“I Love the Wendy's on Harrison Ave, I for the most part go through Drive thru to get always my usual Bacon Cheesburger and McChicken plus my Lemonade special. “When I go through a fast food drive-thru after 11pm on a weekday, my expectations for service are low. The two guys here, one who took my order and another who asked me to pull ahead while they finished my admittedly large order, were as welcoming and friendly as I'd expect from...well a type of restaurant where people earn more to fake it. Not to lace this review with cynicism. These guys were great, food was excellent, and despite being asked to wait, it still didn't take more than a couple minutes. I felt compelled to leave this by the surprisingly positive attitudes. Thanks, y'all!“

“I went to this Wendy’s because nothing else was open at about 2 am and the service was absolutely phenomenal! The employees were super nice and even made sure my order was correct before I drove away! Keep up the great work guys! I will definitely be returning and I hope they stay open late:)“

“The Pretzel Bacon Pub has truly transformed my life. I was in a deep depression, and in desperation, I went to my local Wendy's, hoping their fresh-never-frozen burgers would cheer me up a little, because their burgers are undeniably one of my favorite foods. I went up to the counter to order my typical Big Dave burger, but then... just then... the teenage girl working there asked me if I wanted to try their newest limited edition burger. I was hesitant because her voice sounded monotone and unenthusiastic. Although I assumed it was simply because she was fatigued because I looked at the digital poster on the wall, and noticed what would soon become the love of my life. This combination is something I couldn't but help adore. I saw the soft, chewy pretzel buns glistening. I thought of the flavorful pretzels I had back in Germany with the creamy bier cheese. I saw the Applewood bacon, and daydreamed about the nostalgic, smokey Applewood bacon my mom would make every Sunday before church back on our farm in Iowa. I would eat the bacon happily while I watched the cows gracefully graze the grass across the field. It was a tradition, and my life has felt dull ever since I moved away from my true home. Then I saw the fresh-never-frozen burger patty. I couldn't help but taste the juicy flavors in my mouth that inevitably makes Big Daves my favorite food. I remember the first time I had a Wendy's burger. I was 12, and we went on vacation to Tennessee to visit the Smokey Mountains, and on the way there, we made a pit-stop to a Wendy's. I admit, I was afraid to try it. There weren't any Wendy's close to where I lived back in Iowa, and I heard so little about the restaurant, so I was unsure as to what to expect. However, my mom was finally able to convince me to just try it. She got me a junior cheese burger, so less food would be wasted if I decided I didn't like it. However, I can't even comprehend that I was ever fearful of trying these fresh-never-frozen burgers. I got this magical spark in my brain. I felt on top of the world with every bite. The flavors melting on my tongue. Ever since then, I have longed to recreate that feeling. But when I saw that digital poster, my mouth began to water. I just knew this burger would be the one. The one to bring back my happiness. The spark in my life. To relieve all those memories aforementioned. I ordered the Pretzel Bacon Pub before the worker could even finish the rest of her required spiel as a cashier. Minutes later I received my meal. I uncovered it from its wrapper. I couldn't begin to fathom what masterpiece I was holding in my hands. I couldn't help but shove the burger in my mouth for my first bite. I couldn't believe it. A sudden tsunami of emotion overcame me. All the memories along with the spark came rushing back with the force of a rapid river. I had never felt this way in my life. In fact, I'd argue that spark was better than the first. My depression lifted instantly. I realized how good I truly had it in life. I couldn't believe the happiness I felt. I hadn't felt that way since I was a child. After this life-changing moment, I went back to the Wendy's every single day for that burger. To maintain the phenomenal life I had built off of these things. However, one day I went into the Wendy's and they're were just... gone. Gone forever. The Cashier told me they were limited time, and there was a good chance I wouldn't see them again. She gave me her condolences as I moped out of the restaurant. I haven't felt an ounce of happiness since. My life has genuinely become unbearable ever since that heart-breaking night. I'm still in disbelief. My grief is immeasurable. I pray every morning before breakfast and every night before bed that Wendy's will bring this beauty back. Then, I came across this petition on Facebook. I finally found the answer to my prayers. I am severely hoping that petition is the real thing, because I'm not sure how much longer I can go without “

“My wife and I stopped by this Wendy's for breakfast, and the experience was great. Our order was made correctly, and even after the drive home and a bit of waiting, the food still tasted fresh—like it had just been made. The staff were kind and friendly, which added to the positive experience.

The breakfast potatoes had a few dry spots, but overall they were still pretty good.

I’d definitely recommend giving this location a try, especially in the morning!“

“Today I ordered the son of baconator which is currently on special for $3. I ordered it with extra pickle extra onion and extra mayonnaise. I'll let you take a look at the pics and decide if what I ordered extra is extra. With that being said the sandwich tasted fresh and was warm. I also ordered the loaded bacon fries. While the portion was full and the toppings exceeded my expectations the fries were soggy as they had not been cooked long enough. I enjoy using the app and like the discounts and rewards they provide.“

“Went to have Wendy's breakfast this morning after getting my order screwed up at McDonald's for the 4th time an I will say I was highly impressed with the service at this location. Scott took the order, spoke clearly through the mic, even asked me would I like any additional items to go wirh my order, great customer service. “I walked 11 miles home from kenwood. Hadn’t eaten in 25 hours or something stopped in at this wendys. Staff was friendly and even checked to make sure I had a charge to turn my phone back on. I ordered two different types of triple cheese burgers and a ghost chicken sandwich. Ate them and continued my walk home. Wonderful experience. The Muenster cheese I wish was melted or something. Other than that it was perfect“

“Very,very unprofessional. All the lights were out in the menu board were out! You could not order from the menu! At least I couldn't! Got inside to order my food, mind you, I'm the only patron in the store! It still took half a hour to get my food! “HONEY !! I just had the BEST SERVICE of the Wendy’s drive thur line!!! Honey!!!!!!! PRAISE THIS BEAUTIFUL INDIVIDUAL!!! 8/16/24 so I can remember this day. I came the the monitor to order my food and this beautiful energetic voice ask me what would I like to order FYI I can to Wendy’s all the time so she definitely recognized my Voice.. Usually the person taking my order is an older lady and she just doesn’t sound like she likes her job at all. Today was beautiful and she is a manager if I am not Mistake, but she did a wonderful job!!! I am soooo impressed!! That women is definitely God sent! She needs to take orders all the time because she doesn’t know how many spirits she lifted on this day.! ?“

“First let me say the African American women named Tasha with the purple braids was absolutely amazing. Long story short my sauce wasn’t in the bag so I came back she apologized and gave me the sauce. I get all the way home about to eat my meal and realized this is not what I ordered. Obviously I’m irritated now, but fine, I put my shoes back on get in the car and go all the way back. I get there and someone else was at the window so I’m thinking yeah we about to have problems.. after the young man listened to my issue he shut the window and started to explain to someone what happened.. then TASHA shows up. She said this your second time back absolutely not!! I’m so sorry let me get you together do u have time? Now, part of me wanted to be so rude because I’m not feeling well I have a headache and it’s just not my day. So reluctantly I’m like yes I’ll wait. I really hope she is in a position of power and if not, SHE NEEDS TO BE. She is a example of what a LEADER is. I hope this reaches the owner so she can be rewarded because she literally didn’t have to do that. I NEVER go to this Wendy’s because it has a bad reputation. But again I wasn’t feeling well, and needed to eat. I’m glad I stopped because TASHA WAS AWESOME!! I’ll definitely be blessing her, she deserves it. “Considering we arrived 30 minutes before closing late last night. The drive-thru attendant was gracious and helpful. She politely informed out of what was available and what was not due to the hour. We were so grateful to get something to eat, especially after being at the hospital for six hours. Thank you so much!“

“I chose the drive-thru and ordered a Big Dave Wendy's meal (burger, fries, drink). My photos are from that perspective. The drive-thru line went quickly. Ordering on the intercom went flawlessly, and I ordered a special [grill] burger, too. All the food was delicious and filled me up. The parking lot was clean and cars came and went with orders of food to their liking. I believe this location is 24 hours. Handicapped accessible. I will be back for more.“

“I ordered French toast sticks & O.J. two days in a row and they remembered the 2nd time to give me 2 syrups ? plus their customer service was really nice!

“The manager and the drive thru attendant were super awesome. I had 2 salads that had no chicken on them 2 days ago and they replaced them with no problem. They were super nice and took great care of me. Way to turn a negative into a positive“

“Stopped in for breakfast and found the store clean and ready for business. The employees took my order quickly and courteously and I had my food in a few minutes.Biscuits and gravy was good with plenty of sausage in it.And my sausage biscuit was hot and fresh. Add fresh coffee to that and it was a great breakfast.. not that expensive at 7 dollars and change.I'd stop in again. ?“

“Just had to share this experience from today.

I know it is a fast food restaurant and nobody really thinks twice about what's going on in line waiting to order or get their food. Today, I saw an older woman have to open her door to order her food at the microphone and it was a struggle for her to say the least. She was not able to project her voice all that well in order for the employee on the other end to hear her. While waiting for the woman to order, I was able to overhear the employee. To say the least, she was one of the most patient and supportive people that could have been working at that drive through window. More than a handful of times she had to repeat herself for the woman and she kept politely asking the woman ordering to repeat what she wanted just to be sure she was right.

After the order was placed, I was asked to wait for around 3 minutes for the older woman to open her door yet again to pay for her food and grab it. It was just over 20 degrees outside today during all of this and I have to say I do not think every fast food location would have been able to handle this situation with as much heart as these employees did today.

Again, I know it's a longer review, and it is just a Wendy's... But they did a heck of a job and it made a rather unfortunate day have a very happy turn to it.
