“I stayed at the Marriot only a 5 minute walk from here, of all the places we tried downtown this is the one we thought we’d miss the most when we left. The lunch menu is amazing, I wish I got to try the breakfast. For how busy it is in there and what seems like only two people behind the counter, the service was phenomenal. The cashier recognized us as soon as we came in and thanked us for coming back. Food is great and fresh, you can see them folding sourdough behind the counter! Beautiful atmosphere, lovely staff, delicious food. If you have about 15-20 minutes to stop in I absolutely recommend it. Do not skip the home fries with rosemary aioli!“

The staff was extremely nice and gave me exceptional service with a smile. I left the store and came back in to let the staff know that they done a wonderful job. “I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CHARLEYS!!!! the food is good. but the management and the service in the Charleys cheesesteak in St Augustine Florida in the Walmart is horrible! I was overcharged by more than $4 and their signs all over the place quoting the correct price. the manager was nowhere to be found so the cashier called her and they still refused to adjust my charge. there is no way to get in touch with corporate the phone number that I did find sounded like it was in China. she said that there was no corporate phone number. I think it's very serious matter when I restaurant cannot be contacted about one of their stores and their managers.“

(I totally forgot to take a picture because we couldn't wait to eat!) Make sure to get everything on your Philly cheesesteak, including jalapeños. When they are busy they are calm and still very polite and attentive to the customer. The restaurant is very clean also for all you peeps that don’t want to rely on the freaky fast delivery! “Always been a fan and frequent customer @ Mr. Hero. Always purchase Philly Cheese Steak Subs and they are awesome! Tried the new Waffle Doodle sandwich and it was ok, but not really sure what to think about it overall. Maybe would have liked it better if the waffles were crispier and more "Done". Just not my taste I guess. Great service as always, quick to get in and out and cashier was super nice. Will continue to visit and try other new menu items.“

“Where do I start with this place???? I have several food allergies and I can eat here. That’s my first positive thing. The second is that the food is actually flavorful. I had a wrap today. “Decent place for what it is. Time Management was horrible hence the 4 stars I waiting for about 15 mins for my food at the drive thru window. The cashier was very nice and sweet that's the only reason they got 4 stars because of her. The food was OK but again it's a fast casual food place so that is too be expected.“

“Parking: Most people use the McDonald's parking lot which is 2 stores down however, beware of homeless people who are paid by the McDonald's establishment who are on lookout of people who park in their lot and don't actually go to their business. McDonald's will tow your vehicle.“

“I work in this store 12 years ago and we just to hang cut all of the meats they were really good quality back then, now they buy precut meats and they are not the same cuality they just taste cheaper, so this please is not the same any more as it was before. Now they are more focus in making investors more money then making costumers happy im sure I'm not the only Costumer who fell this way. Just look at the reviews they just keep getting worse, this is just the same history with every other frenchise restaurant they beging good and over the time investors want more money so they beging buying cheaper ingredients just like many others franchise the are now dead, it was a good run for this restaurant wile it lasted, let's enjoy there last few good ithems before they thurn to make fake bread like subway.“

“This subway is located on South High Street. This has been the cleanest subway I've been to in a long time. The veggies are fresh and kept well and not wilted. The two ladys that have been in there each time my family has came in have been very professional and nice. We witnessed a customer that came in and gave the two workers a hard time and wanted to argue about everything trying to get them to validate a coupon that wasn't for what she was ordering. The entire time they were polite to the customer even though she was really rude and disrespectful. I must say we have came back 3 times this month.“

“The staff is amazing and friendly up there, they remember your name, always prompt service, definitely one of the best Penn stations I like going to, also I am able to fit my bobtail semi truck on the side of building while I grab my food, and even with all the construction because of the traffic lights it’s easy to exit location and get back on the road. Keep up the great work you guys are awesome at this Penn station.

Parking: Very easy if you’re about to tell, semi truck to park on side of the building and grab your food, and easy to exit right onto the main street with traffic lights so you can get back on the road.“
