there for as long as I can remember. There are other Mr. Hero's in the area but this is MY Mr Hero! The food is always piping hot and cooked to order. Anything that is a special request is always done.“

“This place really is a great example of what fast food can and should be. Yes it's a bit pricier than some other fast food places but to be honest they are all getting pricey these days. At least here the cost is worth it. The sandwiches are always freshly prepared and delicious. Service is prompt and staff members are attentive. You can't go wrong with this location.“

“I came in Friday 9/22/23 at the Subway on brookpark Road by tiedeman. There were two young men who were freaking amazing. “I've ordered from here on two separate occasions, the first was the 3 piece mixed Krispy chicken meal w/ Mac n' Cheese. The second was the Cuban sub w/ fries. I didn't get a pic of the Krispy Chicken meal, but I did get a pic of the Cuban sub. The chicken was absolutely delicious. Crispy outside, juicy and tender inside. The Mac n' Cheese was nice and creamy. The honey biscuit was light and fluffy with a nice drizzle of honey. As for the Cuban sub. I'm a Tampa, FL native, I'm also Cuban American. So I consider myself an expert on Cuban cuisine. I'm also a bit of a snob when it comes to Cuban sandwiches. Having said that, I will say even though it's not like the ones we have back home, this one wasn't too bad. The ingredients tasted fresh. For a "Cleveland Cuban" it was good. My only suggestion is if you can get Cuban bread shipped to you, switch out the bread. Overall, I appreciate the service. My orders were correct. The food was delicious. I will definitely order from here again.“

“I purchased dinner from Mr Hero in Seven Hills last night. I was impressed with the quality of the cooked to order Roman Burgers. I ordered one without cheese and it was made without cheese, and marked on the label. The store was clean, and the staff friendly and competent. At other fast food restaurants my cheese-less sandwich's usually have cheese and I have to bring them back, I have even been told why are you upset we didn't charge you for the cheese. This was a very pleasant experience. Thank you!“
