“Wow! What a fantastic place this is. I was expecting to go in a get a hotdog for lunch. Was greeted with a smile and a friendly welcome. That never happens anymore these days. It was the owners mother taking my order and she went over the entire menu with me. I got a chilly dog, a taco gordito dog, a pot roast loaded baked potato and a shrimp Caesar loaded baked potato. Took it to my parents and we were absolutely amazed how good this food was. Just a fantastic place with fantastic food with fantastic people. I am so glad I stopped in. I will be back for sure. “I online ordered a small pizza with two toppings for 7:00pm on New Year’s Eve. when i got there it wasn’t ready but that’s because they had ran out of spinach and didn’t wanna start cooking it without asking if i wanted a different topping. initially i was kinda disappointed that it wasn’t ready but the gentleman at the front counter made sure to prioritize my pizza and he also threw in another item for free.

I’ll be honest, I did the “make sure she sees the tip” thing. And I asked. Please make the best smoothies ever. Then I said. I don’t even care about mine. Make hers perfect.

So here’s my review. I’ve been stopping here for years now. Every time, they’re amazing smoothies. Tipping doesn’t make them better or worse. And it may have been a placebo effect…but I don’t think so.

Normally my large smoothies last me all day. Sip here and there and enjoy it. I dunno what magic they/she (wasn’t paying attention to who made it. I’m so sorry) did. But holy…baby jebus rocking in a cradle with RNGesus. This smoothie is already gone. Time frame…bought at 12…gone at 1. That’s a record. I want this flavor in my mouth. Now. And more. When my family took her first sip…she said the hair stood up in her arm and she got tingles.

Today these two girls (women I know…but I’m old now) made my day much better. And it made hers better. And for a few extra bucks they deserve every penny.

“The smoothies are great, but there needs to be a work culture that shows professionalism. I was there yesterday around 530 or so, there were two staff members(a young lady and a young male), who were cursing and playing while customers were in the lobby. i ask the young man could I have my drinks because he qas so focused on her, that he seemed distracted. (puppy love, I get it). Moreover, I'm all for the young folks taking charge, but the owner should invest in more customer service training. with that being said, I know that the product sales itself, so the owner probably isn't worried about customer service. IJS Bad Look.“

“Chick-fil-A sandwiches have always been a great go to for that chicken sandwich itch. I also do love their salads as they are pretty hefty with the quantity you get in each bowl. The quality of the lettuce is also nice compared to other food chains. The waffle fries are good, but I have experienced at the Willoughby location that they will go very heavy on the salt sometimes where my family and myself just cannot eat them.

My real only complaint is the drive thru service. I would say that in my last 10 visits here, 3 of those times I was missing food. Now, it is my error for not double checking my bag, but in my defense I have been to other food establishments that I have not had issues with any of my orders exceeding at least 30+ trips. This location has dual lanes, and sometimes you can feel pressure of being in lane waiting for food when the car behind you has already been serviced. With the amount of staffing, I feel they need to have someone double check orders.

The staff though is polite and kind, which is nice. I feel the accuracy in which the orders are packed needs to be checked.

Update: I had an issue last night 3/7/25 where my order was missing a sandwich. I noticed this once I got home. I called the store with no answer. I was instructed to leave a voicemail which referenced that I would receive a call back. I never got a returned call. I went back to the store the next day and brought in my receipt showing the clerk how my order was incomplete. They remade the sandwich but referenced to me that they would only do this, this once as they only remake food same day or send me a coupon in mail. Here is my issue, if you aren't picking up the phone and are not returning my phone call as you stated you would, your establishment will not be getting $7 from me for free. I WILL receive my food. I do not want to rely on the USPS to give me a free coupon. If I have to drive back up to your store because of your error, you should be more welcoming and apologetic. Heck, give me a free fry to compensate my gas. Sadly, this left a strong bitter taste on my mouth.

The fast food industry can be very tough on stores depending on location. But you also gain high rep for service quality. Chick-fil-A usually pushes itself as setting a high bar for quality in food and service. So far, my opinion is dropping into the negative areas though as I am continuing to get bad service quality at this location.“

The management, the employees, the service is off the charts, fantastic and I run into a lot of restaurants that suck. But this place is on top of its game, everybody should come.

Never waited longer than 10 minutes for a sub to be ready, even when busy.The menu is clear and easy to read and you have a variety of choices. And the subs themselves are delicious!
