She made quick work of them. Delicious masterpieces each 1 demolished by the family once we got home. This is the only location I will go to and I've tried subways from Florida up the east coast“

I'm a girl who loves extra of certain toppings and every time I ask, they understand immediately and go extra on whatever I asked for. “Ordered around 11:35am on line for a 12:30 curbside pickup I got there around 12:22 and asked if it was too early to pick up the order. They must have been busy I was on hold for a couple minutes the gentleman came out and asked if I was the one that ordered and he said that their computer system was down and they did not get any notification I showed him my copy he said okay give me a couple minutes and I'll bring it out stay right here about 10 minutes later he comes out brings me my order and everything was fine. Very friendly and polite I'll definitely order from there again.“

“I came in and it wasn't busy at 4:30 pm on a Wednesday.Cashier was nice and made a good recommendation.I got the romanburger and it didn't disappoint.I also got waffle fries (they call them waffers) with cheese sauce to dip it in (my first time dipping in cheese).It's definitely a fast food restaurant, so set your expectations accordingly, but overall I was impressed. I would definitely eat here again.“

Especially if you are entertaining company from out of town.
Because Mr. Hero is an Ohio thing.
People outside of Ohio do not have the opportunity to enjoy the Romain Burger.
It would not be safe to ship a sandwich.

“First couple times at Mr Hero. Pickup up a Romanburger for a family member and the cheesesteak sub for me. Solid food. The veggied on the Romanburger were fresh and my family member loved it. The cheesesteak sub for me was great too. I like mushrooms and it had a lot of them. If you're not a mushroom fan you might have them go light on them, but I love them. The waffle fries were very good, and i liked them much better than the ones at a certain chicken chain. Note, This location is definitely setup more for takeout than dining in.“

“I had never been to a Jersey Mike's until today for their day of giving. I expected the long line and busy atmosphere. I did not expect the staff to be SO efficient. they were a very well oiled machine. I watched them hammer out order after order while taking more orders and did not see a single snafu or mistake during my half hour of watching. Very impressive !!! on top of it I really liked my sandwich. while this location is not convenient for me on a normal basis I would seek out another for another yummy sandwich.“

Every time I’ve visited, the experience has been consistently excellent. The place is spotlessly clean, the ingredients always look fresh and well-stocked, and the team moves efficiently even during busy times. The staff greets you the moment you walk in and genuinely seems to care about providing good service. The dining area is clean and comfortable. It’s clear the management takes pride in running this location well.

“My first time at DiBellas, got a 10 inch tuna sub at the Strongsville shop today, it's huge! Good fresh tuna, fresh toppings (I got provolone cheese, mayo, oil, lettuce, tomato, onions, cucumber) but kind of bland because no seasoning and couldn't really taste the onions. The Asiago bread was good. Forgot to ask for salt/pepper because it wasn't listed as an option on their in-store menu. On my way out I asked about it and they said salt and pepper are in packets that they keep behind the counter. I think they should at least have salt pepper listed as an option on their signs.“

“Always get the Philly sammich, sometimes it's better than other times, but for the most part they're consistent and one of our regular spots, the kids even like they're subs, so that's saying something because they're picky eaters! 😊 This last time, they forgot my sub, I called and they said they'd have it ready in 10 minutes and they loaded it, it was definitely one of the better subs, maybe it was because I was more hungry from the wait or the anticipation 🤷, but whatever the case, it was good. We usually get a large fry and it feeds the 4 of us well, so it's a perfect size, I'm not crazy about how they put them in a cup with napkins on top because the top layer always sticks to the napkins and they get cold quickly, so it wouldn't hurt if they actually came up with a better container to put them in, but I still order them, they remind me if fair fries! 😊“

There is a closer location that I could go to however the manager there was rude and I noticed that there pricing was way higher then this location. I highly recommend this particular location on brookpark rd.“
