Often I’m confused by choice of front of house staff, but whoever you got up there with the tats lol keep that guy! Definitely will be back for another special. Who doesn’t love bleu cheese ?!“

I've been eating here since college, and although some locations are not on my radar any longer, LINCOLN VILLAGE STILL MAKES THE AMAZING SANDWICHES I FEEL IN LOVE WITH "a few" YEARS AGO 😉 !!! “Had a large order for our office, and Chad absolutely took care of us. Made us feel welcome and accommodated to exactly what we needed. Sammies are smackin' some of the best we have had in the city. Had to Yo! Adrian and every bite was fantastic. Can recommend this place enough, the staff and quality of food are all next level. 10/10 would smash again“

“I stayed at the Marriot only a 5 minute walk from here, of all the places we tried downtown this is the one we thought we’d miss the most when we left. The lunch menu is amazing, I wish I got to try the breakfast. For how busy it is in there and what seems like only two people behind the counter, the service was phenomenal. The cashier recognized us as soon as we came in and thanked us for coming back. Food is great and fresh, you can see them folding sourdough behind the counter! Beautiful atmosphere, lovely staff, delicious food. If you have about 15-20 minutes to stop in I absolutely recommend it. Do not skip the home fries with rosemary aioli!“

“Stopped here shortly after it opened on a Sunday for the first time. I got the hot buttered cheesecake and potato wafers. The food items were fresh and hot, the service was quick, and the venue was clean and appeared to be newer.

“This subway parking will be in the back. If you are walking, it will be easy to spot from the outside. The sign is bigger than most of the subway restaurants. It looks a bit small. However, the service and food made up for it. Nobody was at the counter yet. When I got close, I was greeted with a smile and quickly asked what I wanted. I got my food with no issues. Payment will be in cash or credit card. I happened to use my watch, so for those who enjoy using the tap, it is simple. There's points for loyal customers also at the end. Right at the cashier, you will see the drinks and chips. The tables and chairs were clean. Overall, it was a pleasant time. If I came back, I'd imagine my experience would be the same.“

“Im a regular at this location so much that when I walk in the door, "Its Hi Bryan". Its like your part of their family. All the people there are awesome to deal with. I've been to a couple other stores in town, and no one compares to the North store on Hamilton Rd in the Meijers parking lot.“

“Used to eat here regularly but not so often anymore. Stopped in here a few weeks ago and was dumbfounded by the price increase of their subs. Don't mind paying more, if it's the same portion size, but the sandwiches have shrunk drastically in size as well. Looks more like they're being put on a hot dog bun than a sub bun. It's just not an economically sound choice for me to eat her anymore. This used to be one of my favorite quick stop eateries. Although the food was still delicious, I can no longer afford it. You can get more for less, at alot of other sandwich shops.“

(I totally forgot to take a picture because we couldn't wait to eat!) Make sure to get everything on your Philly cheesesteak, including jalapeños. “I work in this store 12 years ago and we just to hang cut all of the meats they were really good quality back then, now they buy precut meats and they are not the same cuality they just taste cheaper, so this please is not the same any more as it was before. Now they are more focus in making investors more money then making costumers happy im sure I'm not the only Costumer who fell this way. Just look at the reviews they just keep getting worse, this is just the same history with every other frenchise restaurant they beging good and over the time investors want more money so they beging buying cheaper ingredients just like many others franchise the are now dead, it was a good run for this restaurant wile it lasted, let's enjoy there last few good ithems before they thurn to make fake bread like subway.“

The gentleman running the grill made the best Buffalo chicken sub to date. I even worked as a manager for a jersey mikes once upon a time and even mine never tasted that good. “Jersey Mike’s subs are definitely better than those of Subway and Jimmy John. The red wine improves their subs to the next level. My personal view is that their cold subs are much better than their grilled ones. Cheese and proteins are freshly cut and vegetables are also fresh. This location is close to west campus with great food quality, and fast and friendly service.“

“Parking: Most people use the McDonald's parking lot which is 2 stores down however, beware of homeless people who are paid by the McDonald's establishment who are on lookout of people who park in their lot and don't actually go to their business. McDonald's will tow your vehicle.“

We used to walk in and get greeted with “Welcome to Firehouse”. What happened to that? Sawmill location is always very nice but the kids working at Renner road are rude and scrolling on phones. It was just after six pm when we were there.“

“The staff is amazing and friendly up there, they remember your name, always prompt service, definitely one of the best Penn stations I like going to, also I am able to fit my bobtail semi truck on the side of building while I grab my food, and even with all the construction because of the traffic lights it’s easy to exit location and get back on the road. Keep up the great work you guys are awesome at this Penn station.

Parking: Very easy if you’re about to tell, semi truck to park on side of the building and grab your food, and easy to exit right onto the main street with traffic lights so you can get back on the road.“
