“This is the best Wendy's in the area. Brand new and well taken care of . The staff are friendly and we're all joking and having a good time which always makes the restaurant a happier place to visit . Tables needed to be cleaned, but overall, it was very nice inside . Food came out quickly and was typical Wendy's fair . The berry frosty tasted like medicine and can not recommend it .“
“There was a new hire working the register and she got both my friend and I order totaly wrong. We both had to turn around and walk back in and basically reorder. The guy who I assume was the manager rung us up correctly and he and the new hire apologized repeatedly. No big deal, we weren't in a big hurry that day, and everyone was quite nice. Can't make those new hires feel bad, they'll figure it out, give them a chance. I would eat there again, no sweat.
Parking: Looked like if they got really busy it might be tough to find a parking spot but when I was there it was not hard to find a spot because there were only a couple other cars in the whole lot.“
“Gave me the wrong order first, then I go in to get it correct. Management handle me well. Courtesy was great, timing was great… I get to where I had to go for lunch…. And my order was still not correct… the sandwich maker did not put bacon on the Asiago chicken sandwich. The regular spicy was supposed to be light mayo, the sandwich maker gave me ONLY light mayo. She kills the score board. “
“I've never been motivated to leave a good review for a fast food chain, but this one did it!
I made a last-minute decision to grab food here just after their dining room closed. Since I missed the cutoff, I put the order in online. They have a small area for online/delivery order pickups where I could wait.
As an employee was clocking out and leaving, he talked with those of us waiting, went back in, and helped the staff to make sure they could handle the orders before he left. He seemed truly invested in making sure I wasn't waiting too long for my late-night food order.

What really stood out, though, was the incredible customer service I received from Tanner. “The pickerington location is good but not even close in comparison to the upper Arlington location , its the lack of cleanliness and childlike atmosphere amongst the staff in the back talking that caught my attention at pickerington that stood out & not in a good way to me , Upper Arlington location , CLEAN , PROFESSIONAL, EXCELLENT SERVICE, EXCELLET FOOD, EVERYWHERE YOU LOOK - EXCELLENCE!!!
Ive been to Pickerington location a few times now , and that is what I am basing my reveiw off of , 1 out the 3 visits there was all 5 star , he other 2 visits were sub par, management needs to send some of their own people in that are not known on a unannounced day to see very clearly what Im talking about and address the issues!

“Great customer service, food was fresh without me having to ask. This employer needs a raise! I believe her name tag was Ariel? She was very respectful. I only had an issue maybe 2-3 times at this location and it was because the manager not sure what her name is but she was very disrespectful and Ariel handled it like she was the manager! Calmed everything down and took care of it!“
“The Human associates on the 8:30pm shift have always been GREAT! Very detail oriented. Food is always hot and freshly made. THE Ai digital assistant in the drive thru SUCKS! We are in the future, it’s now. But the Ai assistant does not speed up the process/drive thru line. It cannot figure out “a number 1 with bacon”- you will get into a verbal altercation with the Ai assistant and probably catch a case as it keeps interrupting you not allowing you to finish your order. This is not a comolicTed order either, I come here every two weeks around 8:30pm.
Thankfully the staff inside will double check and correct the order (if you ask them to).
Food is great. Mainly just wanted to give feedback that the ai assistant can ruin someone’s day if you’re already on the brink of an emotional meltdown, don’t come this Wendy’s because ol’ drive thru Ai will push you over the edge“

“I ordered 4 Cinnabons through DoorDash, and I was a little worried about the freshness ordering after 8pm. I was so surprised when they arrived, as they were clearly freshly made. Not only that, but this man awkwardly stares at me and my friends as we order our food and use the bathroom on our road trip
I understand that it was busy, but my order was wrong-they did in fact forget which dressings I had ordered and gave me two ranch when I would’ve rather preferred a Caesar and a vinaigrette
Besides these facts, this Wendy’s was delightful…
It seems as new and up-to-date with the newest technologies, two family bathrooms, and they share the sink outside in the main dining area. It had romantic lighting, and the employees encouraged more than just a carry out order- they made the space feel safe-except the guy who was digging in the trash and staring at my female friends and I.

“Straight up heat for a Wendy's. Most other Wendy's are hit or miss. This one was delicious. Perfectly seasoned slightly crunchy fries, fresh bun, fresh veggies on the burger, mayo was tasty as well. Quick service too. Very pleased“
“Wendys fast food breakfast is probably the best deal around. Two people, just under $21 dollars. I had two breakfast biscuits, an order of their seasoned potatoes and a coffee. My husband had two breakfast biscuits and a coffee. I like their order kiosks. You dont have to use an app to get a breakfast deal. The location was clean.“

While the line was really busy (lunch time), the person taking the orders was so friendly and correctly took my order and even double checked that they had the drink flavor that I wanted. The person taking the money really kind as well. But my favorite part, my food is FRESH! My burger and fries and chicken nuggets are all hot. The fries are actually fried and not uncooked. “i always dread coming to this wendy’s, the last few times i’ve been it took 25+ minutes to get through the drive through line and i was missing stuff from each order, and the staff was pretty unpleasant. i haven’t tried it in awhile so i cautiously placed a mobile order and came back today and was pleasantly surprised. the young man at the drive through window was quick and efficient, i was picking up food for my coworker and i on my lunch break and he saw i was by myself so he put my two drinks in a drink carrier right off the bat. handed me my food and i was good to go. i was checking the bag on my way back to work and realized i was missing my 10 piece. i was pretty annoyed driving back there but thats what i get for not checking before i left. i got back and the drive through line was long so i parked and started walking in. a different gentleman came running outside with my 10 piece and apologized, he said he tried running after me before i left the parking lot but traffic is always so bad on livingston it’s hard to turn left out of the parking lot so when i saw my chance i quickly took it, so he was unable to catch me. he kept an eye out for me and met me outside with my nuggets before i made it in the door, bubbly and apologetic and told me to have a good day. they were hot and fresh as was the rest of our food. i am pleasantly satisfied with my wendy’s trip today. thanks guys :)“

“Today 12/27/24 12:00 pm shift is killing it today (in a great way). I just ate an amazing sandwich with fries (7). 100% fresh like how we know Wendy’s to be. The cheese was not infused into a soggy tomato and limp lettuce. This reminded me of when I was a kid (minus the umbrella like bun). I will never argue for a short wait for fresh food. Wow“
“This is hands-down, the best Wendy’s in all of Columbus. I eat here pretty much every day for lunch and I’ve never had a bad experience. All the employees are extremely nice. The manager is awesome and the food has never been bad. I wish all fast food restaurants would take notes from this establishment. Keep doing what you’re doing and I’m gonna keep eating here every day for lunch!“
