“Thanks to the Employees for their kindness today. I went to order a 10pk of my Favorite Birthday Cake TIMBITS. And I was at the speaker for a few minutes waiting. I was ok. They apologized for the wait. I ordered and pulled up. Instead of a 10 pack. They gave me 20. And told me I didn't have to pay! Made my day! And their donuts always are fresh!“

“One time I was here some months ago and the place was dirty in appearance and the help was even worse in appearance. Today the store interior is neat as a pin and the help is industrious, friendly and makes an attractive appearance. Coffee is fresh and hot … like I’m used to at Tim Horton’s … the best coffee ever!“

My food and coffee is always hot and fresh, not once have I been disappointed the best part of stopping by my one and only tim hortons is the crew. “This location has to deal with some of the most interesting and hard-working people possible.You may pull up and have a full-blown construction crew or a man standing there with no shirt and a shoe taped to his head, and the group of girls working today would show the same amount of dedicated, hard-working, coffee serving respect as possible! Highly recommend them, they noticed I was out of my iced coffee coupons and hooked me up with plenty for myself, and my multiple business locations in the area for the employees as well!Great job!“

“They are quick due to speed of service, which is understandable. However, they told me they didn’t have any Fruit chunks for the watermelon Refresher which was fine however they could’ve told me that they were giving me a bacon and cheese omelette bite on a sausage, egg and cheese croissant. My four-year-old was not happy.“

“I come to this T.H. almost every Sunday afternoon to relax and enjoy a sandwich and coffee. Of course, the food and coffee are very good. “One of my favorite Tim Hortons to visit. I frequent the their drive thru about twice a week. I’ve also visited this place to do my homework. Nice and comfortable furniture. Modernly decorated, functional technology used for entertainment and wall decor. The staff are awesome. Food is always great. Coffee is always fresh. Parking spaces on the right side of the building when entering from Livingston Ave. Decent prices.“

“I frequently go through the drive thru of a Tim Horton’s for an Iced Coffee with sweet n low & cream, choosing a location from the map near to where I am. Today I went to the location at Rt. 161 & N. Meadows Dr. maybe because it was so hot outside that it tasted so good but I swear of all the Tim Hortons I visited in the area. This iced coffee was the best; hope I find myself in the area again real soon“

“This has become my go-to Tim Hortons. I started coming here because it's right by my work, but now I go there all the time because the people who work there are so great, and so friendly, and I've never had a single problem with anything I order! For some reason, the other Tim Hortons I used to go to all the time cannot seem to make my coffee drink correctly anymore, and I just gave up going there. This one has never had any problems. I usually get a large mocha iced coffee, 2 creams, and 2 sugars, and they make it perfect every time. At the other Tim Hortons, I usually have to go with 3 creams and 3 sugars, and it's still not right. I usually end up having to go home and use my own creamer to get it right. Highly recommend!“

“The Tim Hortons at this location is good as any other. Fresh Honey Dipped doughnuts and correct amount of sugar and cream That I had ordered--Most places can't get the latter correct.

I did not like that my Iced Coffee was filled to the Lid with large chunks on ICE. Didn't like that. Especially after paying over $4 dollars for a drink.“

“Super friendly and nice team! I had a larger order and they were happy to fulfill it and even write names on each single item on the list. Doing it all while smiling! “Its 630pm and I just tried to go get my sister and I a coffee (I was just here at this location on S High St. this morning) and now there are signs taped up on the drive thru menu, front doors, and on the drive thru window that says “closed until further notice”???? Does anyone know why???“

“Several times now, including today, we have gone in to order and had to wait while everybody works the drive thru. They know we are there but they don't wait on us. After 10 minutes we leave. We are frequent customers. We like the food, but I don't understand why we are ignored in favor of the drive thru. After a car or two goes through, we have been waiting longer to place our order than anyone in the car line.“

“I enjoy hitting this Tim's after dropping my husband off at work. They always have fresh and good looking donuts. The coffee is always on point and have never been told a machine is down. The drive through staff is always friendly a d fast.“

“I went and picked up an order through the drive thru and they were very nice. Unfortunately I’ve never had Tim Hortons food before, so when I got home, my boyfriend realized we had items we didn’t order and we were missing about half our order(2 farmers sausage wraps and a biscuit sandwich) so I went back to the store. I went inside and was helped by Kyle who was so helpful and got me the correct items. Kyle was very clearly helping to train someone who ended up being the person making the wraps. The man making the wraps was being very deliberate in making the wraps properly, which again makes me believe he’s in training. I was offered a donut or some timbits for the inconvenience, and I declined simply because mistakes happen. Especially in training. It’s a simple mistake and a simple fix which they immediately remedied. Thank you Kyle and team!“

“I’m shocked reading negative reviews…. My children and I went into this location this am for breakfast and we were greeted as soon as we came in by employees. Every one were smiling laughing and working. At one point it became extremely busy but they were still very kind and constantly apologized for each persons wait. the prices are a little bit high but overall my experience was good and will return. Also wanted to see what age do y this place start hiring? It seem like fun environment to work“

“I came to this Tim hortons to sit inside this Sunday morning as I’m writing this and there were only 3 ladies working. And they are incredible! I was watching them hack amazingly at the long line in drive thru, take inside orders, and deal with rude heckling Doordash drivers all while making good food and drinks in a timely manner. They made my morning. I hope they know they’re doing a great job and I appreciate them!“

“Ordered at roughly 9:58 am 11/8/24 . Severed by a younger woman who I didn’t catch the name of. Best Tim Hortons I’ve ever had. The chocolate dipped donuts were the best I’ve ever had there. Super fresh and tasty. I always order extra whipped cream with my hot chocolate and never get it but I could tell I got it this time and it was amazing.“

“Service here has definitely changed in a good way over the years!
It is currently drive thru only, but don't let that discourage you from diving thru and grabbing something. The crew they have had The Past couple months has been very polite and helpful.
I have been in shock at the service !
Many times if we order doughnuts and they don't have them ready, such as a filled type, they politely ask if we have a few minutes to wait for them to pull us over and wait for them to make them fresh.
We have swung by here numerous times in the past few months due to the service being above and beyond.“

“Best Tim Hortons I have visited: Hot food, good coffee, pleasant staff, fast Wi-Fi, clean dining room and restrooms.

I spent a few hours here waiting to check into my hotel nearby and they did not ever ask me to leave. I had both breakfast and lunch here, if that gives you an idea of how much time I was here.

Staff was so nice to me and one gentleman even brought my sandwich to me while I was working.

Highly Recommend!

The lot spacing of the establishment is the available parking so in total it's about 8-10 spaces.
Which is directly across from the drive-thru window west of the establishment, about 4 spaces located under a tree behind the establishment.“

“The two young gentlemen that helped me today were amazing! I didn't catch their names but, they made my experience memorable. The location ran out of a few ingredients for the drinks I ordered online. Not only did they substitute it for the most similar items, they also had me try it in real time and asked my opinion. It is hard for me to traverse dietary/food sensitivities but they made it simple and I LOVED it more then the original. Please give them a raise or an extra day off. This type of customer service is hard to come by, I will be coming back! :)“
