I was a bit irritated cause I felt some couple had cut in front but the warm smile and friendliness of the front of house was spectacular. You can tell he enjoys what he does. Often I’m confused by choice of front of house staff, but whoever you got up there with the tats lol keep that guy! Definitely will be back for another special. Who doesn’t love bleu cheese ?!“

“We got the Reuben, and chef special #3 and we asked him to make some grilled cheeses for our boys. He sliced up croissants put cheese and threw turkey on it too. Our boys loved their grilled cheeses! Our sandwiches were absolutely AMAZING! Please open a Frenchi’s in Newark, Ohio 😅“

“Grinders is my ultimate favorite baked sandwich shop!!! I've been eating here since college, and although some locations are not on my radar any longer, LINCOLN VILLAGE STILL MAKES THE AMAZING SANDWICHES I FEEL IN LOVE WITH "a few" YEARS AGO 😉 !!! In addition to the great food, the owners and staff are wonderful. I'll be a fan for life!“

“Located inside the East Market building, this sub shop is essentially a large cubicle in a food court with multiple counters serving all manners of American and ethnic foods. The sandwiches are large, pricey, and come with sides that look like afterthought. The service is a bit sketchy and seating is limited to one bench! The limited space inside the East Market building impacts the overall experience heavily.“

“This is my favorite sub shop. From western NY where these shops started. I go to this location around once a month. I would say the speed of service and some of the staff could’ve been better. Overall though love the bread and the sub. Will go back. Family favorite.“

“This subway is seriously one of the good ones. Most of the subways I’ve seen were dirty, underemployed and unprofessional. I always go out of my way to get subway from this location because of how clean and awesome the employees are here. Just be nice to them and they will give you exactly what you want!!“

“Had the meatball sub and a bowl of potato soup. Everything was fantastic. They should sell the potato soup by the gallon. It was the best I have had in a very long time. Staff was very polite and fast on getting the food fixed and done correctly. Will be back especially for the potato soup.“

“This subway parking will be in the back. If you are walking, it will be easy to spot from the outside. The sign is bigger than most of the subway restaurants. It looks a bit small. However, the service and food made up for it. Nobody was at the counter yet. When I got close, I was greeted with a smile and quickly asked what I wanted. I got my food with no issues. Payment will be in cash or credit card. I happened to use my watch, so for those who enjoy using the tap, it is simple. There's points for loyal customers also at the end. Right at the cashier, you will see the drinks and chips. The tables and chairs were clean. Overall, it was a pleasant time. If I came back, I'd imagine my experience would be the same.“

“This place is a Columbus staple and childhood favorite, I stopped by this location after many years and it honestly hasn't changed a bit. The service was quick but they were a bit short staffed with the order taker having to run both drive through and the front counter. The food came out quick, hot and fresh. The restaurant itself could use some TLC and updates but it is also a classic spot. Overall, great food and friendly staff.“

“This is my first time leaving feedback! We tried the Philly cheesesteak, ultimate fries, and strawberry lemonade—I highly recommend all three! (I totally forgot to take a picture because we couldn't wait to eat!) Make sure to get everything on your Philly cheesesteak, including jalapeños. Despite the long line(it means this is a popular place :)), the food was delivered quickly (and warm!), and the staff were super nice. I'll definitely be back!“

“Jersey Mike’s subs are definitely better than those of Subway and Jimmy John. The red wine improves their subs to the next level. My personal view is that their cold subs are much better than their grilled ones. Cheese and proteins are freshly cut and vegetables are also fresh. This location is close to west campus with great food quality, and fast and friendly service.“

“The staff is amazing and friendly up there, they remember your name, always prompt service, definitely one of the best Penn stations I like going to, also I am able to fit my bobtail semi truck on the side of building while I grab my food, and even with all the construction because of the traffic lights it’s easy to exit location and get back on the road. Keep up the great work you guys are awesome at this Penn station.

Parking: Very easy if you’re about to tell, semi truck to park on side of the building and grab your food, and easy to exit right onto the main street with traffic lights so you can get back on the road.“

“We just had some of the best customer service from our local Jersey Mikes here in Clintonville. My colleague and I ordered delivery on their app because we’re the only 2 people working today, and we can’t have less than 2 people in the building. Unfortunately they forgot one of our drinks, so I called to see if there was any way to get it delivered.

The manager came down himself and brought the drink to us and apologized for the inconvenience of it all. I have never had a better experience with a Jersey Mikes before! The fact that the manager came himself to resolve the issue and hand deliver the drink, AND shake my hand to apologize? “I pretty much eat JJ every other day around the Columbus area. This store out shines all the other ones in my opinion. When they are busy they are calm and still very polite and attentive to the customer. The restaurant is very clean also for all you peeps that don’t want to rely on the freaky fast delivery! “The subs were good for being so overly priced now as they are. The lady that made our subs was very friendly and helpful.
I will not tip to have my sub made however. The job requires you to make subs so why would I tip you to do just that?

The water cups are too small had to get up 4 times for water. Guess that’s how I pay for it. But would definitely eat there again.“

“I was not expecting much based on the reviews and an experience I had back in Feb with a female general manager I have seen but I was pleasantly shocked at how great this place is . Instantly welcomed and acknowledged upon walking in. The store was super clean and even the cooking area was clean ! All employees were using gloves. I specifically asked for no salami and no tomato . They made it perfectly. Bread was fresh, fries were great portions, hot and well seasoned the cookies are great as always . Lemonade was refreshing and spot on . Even though it was super clean
, there was someone wiping down tables and I found out later it was the general manager. I was very impressed to see a general manager cleaning not just pushing a pencil . The other employees immediately after giving me my order, went to cleaning. There was a peaceful family type vibe in the restaurant among the employees. I was also impressed with the female employee named Tori who did an awesome job and exhibited great customer service !“
