“I come to this location pretty frequently, it is not the closest one to where I live but I come to this one specifically for the service. They are always on it, very fast and hardly ever get your order wrong. This is a dependable Wendy’s location, whoever is training and managing the staff and doing excellent because there has only been less than a handful of times where I’ve had an issue with them. Keep up the hard work! Thank you Wendy’s employees for always making sure I have a fresh lunch!!“

“Drive thru at rush hour late night Sunday about option other than White Castle... I guess everyone else also can't Afford groceries these days ending their ending their weekend adventures coming home to an empty fridge. So I was probably a little frustrated to start running out to feed my hungry family. Staff did ok and wasn't terribly slow but my Ole Lady wasn't her Baked Potato with Cheese didn't have cheese sauce just had shredded cheese. But in their defense she Is Pregnant and Picky :)“
“My wife and I stopped by this Wendy's for breakfast, and the experience was great. Our order was made correctly, and even after the drive home and a bit of waiting, the food still tasted fresh—like it had just been made. The staff were kind and friendly, which added to the positive experience.
The breakfast potatoes had a few dry spots, but overall they were still pretty good.

“Went to have Wendy's breakfast this morning after getting my order screwed up at McDonald's for the 4th time an I will say I was highly impressed with the service at this location. Scott took the order, spoke clearly through the mic, even asked me would I like any additional items to go wirh my order, great customer service. Pulling to the window the other workers even greeted me while I waited on my order ! 10 Stars for Scott an the rest of the employees at this location ! I found my new breakfast spot !!!!!!“
“Went on a saturday afternoon and it was very busy, just wanted to try the new thin mint frosty and figured i’d wait. Signs say they are hiring and I assume they may be understaffed. After a longer than usual but not unreasonable wait considering how busy they were I ordered my frosty and when I got to the window the nice lady (manager) who was working was very kind and apologized for the wait and I got my frosty. Excellent and kind service for a location that probably needs more staff to help with wait times. I would recommend this location and will be back next time I want a frosty. THANK YOU!“
“Today I ordered the son of baconator which is currently on special for $3. I ordered it with extra pickle extra onion and extra mayonnaise. I'll let you take a look at the pics and decide if what I ordered extra is extra. With that being said the sandwich tasted fresh and was warm. I also ordered the loaded bacon fries. While the portion was full and the toppings exceeded my expectations the fries were soggy as they had not been cooked long enough. I enjoy using the app and like the discounts and rewards they provide.“

“Very,very unprofessional. All the lights were out in the menu board were out! You could not order from the menu! At least I couldn't! Got inside to order my food, mind you, I'm the only patron in the store! It still took half a hour to get my food! “I walked 11 miles home from kenwood. Hadn’t eaten in 25 hours or something stopped in at this wendys. Staff was friendly and even checked to make sure I had a charge to turn my phone back on. I ordered two different types of triple cheese burgers and a ghost chicken sandwich. Ate them and continued my walk home. Wonderful experience. The Muenster cheese I wish was melted or something. “HONEY !! I just had the BEST SERVICE of the Wendy’s drive thur line!!! Honey!!!!!!! PRAISE THIS BEAUTIFUL INDIVIDUAL!!! 8/16/24 so I can remember this day. I came the the monitor to order my food and this beautiful energetic voice ask me what would I like to order FYI I can to Wendy’s all the time so she definitely recognized my Voice.. Usually the person taking my order is an older lady and she just doesn’t sound like she likes her job at all. Today was beautiful and she is a manager if I am not Mistake, but she did a wonderful job!!! I am soooo impressed!! That women is definitely God sent! “I love their morning potatoes. Not FF 's. Kinda like potato wedges but thinner and seasoned really well.
They also have breakfast sandwiches on English muffins like the "other place"
I was pleasantly surprised. The food was hot and tasty. I used my AARP CARD. They didn't offer any discounts,
But they gave me a free drink. I chose coffee which went well with breakfast food.
The service was great. I have a new breakfast place and I will go back.

“I am not a fast food person, but the manager (Cat) made my experience here so enjoyable I would come back. I was n the middle of a meeting trying to get my technology to do what I wanted it to do. She saw my need and actually took my money and grabbed my coffee for me. After the class, she facilitateted my meatless diet and prepared something that was actually good on the veggie side. Her demeanor was welcoming, pleasant and professional. In this day and age, that is a miracle in itself. I received actual customer service from a fast-food entity. She should train the rest of the industry.“

“Stopped in for breakfast and found the store clean and ready for business. The employees took my order quickly and courteously and I had my food in a few minutes.Biscuits and gravy was good with plenty of sausage in it.And my sausage biscuit was hot and fresh. “I would like to recognize two young ladies and the GM at this location. There was an irate customer and they handled it so professionally, it was amazing to see. The young lady, Boo B (with the locs), was extremely professional and pleasant, Even after the customer was rude to her. The GM, handled the situation, and rather than match the energy of the irate customer, he took care of her, and she was pleased. Also, Kierra (aka BBS or FH ?), took my order and was very pleasant and professional as well. I will definitely be revisiting this location for lunch.“
“The manager and the drive thru attendant were super awesome. I had 2 salads that had no chicken on them 2 days ago and they replaced them with no problem. They were super nice and took great care of me. Way to turn a negative into a positive“
“Just had to share this experience from today.
I know it is a fast food restaurant and nobody really thinks twice about what's going on in line waiting to order or get their food. Today, I saw an older woman have to open her door to order her food at the microphone and it was a struggle for her to say the least. She was not able to project her voice all that well in order for the employee on the other end to hear her. While waiting for the woman to order, I was able to overhear the employee. To say the least, she was one of the most patient and supportive people that could have been working at that drive through window. More than a handful of times she had to repeat herself for the woman and she kept politely asking the woman ordering to repeat what she wanted just to be sure she was right.
After the order was placed, I was asked to wait for around 3 minutes for the older woman to open her door yet again to pay for her food and grab it. It was just over 20 degrees outside today during all of this and I have to say I do not think every fast food location would have been able to handle this situation with as much heart as these employees did today.
Again, I know it's a longer review, and it is just a Wendy's... But they did a heck of a job and it made a rather unfortunate day have a very happy turn to it.
