“Your food and staff are very on par. But as a worker who only gets prota John's on job site I hate going here based off the restroom. I hate the lay out if I gotta poop the walls to the restroom lead it open for lack of privacy. And you need to stop worry about wasting water and paper towels. Turn those sensors on longer. How can I expect your employees to wash there hands if the sink doesn't even stay on for 5 seconds it's B's ngl. And how am I going to dry my hands with a 3 inch long piece of paper towels?!?! Step it up good restaurants start with good hygiene.“

“Update: Ordered Online for a 6:12pm pickup. Went to the store and there wasn't anyone there and the doors were locked. Waited till 6:30 and there still wasn't anyone. Got a call later saying there were some staffing issues and they processed a refund. Removing the 1 star review. Thanks for getting back with me.“

“I came in at 630 am to get 30 sandwiches. Let me tell you they were amazing and not mad at all! Only took them about 15 mins an I was leaving! Manager even came an spoke to me saying it was no problem that I came that early for that amount of food! Highly recommended!“

“Went here the other day, forgot my wallet, my phone updated and my Apple Pay wasn’t working. I was having a bad day, hadn’t eaten all day, couldn’t catch a break at work and of course I forget my wallet and I can’t even eat lunch and I’m 45m away from home. I didn’t tell them any of that, so they didn’t even know. But they just said “It’s no problem, just come back and see us some time”. Gave me my food FOR FREE. These guys turned my whole day around - gave me a little more faith in humanity.

“Food is good, something different from the same old burger joints. Customer service has been friendly the majority of the times I’ve been there. The awning out front needs scrubbed and the city on your receipts says Ironton instead of Lancaster. The drive thru is a little tight if you drive a bigger truck.“

“This certainly going to be a brand new tradition for my Girlfriend and I. The staff was very friendly and attentive which is always spectacular and stands out at this location every time we have came by to eat. The decorations and the mood were by far an excellent addition to the experience.“

The staff works hard, especially on Wednesday nights when it's packed.

The food and desserts are the quality you expect.

“Don't be shy to ask for more mines could probably have use more sauce and cheese otherwise pretty good pizza 🍕 lots of tioppings to choose from for one price. crust was nice and crispy and I usually don't eat all the crust. Price could have been closer to $10 without the drinks, tip and dine in cost. inside and outside eating spots. fairly quick cook because I believe they use it brick fired pizza oven.“

“The quality of our local steak and shakes have significantly improved along with the staff. Much cleaner, tastes better, and even seems more filling than it used to. On top of that the new company policies like banning microwaves, beef tallow for their fried goods, and grass fed beef for the burgers. It went downhill a while ago but I can definitely say it has done a complete 360 and has honestly been one of our families favorite quick fast food locations now. Definitely better than McDonald's.“

“I would tell everybody instead of going to Burger King on Memorial Drive where it sucks go to Arby's and get any type of sandwich you want there I think they got everything but fish awesome food awesome desserts everything's just great they're very clean very very clean“

“They finally bring back popcorn chicken but never have it available and then talk to you like your ridiculous for trying to order it. Luckily the young lady at the pick up window saved the day with her kind service. Moral of the story is have a back up order if you visit as this is not the first time they haven't been able to deliver!“

“Our family’s favorite sub shop😊“

“I was looking for a new sub place to try and this location did not disappoint. Its slightly higher priced then some other sub places however that price is offset by the quality of food and service. This is my new sub craving go to place. Would recommend.“

“Such a great restaurant. Last night me and my family went to Arby's for some dinner, and it was really good! The tables were wiped, the service was great, the food was even better, free refills on drinks, and they even gave us free french fries when we wanted extra food. Definitely recommended from me.

Parking: We went to Arby's at around 7 pm to 8 pm, so they were pretty empty. There were a lot of parking spots available, which made it very quick and easy to find a spot.

Kid-friendliness: Arby's kids meals are just as delicious as normal meals. The kids claimed that they loved the fries and liked how crispy the nuggets were. They even liked the toys that came inside. They were really happy to see that you can get 2 toys per meal. The theme is also creative (prehistoric dinos) I recommend the kids meals and so do my own kids.“

“I go here all the time quite literally a regular. Even when I go in the lady knows my order. But today the cashier tall, skinny, had a beard was rude. He was talking way too fast and I told him to slow down and that I couldn’t understand him. And he got upset, I don’t know what his name was but i went in around 6:30 ish on 2/1/26.“

“I've been to a lot of DQs over my life, and this one by far is consistently the quickest. Every time I've gone here the workers are friendly, and they clearly have a system that works for them. I will say I have yet to get any regular food here, I have only gotten ice cream related items.“

“I visited Popeyes Canal Winchester with my mother today.It was a very pleasant experience. We went through the drive thru to order, the staff were professional and patient. “If you ever need a good laugh or a smile put on your face or just in general want to pay it forward to the person behind you, you should definitely visit the Hardee’s on Highway 58 in Chattanooga, TN! The guy that works the drive-through window is always joking with me and playing tricks and he told me that my card declined but I thought he was being serious and I was like well, I have cash if you need me to pay for it that way. he said he was just joking, but if I wanted to, I could pay for the person behind me as their food was less than five dollars! It goes to show kindness and just a little bit of laughter makes things go a long way and you’re more open to being a giver when you encounter people that just put it out in the atmosphere!“

“Was in the area decided to stop at this Taco Bell. Everything was perfect. Food was good. They’re not stingy when it comes to the sauces. Only thing I didn’t like. Is you order on the machine when you walk in? No one acknowledges you just miss that human interaction lol. But very good location would definitely recommend.“

“These are the best subs in town! Hook & Ladder is so good! My kids and I love it here. The staff is ALWAYS friendly, and they always greet us when we come in. They never forget to give my son the hat and coloring sheet and Rice Krispie treat with his meal. Love how consistent they are with the subs. Tastes the same every time, no matter who is working and I go almost once a week.“

“If you had asked me to rate the place a few months ago it would have been a 5/5 Now not so much. I've watched employees take the best parking spots. Which saddens me as I watch the senior citizens struggle to walk across the parking lot. Trade e-cigs out side back and forth like you would joints then go back to work without washing their hands. I've even watched an employee's scuzzy friends go to the counter and supply her with cigarettes they brought inside already lit and got several puffs then pass it back. They had a massive laugh over it and they left, she went back to the line without hand washing. Idk far to much is becoming questionable.“

“Rally's has really lost it's human touch. nothing can replace a human recording the order. Having a automatic machine doing it is such an awful idea. each item I tried to orde the machine would Interrupt me after each item asking me if there was more. IF it would have shut up and let me finish my order there would have been more. Do not give the short staff excuses, if staff is able to stand out on B side and smoke a cigarette, then clearly they have enough man power to take an order. There was NO other cars. I will be back, for a walk up order only.“

“The gentleman who made our sandwiches was incredible friendly. However, the older, short lady was very rude to him… demeaning him in front of customers. It made it awkward and my husband and I felt bad for him. She needs a vacation… or training on how to be a better co-worker. The guy working with her must have the patients of a saint.“
