“We haven't been for a while but we live this place. Their fried mushrooms, burgers, crispy chicken sandwich and holiday cookie shake are really nice. My son's grilled cheese was a bit overcooked and we trued chocolate mint whip drink but didn't care for it much. Our server's name was Patrick and he was very friendly abd a crafted salesman. We got $5.00 vouchers with a gift card purchase for our next trip. The atmosphere parking lot was well plowed and someone had built tiny little snowmen on the sign which was very cute.“

We ordered the double deluxe burger and the North Atlantic Cod Sandwich. The burger was excellent—juicy and perfectly cooked. The fish sandwich was also very tasty, though I found the bun a little on the thick side. Overall, both dishes were delicious and satisfying. Given the great experience, we'd absolutely stop here again on our travels and try out some of the other menu items. Highly recommend.“

“What can I tell you for those of you that have skyline your entire life and have become bored with it I'd suggest you try it again. I'm back in Ohio after a 30 plus year vacation in the military. I will tell you skyline has been great as a kid in Cincinnati and it's even better here in Columbus. Love this place!“

“I order a a plan chicken sandwich meal and received a great sandwich and hot fries. Service was fast and friendly. The only problem was I ordered a regular sandwich and received a spicy sandwich. The sandwich was good so no complaints, just thought they should have a heads up to check orders. The sandwich was labeled as a non spicy sandwich, so if someone has food allergies they could be exposed.“

“I don’t use their AI drive thru because it’s slow and difficult to use (have to repeat many times). It’s faster to go in and order in person.

I went for breakfast around 8AM before a road trip. *The staff was very helpful, making sure I had everything I needed.*

“I drive a tractor trailer OTR I parked in lot of old Walmart at 0100 or 1AM called the store and they let me in. Super friendly was not expecting the warm welcome at all. “A vendor had Savy delivered. The hamburger sliders were larger than most sliders and delicious. The chicken fingers/tenders were tender and real breast meat. They definitely can compete with Canes. The Onion rings were great. I'm not a big fan of crinkle fries but they were good too.“

“Preston's takes the time to check that the food that goes out is checked for quality. The fries are neatly served vertically in paper bags, are never greasy and have enough salt to please. We took my father-in-law there for a birthday lunch, and he commented that it reminded him of how burgers used to be in the 1950s. Preston's is not the cheapest, but it is definitely worth the price.“

“We came here on a Sunday night at 8:30 and were a little nervous because of how late it was. When we arrived, it was actually pretty busy, and to say we were impressed is an understatement.

The staff was so composed and on top of things. They were friendly and professional, even though it kept getting busier. By the time we sat down, the line was to the door and not stopping.

The food was so fresh, from the protein to the veggies to the queso. Everything was beyond excellent.

The restaurant was spotless and bright.

“I came during lunch time. there was some construction and busy traffic lights around the building, getting in and out wasn't necessarily a breeze, but other than that, great experience!

I tried the new jalapeño bacon sandwich. I recommend trying it, the bacon was nice and thick. I was not overly impressed with the flavor of the bun, but the sandwich was spot on!“

I’m worried, though - the Taco People Predict sign has long been a reliable predictor of OSU football scores…but it wasn’t consistently updated this past season! “This location is disgusting. The lobby floor looks like it has not been washed in over a week. The staff acted as if the customers in the lobby did not exist. They made sure to make no eye contact or actually wait on the customers. I had to call a team member behind the window for service and they looked at me like I was bothering them. I hope a manager actually looks at this location. Clean up the place and get Staff that actually wants to work and wait on customers. White castle deserves more than the staff it has.“
