“This was my first time at Swensons. It gave me the 50's old school Drive In restaurant feels. The only thing missing were the skates. My server was polite. My only complaint was they forgot the brown sauce for a burger and they didn't have lemon for my drink. I went with someone from Athens, so I didn't get the full experience of the Cali drink. Those mistakes didn't take away from me enjoying the food immensely. I also loved the tater tots and zucchini fries. I almost forgot to mention my banana milkshake. It was amazing. I would definitely return and recommend it to others. I did go on a Sunday, so maybe there wasn't enough staff to be efficient, so please remind them to not be so fast as to not put out orders that don't have everything on it. A sayce can make or break an experience. Had the sauce or lemon not been an issue, this would be 5 stars.“

“I don’t normally leave reviews, but I felt compelled to recognize Nick at Skyline Chili in Polaris because he delivered one of the best drive-thru experiences I’ve had anywhere.

From the moment he greeted me over the speaker, his energy, professionalism, and positive attitude immediately stood out. Even through a drive-thru headset, you could tell he genuinely cared about providing great service. He was friendly, patient, and made the entire interaction feel personal rather than rushed.

When I got to the window, Nick was just as impressive. He greeted me with a smile, confirmed everything on my order, and made me feel like a valued customer. In an industry where speed often comes at the expense of customer service, Nick somehow manages to excel at both. The service was fast, accurate, and delivered with a level of enthusiasm that is incredibly rare to find these days.

What really stood out was his attitude. You can teach someone how to take an order, but you can’t teach the kind of positivity, work ethic, and customer-first mindset that Nick naturally brings to every interaction. He represents Skyline Chili exceptionally well and is exactly the kind of employee who keeps customers coming back.

I’ve been through countless drive-thrus over the years, and very few employees leave a lasting impression. Nick did. Employees like him deserve recognition because they elevate the entire customer experience and reflect incredibly well on the company.

“Our first time ever having skyline chili! It was amazing. Whoever the night shift manager was the evening of Sunday 4-19-26, he is great!! He was engaging, with us and the employees. You could feel that the employees enjoyed working under his leadership. 10/10!! Great job all!!“

We ordered the double deluxe burger and the North Atlantic Cod Sandwich. The burger was excellent—juicy and perfectly cooked. The fish sandwich was also very tasty, though I found the bun a little on the thick side. Overall, both dishes were delicious and satisfying. Given the great experience, we'd absolutely stop here again on our travels and try out some of the other menu items. Highly recommend.“

I went for breakfast around 8AM before a road trip. *The staff was very helpful, making sure I had everything I needed.*

“Myungrang Hotdog Columbus is dangerously good. I went in expecting a fun snack and walked out thinking about it for the rest of the day. The week. The month. If they weren’t closing soon, I’d go get some right now.

The flavors and textures are such a wild (and brilliant) surprise—crispy, chewy, melty, sweet, and spicy all at once. The mozzarella-stuffed corn dog dipped in cubes of sweet potatoes, deep fried to golden perfection, then sprinkled with sugar and jalapeños is unreal. That combo hits every note: gooey cheese pull, crunchy exterior, soft sweet potato bites, a hint of sweetness, and just enough heat. It sounds crazy, but it works so well. Fresh, indulgent, and totally crave-worthy. If you’re even slightly curious, go. You’ll be thinking about it later too. 🤯

The only thing to keep in mind is that there is no seating. You can stand at a narrow countertop, but there are no chairs.“

“Always good to me, even tho they put ketchup on my sliders when I didn't ask for it but hey, it's okay cause I drive 125 miles just to get white castle when I come to Columbus for my annual meeting! “What can I tell you for those of you that have skyline your entire life and have become bored with it I'd suggest you try it again. I'm back in Ohio after a 30 plus year vacation in the military. I will tell you skyline has been great as a kid in Cincinnati and it's even better here in Columbus. Love this place!“

“Absolutely loved my food from here! We ordered food from here while at Combustion Brewery. We ordered 2 burgers, 8 chicken tenders and the Carolina dipped chicken sandwich. We walked over to order as we had a lot of customizations. The staff were incredibly kind and patient. They quoted us 15 mins for the food and delivered to my seat in the brewery! This place knows how to cook chicken! Both the tenders and the sandwich were extremely flavorful, hot (like right out of the fryer), and juicy! The burgers are smash patties (highly recommend getting a double) but man are they good! Near the top for my personal burger list. The fries were super crispy and flavorful but a tad too salty (and I like salty fries). Overall that's not enough for me to ding my rating as I went there for the burgers. I didn't rate the atmosphere because we didn't eat in restaurant.“

“The drive through is a so so type of thing if your in A hurry sometimes you can zip through sometimes you end up waiting 20 min the food is pretty good and the prices are fair and it tastes good tried many different things off the menu .. all were great except for the baklava a little to dry and not as flakiness as traditional baklava but I love this place I prefer it over any gyro place in Columbus!“

I tried the new jalapeño bacon sandwich. I recommend trying it, the bacon was nice and thick. I was not overly impressed with the flavor of the bun, but the sandwich was spot on!“

“We came here on a Sunday night at 8:30 and were a little nervous because of how late it was. When we arrived, it was actually pretty busy, and to say we were impressed is an understatement.

The staff was so composed and on top of things. They were friendly and professional, even though it kept getting busier. By the time we sat down, the line was to the door and not stopping.

The food was so fresh, from the protein to the veggies to the queso. Everything was beyond excellent.

The restaurant was spotless and bright.

The food came out delicious. My husband ordered the patty melt, and I got a bunless burger—both were a 10/10. Everything was fresh, hot, and made perfectly.
