“Went for the first time the Korean chx special and it was delicious and super filling. But even more pleasant than my food was the service I received. I was a bit irritated cause I felt some couple had cut in front but the warm smile and friendliness of the front of house was spectacular. You can tell he enjoys what he does. Often I’m confused by choice of front of house staff, but whoever you got up there with the tats lol keep that guy! Definitely will be back for another special. Who doesn’t love bleu cheese ?!“

“Grinders is my ultimate favorite baked sandwich shop!!! I've been eating here since college, and although some locations are not on my radar any longer, LINCOLN VILLAGE STILL MAKES THE AMAZING SANDWICHES I FEEL IN LOVE WITH "a few" YEARS AGO 😉 !!! In addition to the great food, the owners and staff are wonderful. I'll be a fan for life!“

“Located inside the East Market building, this sub shop is essentially a large cubicle in a food court with multiple counters serving all manners of American and ethnic foods. The sandwiches are large, pricey, and come with sides that look like afterthought. The service is a bit sketchy and seating is limited to one bench! The limited space inside the East Market building impacts the overall experience heavily.“

“I stayed at the Marriot only a 5 minute walk from here, of all the places we tried downtown this is the one we thought we’d miss the most when we left. The lunch menu is amazing, I wish I got to try the breakfast. For how busy it is in there and what seems like only two people behind the counter, the service was phenomenal. The cashier recognized us as soon as we came in and thanked us for coming back. Food is great and fresh, you can see them folding sourdough behind the counter! Beautiful atmosphere, lovely staff, delicious food. If you have about 15-20 minutes to stop in I absolutely recommend it. Do not skip the home fries with rosemary aioli!“

“Stopped here shortly after it opened on a Sunday for the first time. I got the hot buttered cheesecake and potato wafers. The food items were fresh and hot, the service was quick, and the venue was clean and appeared to be newer.

“This subway parking will be in the back. If you are walking, it will be easy to spot from the outside. The sign is bigger than most of the subway restaurants. It looks a bit small. However, the service and food made up for it. Nobody was at the counter yet. When I got close, I was greeted with a smile and quickly asked what I wanted. I got my food with no issues. Payment will be in cash or credit card. I happened to use my watch, so for those who enjoy using the tap, it is simple. There's points for loyal customers also at the end. Right at the cashier, you will see the drinks and chips. The tables and chairs were clean. Overall, it was a pleasant time. If I came back, I'd imagine my experience would be the same.“

“Im a regular at this location so much that when I walk in the door, "Its Hi Bryan". Its like your part of their family. All the people there are awesome to deal with. I've been to a couple other stores in town, and no one compares to the North store on Hamilton Rd in the Meijers parking lot.“

“Where do I start with this place???? I have several food allergies and I can eat here. That’s my first positive thing. The second is that the food is actually flavorful. I had a wrap today. It’s so rare that I actually get to pick up something and eat it, but I can here! I get a great meal, I feel welcome, and it’s amazing hospitality. I also know that I can come here when y’all are slammed busy and get quick, accurate food, which is a huge blessing. It’s hard to trust some quicker service restaurants and I trust you guys! “Used to eat here regularly but not so often anymore. Stopped in here a few weeks ago and was dumbfounded by the price increase of their subs. Don't mind paying more, if it's the same portion size, but the sandwiches have shrunk drastically in size as well. Looks more like they're being put on a hot dog bun than a sub bun. It's just not an economically sound choice for me to eat her anymore. This used to be one of my favorite quick stop eateries. Although the food was still delicious, I can no longer afford it. You can get more for less, at alot of other sandwich shops.“

“This is my first time leaving feedback! We tried the Philly cheesesteak, ultimate fries, and strawberry lemonade—I highly recommend all three! (I totally forgot to take a picture because we couldn't wait to eat!) Make sure to get everything on your Philly cheesesteak, including jalapeños. “Parking: Most people use the McDonald's parking lot which is 2 stores down however, beware of homeless people who are paid by the McDonald's establishment who are on lookout of people who park in their lot and don't actually go to their business. McDonald's will tow your vehicle.“

“We just had some of the best customer service from our local Jersey Mikes here in Clintonville. My colleague and I ordered delivery on their app because we’re the only 2 people working today, and we can’t have less than 2 people in the building. Unfortunately they forgot one of our drinks, so I called to see if there was any way to get it delivered.

The manager came down himself and brought the drink to us and apologized for the inconvenience of it all. I have never had a better experience with a Jersey Mikes before! The fact that the manager came himself to resolve the issue and hand deliver the drink, AND shake my hand to apologize? You’ve earned a customer for life, and I will always tell my friends and family to hit you guys up for some good eats. Thanks again for your help today!“

“Best Penn station I've been to hands down.
Food is seasoned well, everything is freshly made, the workers are kind. I actually just thought I was gonna pick up the food myself (I ate in) but the cook brought it to me. Whenever I want a Philly this is always the first place on my mind.“

“The staff is amazing and friendly up there, they remember your name, always prompt service, definitely one of the best Penn stations I like going to, also I am able to fit my bobtail semi truck on the side of building while I grab my food, and even with all the construction because of the traffic lights it’s easy to exit location and get back on the road. Keep up the great work you guys are awesome at this Penn station.

I always get my chicken teriyaki sub, and anyone that hasn’t tried their lemonade is missing out lol it’s delicious… 🤤

Parking: Very easy if you’re about to tell, semi truck to park on side of the building and grab your food, and easy to exit right onto the main street with traffic lights so you can get back on the road.“
