“We haven't been for a while but we live this place. Their fried mushrooms, burgers, crispy chicken sandwich and holiday cookie shake are really nice. My son's grilled cheese was a bit overcooked and we trued chocolate mint whip drink but didn't care for it much. Our server's name was Patrick and he was very friendly abd a crafted salesman. We got $5.00 vouchers with a gift card purchase for our next trip. The atmosphere parking lot was well plowed and someone had built tiny little snowmen on the sign which was very cute.“

“The white castle on Hilliard Rome Rd is the cleanest fast food restaurant in columbus. The staff is happy and doesn't look at customers as a nuisance. You are treated respectively and with a smile. Kuddos to the employees and Mgt there.“

“There is more than one fast-food restaurant that when you have the crave, you MUST answer it. You either love it or hate it. I love Skyline and could drink it out of a mug! Don't hate.No matter which location I visit, I am always greeted by a friendly staff and having a drink order filled within a minute or two. I always get the 4 way with onions, and I dump enough hot sauce to break a sweat. Once in a while, i order a side of black beans. Always the same and always delicious. Drinks stay filled and a to-go cup is offered. Thank you, Skyline, for maintaining great quality and service for all these years.“

The AI is garbage and the order system is crazy bad. BUT the staff and the food is insanely good. The breakfast egg sliders are absolutely incredible - I am addicted. The fries are always perfect. They are pretty fast too“

“First time trying their breakfast and it was delicious. I tried the egg white grill muffin with chicken fillet. It was a very tasty and light sandwich. I didn’t feel overly stuffed after eating there not like eating at McDonald’s or Burger King. The food was nice and hot not like McDonald’s or Burger King breakfast where it’s like luke warm to cold.

“A vendor had Savy delivered. The hamburger sliders were larger than most sliders and delicious. The chicken fingers/tenders were tender and real breast meat. They definitely can compete with Canes. The Onion rings were great. I'm not a big fan of crinkle fries but they were good too.“

“Preston's takes the time to check that the food that goes out is checked for quality. The fries are neatly served vertically in paper bags, are never greasy and have enough salt to please. We took my father-in-law there for a birthday lunch, and he commented that it reminded him of how burgers used to be in the 1950s. Preston's is not the cheapest, but it is definitely worth the price.“

The veggies on the slider had seen better days, wouldn't order that again. Fries were decent but kinda cold & a little soggy. “I went to white castle after a bad experience on one particular evening. Everyone has a bad day so I was giving them a second chance. They were well staffed an took care of me like they had done in previous visits. However this visit was different. The young lady bagging up my order did something I did expect. I had ordered 4 cheese sliders and 1 sack of fries. My regular, of course I gotta have ketchup. But unlike in other visits or even other burger places she didn't put the ketchup in last. Potentially allowing the packets to contaminate the fries. She put the ketchup between the cardboard wrap of the sliders and set the bag of hot fries on top of the ketchup packets. It's the small details that I tend to notice and that really counts. Just a little something to remember on your next visit to any restaurant and you order fries. And the server throws the ketchup packet in last.“
