“Food was good. Maybe because I'm from the south, I was underwhelmed with the greeting we received from the cashier. They were a few more people that came in that he was super friendly with, so maybe it was just us. I also thought it was tacky of the other employee to notify my friend that they normally charge customers $.69 for a cup of ice when we purchased a breakfast combo. That would have been a no. It was super clean with a nice atmosphere otherwise.“
“UNFORTUNATELY this place has gone DOWNHILL. The service used to be very friendly, food was hot and fresh but after my visit this morning I can say I’m very disappointed. I’m not sure about the girl working the window but RUDE didn’t come close to her attitude. Coffee was so cold I had to ask if they were sure I didn’t order cold brew. They were out of 2 items I tried ordering and what I got was a waste of my money. No napkins in the bag. List goes on and on. Very disappointing.“
“Very loyal, devoted(some crew have stayed here for YEARS, even thru the pandemic hardships), impressve staff who not only accommodate my morning routine, but they go out of their way to be kind, informative, and cheerful to their customers; brightening peoples days. “Thanks to the Employees for their kindness today. I went to order a 10pk of my Favorite Birthday Cake TIMBITS. And I was at the speaker for a few minutes waiting. I was ok. They apologized for the wait. I ordered and pulled up. Instead of a 10 pack. They gave me 20. And told me I didn't have to pay! Made my day! And their donuts always are fresh!“

“This location has to deal with some of the most interesting and hard-working people possible.You may pull up and have a full-blown construction crew or a man standing there with no shirt and a shoe taped to his head, and the group of girls working today would show the same amount of dedicated, hard-working, coffee serving respect as possible! Highly recommend them, they noticed I was out of my iced coffee coupons and hooked me up with plenty for myself, and my multiple business locations in the area for the employees as well!Great job!“

“One of my favorite Tim Hortons to visit. I frequent the their drive thru about twice a week. I’ve also visited this place to do my homework. Nice and comfortable furniture. Modernly decorated, functional technology used for entertainment and wall decor. The staff are awesome. Food is always great. Coffee is always fresh. Parking spaces on the right side of the building when entering from Livingston Ave. Decent prices.“
“I’m shocked reading negative reviews…. My children and I went into this location this am for breakfast and we were greeted as soon as we came in by employees. Every one were smiling laughing and working. At one point it became extremely busy but they were still very kind and constantly apologized for each persons wait. the prices are a little bit high but overall my experience was good and will return. Also wanted to see what age do y this place start hiring? It seem like fun environment to work“
“I frequently go through the drive thru of a Tim Horton’s for an Iced Coffee with sweet n low & cream, choosing a location from the map near to where I am. Today I went to the location at Rt. 161 & N. Meadows Dr. maybe because it was so hot outside that it tasted so good but I swear of all the Tim Hortons I visited in the area. This iced coffee was the best; hope I find myself in the area again real soon“
“Service was quick and didn't have to wait long for everything to be ready even with the busy morning rush. They get everything out to you quick and it's made as ordered, no issues with quality of food and coffee even when they're busy.“
“Ordered at roughly 9:58 am 11/8/24 . Severed by a younger woman who I didn’t catch the name of. Best Tim Hortons I’ve ever had. The chocolate dipped donuts were the best I’ve ever had there. Super fresh and tasty. I always order extra whipped cream with my hot chocolate and never get it but I could tell I got it this time and it was amazing.“

“I enjoy hitting this Tim's after dropping my husband off at work. They always have fresh and good looking donuts. The coffee is always on point and have never been told a machine is down. The drive through staff is always friendly a d fast.“

“Walked in right as they had a power outage. We received a few breakfast. Which was pretty good. Food was hot. Service was quick. Staff was friendly even with no power. They worked as a team and kept it together. The manager rocked. We really don't patronize this establishment too much but donuts sounded good.“
“Several times now, including today, we have gone in to order and had to wait while everybody works the drive thru. They know we are there but they don't wait on us. After 10 minutes we leave. We are frequent customers. We like the food, but I don't understand why we are ignored in favor of the drive thru. After a car or two goes through, we have been waiting longer to place our order than anyone in the car line.“
“I went and picked up an order through the drive thru and they were very nice. Unfortunately I’ve never had Tim Hortons food before, so when I got home, my boyfriend realized we had items we didn’t order and we were missing about half our order(2 farmers sausage wraps and a biscuit sandwich) so I went back to the store. I went inside and was helped by Kyle who was so helpful and got me the correct items. Kyle was very clearly helping to train someone who ended up being the person making the wraps. The man making the wraps was being very deliberate in making the wraps properly, which again makes me believe he’s in training. I was offered a donut or some timbits for the inconvenience, and I declined simply because mistakes happen. Especially in training. It’s a simple mistake and a simple fix which they immediately remedied. Thank you Kyle and team!“
“Best Tim Hortons I have visited: Hot food, good coffee, pleasant staff, fast Wi-Fi, clean dining room and restrooms.
I spent a few hours here waiting to check into my hotel nearby and they did not ever ask me to leave. I had both breakfast and lunch here, if that gives you an idea of how much time I was here.
Staff was so nice to me and one gentleman even brought my sandwich to me while I was working.
Highly Recommend!

It is currently drive thru only, but don't let that discourage you from diving thru and grabbing something. The crew they have had The Past couple months has been very polite and helpful.
I have been in shock at the service !
Many times if we order doughnuts and they don't have them ready, such as a filled type, they politely ask if we have a few minutes to wait for them to pull us over and wait for them to make them fresh.
We have swung by here numerous times in the past few months due to the service being above and beyond.“

“Everyone was so pleasant! The smell of fresh baked donuts and coffee was so inviting. There are tables and even a sitting area to watch tv if you desire.
I had a pastry of spinach and feta. Delicious! Yeah, I also had an apple fritter that I ate later; it was sooo good. My hubbie had the donut bites (Timbits). He enjoyed those as well.
The place was very clean including thr restroom.There are breakfast sandwiches too.
This was a lovely way to begin our trip back home. There are no Horton's in Maryland where we live. This Horton is right in the airport district.“

Which is directly across from the drive-thru window west of the establishment, about 4 spaces located under a tree behind the establishment.“
“I came to this Tim hortons to sit inside this Sunday morning as I’m writing this and there were only 3 ladies working. And they are incredible! I was watching them hack amazingly at the long line in drive thru, take inside orders, and deal with rude heckling Doordash drivers all while making good food and drinks in a timely manner. They made my morning. I hope they know they’re doing a great job and I appreciate them!“
