“I'm really not sure why this Tim Horton's only has 3 + stars but it deserves 5. There were no lines on a Saturday. I was greeted with a smile by the employees. I was attentively waited on. It was a great experience. Also get the Timmy bites. Soooo good!! Will come back here when I'm in the area.“

“I am giving Tim Hortons stars because they always get my order correct. lately fast food places just be throwing stuff in a bag, even when they repeat your order is still wrong! Not at this one. “Thanks to the Employees for their kindness today. I went to order a 10pk of my Favorite Birthday Cake TIMBITS. And I was at the speaker for a few minutes waiting. I was ok. They apologized for the wait. I ordered and pulled up. Instead of a 10 pack. They gave me 20. And told me I didn't have to pay! Made my day! And their donuts always are fresh!“

“They are quick due to speed of service, which is understandable. However, they told me they didn’t have any Fruit chunks for the watermelon Refresher which was fine however they could’ve told me that they were giving me a bacon and cheese omelette bite on a sausage, egg and cheese croissant. My four-year-old was not happy.“

Staff aren't friendly. Acted as if I was interrupting their gaming.
They never looked at me, no napkins giving and when I asked for them she said I put them in your bag but the muffin barely fit in that tiny bag so never got napkins.
Coco was great and buffin was awesome. Like I interrupted them and they were annoyed
Not bad-. Drive thru-. Again!! They acted like I was bugging them by stopping thru and ordering. I'll drive the extra few min to another store for my muffin and hot coco from now on.

“The 2 women working the window were so friendly and positive! I was planning to get 20 Tim bits, but they told me that I would get the spring basket if I ordered 30. And they genuinely shared how cute it was with me, that I had to get more to get it! Appreciate happy and kind people!“

“One of my favorite Tim Hortons to visit. I frequent the their drive thru about twice a week. I’ve also visited this place to do my homework. Nice and comfortable furniture. Modernly decorated, functional technology used for entertainment and wall decor. The staff are awesome. Food is always great. Coffee is always fresh. Parking spaces on the right side of the building when entering from Livingston Ave. Decent prices.“

“Our experience here has been mixed, although today there was someone in the drive through who was capable. A friendly comment and a smile from the cashier go a long way in making someone’s day brighter. I should have got his name. Nice job this time.“

“10/10 the people here are not the most outwardly friendly, however, they all seem to genuinely care is you actually get that you wanted. They are quick and efficient while ensuring accuracy. Everything is fresh and the inside is clean so whether you grab food and go or eat in, it's a pleasant experience.“

“Its 630pm and I just tried to go get my sister and I a coffee (I was just here at this location on S High St. this morning) and now there are signs taped up on the drive thru menu, front doors, and on the drive thru window that says “closed until further notice”???? Does anyone know why???“

“Several times now, including today, we have gone in to order and had to wait while everybody works the drive thru. They know we are there but they don't wait on us. After 10 minutes we leave. We are frequent customers. We like the food, but I don't understand why we are ignored in favor of the drive thru. After a car or two goes through, we have been waiting longer to place our order than anyone in the car line.“

“I’m shocked reading negative reviews…. My children and I went into this location this am for breakfast and we were greeted as soon as we came in by employees. Every one were smiling laughing and working. At one point it became extremely busy but they were still very kind and constantly apologized for each persons wait. the prices are a little bit high but overall my experience was good and will return. Also wanted to see what age do y this place start hiring? It seem like fun environment to work“

“Ordered at roughly 9:58 am 11/8/24 . Severed by a younger woman who I didn’t catch the name of. Best Tim Hortons I’ve ever had. The chocolate dipped donuts were the best I’ve ever had there. Super fresh and tasty. I always order extra whipped cream with my hot chocolate and never get it but I could tell I got it this time and it was amazing.“

“I’ve been coming to this Tim Hortons for a while now. Mostly early early mornings. And I’ll say, it is the most enjoyable experience. Everyone is so friendly, kind, prompt and cheerful (not over the top cheerful, just naturally pleasant and cheerful). I love coming in and being greeted and then the food is always top notch, and when there is some sort of issue, it is handled right away, and above what would be expected.“

“The Tim Hortons at this location is good as any other. Fresh Honey Dipped doughnuts and correct amount of sugar and cream That I had ordered--Most places can't get the latter correct.

I did not like that my Iced Coffee was filled to the Lid with large chunks on ICE. Didn't like that. Especially after paying over $4 dollars for a drink.“

“The place was super clean , it felt like the store was obviously taken care of. There wasn’t any dirt in sight. “I ordered the bacon egg and cheese croissant breakfast sandwich. The picture on the menu didn't really match the sandwich I received today. The croissant was super flat and a little charred. The egg covered a third so most bites were empty. Don't flatten them please!
