Wendy's in Columbus

“I've been going to this Wendy's for a long time and I must say it never disappoints. I feel like it's one of the best ones in Columbus. I recently went on Saturday and my Dave's double was to perfection. It was hot and the veggies were fresh! Shout out to the staff at Wendy's for your exceptional food service management. It means a lot to actual get fast food and it's taste good. Thank you!“

“This is the best Wendy's in the area. Brand new and well taken care of . The staff are friendly and we're all joking and having a good time which always makes the restaurant a happier place to visit . Tables needed to be cleaned, but overall, it was very nice inside . Food came out quickly and was typical Wendy's fair . The berry frosty tasted like medicine and can not recommend it .“

“Placed a mobile order for drive thru pick up. Had to run in to use the restroom and asked if I could switch it to a carry out pick up last minute. They were quick to accommodate. The young man running the front order was also running drive thru because of someone being on break. Even with only 3 working employees and a long line in drive thru AND over 6 people inside, they got my food out in a timely manner. Every thing was correct even for my picky eater!

“There was a new hire working the register and she got both my friend and I order totaly wrong. We both had to turn around and walk back in and basically reorder. The guy who I assume was the manager rung us up correctly and he and the new hire apologized repeatedly. No big deal, we weren't in a big hurry that day, and everyone was quite nice. Can't make those new hires feel bad, they'll figure it out, give them a chance. I would eat there again, no sweat.

Parking: Looked like if they got really busy it might be tough to find a parking spot but when I was there it was not hard to find a spot because there were only a couple other cars in the whole lot.“

“Gave me the wrong order first, then I go in to get it correct. Management handle me well. Courtesy was great, timing was great… I get to where I had to go for lunch…. And my order was still not correct… the sandwich maker did not put bacon on the Asiago chicken sandwich. The regular spicy was supposed to be light mayo, the sandwich maker gave me ONLY light mayo. She kills the score board. “

“Everything was great. Delicious food and a friendly attendant! My man was upset I only tipped a dollar but that that's ALL I could really afford. ALL tips are WELCOME for people in SERVICE! Don't forget that!!!

Parking: If we wanted to go in there was at least a parking spot!“

Dietary restrictions: I have an allergy to lettuce and onions. They literally changed their gloves just to make my sandwich without possible contamination!“

“I just ordered fries for my daughter (the order was placed in a couple of minutes?) the employees were very friendly, one employee caught up with us and gave us a cute gift for the child, and another employee kindly offered cookies, I was very touched by such good service, thank you for loving your job

“I've never been motivated to leave a good review for a fast food chain, but this one did it!

I made a last-minute decision to grab food here just after their dining room closed. Since I missed the cutoff, I put the order in online. They have a small area for online/delivery order pickups where I could wait.

As an employee was clocking out and leaving, he talked with those of us waiting, went back in, and helped the staff to make sure they could handle the orders before he left. He seemed truly invested in making sure I wasn't waiting too long for my late-night food order.

“I ordered 4 Cinnabons through DoorDash, and I was a little worried about the freshness ordering after 8pm. I was so surprised when they arrived, as they were clearly freshly made. I called and asked for the manager to show my gratitude. I spoke with the manager Juanell (so sorry if I misspelled that). Again thank you so much!!!“

“Got the loaded fries. Had hair in it. Took the fries back in the associate that was off the clock said is something wrong. I told her it's some hair in here. She looked and said yes I see it too. Yelled to the back get her some new fries. Manager came to the front took the fries. I made some new ones. Excellent customer service. “

“The food fresh & hot, the atmosphere was fine, their were families dining in, kid's were enjoying themselves, there was a group of teenagers a bit loud, but they were being teenagers having their regular guy chat, laughing, eating, then out the door they went, service took a bit of time because of the group of teenager's it was like 8 of them altogether, there was a manager that was working front counter & packing the orders for the group of teenager's, manager did say he be right with us which I appreciated that knowing how busy he was, & the manager did a great job on taking care of all the customers who were patiently waiting, inside wasn't to bad, just need a little tiding up where the ketchup pumps were, other then that, I can say this Wendy's is a very busy place & popular place.“

“Straight up heat for a Wendy's. Most other Wendy's are hit or miss. This one was delicious. Perfectly seasoned slightly crunchy fries, fresh bun, fresh veggies on the burger, mayo was tasty as well. Quick service too. Very pleased“

“I had not gone to fast food restaurants since they got so expensive. I tried them again on national cheeseburger day when prices were extremely reduced. I also got a vanilla frosty. I am so glad they brought the vanilla frosty back. It seems every time a new flavor is introduced, they remove vanilla. The burger and frosty was delicious.“

“I went to get the SpongeBob Krabby Patty Meal. I was expecting to get a sandwich, that tried to bring the often imagined sandwich to real life. It did not. It was basically a Dave's single with "Special sauce ". The Pineapple 🍍 frosty is bomb though!“

it seems that every restaurant I go to an employee is always digging in the trash
Not only that, but this man awkwardly stares at me and my friends as we order our food and use the bathroom on our road trip
I understand that it was busy, but my order was wrong-they did in fact forget which dressings I had ordered and gave me two ranch when I would’ve rather preferred a Caesar and a vinaigrette
Besides these facts, this Wendy’s was delightful…
It seems as new and up-to-date with the newest technologies, two family bathrooms, and they share the sink outside in the main dining area. It had romantic lighting, and the employees encouraged more than just a carry out order- they made the space feel safe-except the guy who was digging in the trash and staring at my female friends and I.

“Stopped in because we needed a quick dinner on the road and got served by David. He was friendly, had a good attitude, and worked the register well. In a world where I've gotten used to people putting in the minimum effort, it was nice to get to interact with someone that went beyond that to help the customer feel taken care of. Thanks, David.“

“Wendys fast food breakfast is probably the best deal around. Two people, just under $21 dollars. I had two breakfast biscuits, an order of their seasoned potatoes and a coffee. My husband had two breakfast biscuits and a coffee. I like their order kiosks. You dont have to use an app to get a breakfast deal. The location was clean.“

“Overall standard Wendy’s experience. This location is one I frequent a lot and they have a habit of closing early or “running out of food” by 11pm, so late night isn’t exactly late night here.During the day however. Never had any issues

“For 2 in the afternoon, I was surprised with getting fresh nuggets AND fries! The girl that took our order was kind for waiting as well while I had a small seizure in the drive thru. Her letting me articulate my words is something I won't forget!“

“Stopped in for a light lunch, had a baked potato and some chili. I really like the chili it's very good and the potato as good as well served in the perfect temperature as well the place was very clean and well kept a nice place to stop this is right on the outer belt way of Columbus and makes a nice stop for mid-afternoon lunch“

“Very good for fast food standards, especially the cheaper items on the menu which are much better than other chains' similar products. The service in this restaurant is hard working, efficient and usually friendly. The restaurant is clean and well stocked.“

“I just had the most positive experience! While the line was really busy (lunch time), the person taking the orders was so friendly and correctly took my order and even double checked that they had the drink flavor that I wanted. The person taking the money really kind as well. But my favorite part, my food is FRESH! My burger and fries and chicken nuggets are all hot. The fries are actually fried and not uncooked. Thank you E. Broad street staff for caring about what you do, it makes a difference and I will have a better day today because of your care.“

“i always dread coming to this wendy’s, the last few times i’ve been it took 25+ minutes to get through the drive through line and i was missing stuff from each order, and the staff was pretty unpleasant. i haven’t tried it in awhile so i cautiously placed a mobile order and came back today and was pleasantly surprised. the young man at the drive through window was quick and efficient, i was picking up food for my coworker and i on my lunch break and he saw i was by myself so he put my two drinks in a drink carrier right off the bat. handed me my food and i was good to go. i was checking the bag on my way back to work and realized i was missing my 10 piece. i was pretty annoyed driving back there but thats what i get for not checking before i left. i got back and the drive through line was long so i parked and started walking in. a different gentleman came running outside with my 10 piece and apologized, he said he tried running after me before i left the parking lot but traffic is always so bad on livingston it’s hard to turn left out of the parking lot so when i saw my chance i quickly took it, so he was unable to catch me. he kept an eye out for me and met me outside with my nuggets before i made it in the door, bubbly and apologetic and told me to have a good day. they were hot and fresh as was the rest of our food. i am pleasantly satisfied with my wendy’s trip today. thanks guys :)“

“Service exceeded my expectations for a late night drive thru trip. The two women I interacted with were friendly and kind, and I was glad to have a human at the ordering window instead of AI. I have a few Wendy’s close to me and this will now be my preferred spot.“

“Wendy's food is what it is. Nothing fantastic, but edible. I went in Wendy's to dine in. There was a server name Elissha . She has to be the best server/cashier that I have ever encountered at Wendy's. Extremely polite and friendly and went out of her way to make my Wendy's experience enjoyable. If they could model the rest of their workers after her, Wendy's would get a lot more of my business!!“

“Today 12/27/24 12:00 pm shift is killing it today (in a great way). I just ate an amazing sandwich with fries (7). 100% fresh like how we know Wendy’s to be. The cheese was not infused into a soggy tomato and limp lettuce. This reminded me of when I was a kid (minus the umbrella like bun). I will never argue for a short wait for fresh food. Wow“
