“I came in and it wasn't busy at 4:30 pm on a Wednesday.Cashier was nice and made a good recommendation.I got the romanburger and it didn't disappoint.I also got waffle fries (they call them waffers) with cheese sauce to dip it in (my first time dipping in cheese).It's definitely a fast food restaurant, so set your expectations accordingly, but overall I was impressed. I would definitely eat here again.“

“Ordered around 11:35am on line for a 12:30 curbside pickup I got there around 12:22 and asked if it was too early to pick up the order. They must have been busy I was on hold for a couple minutes the gentleman came out and asked if I was the one that ordered and he said that their computer system was down and they did not get any notification I showed him my copy he said okay give me a couple minutes and I'll bring it out stay right here about 10 minutes later he comes out brings me my order and everything was fine. Especially if you are entertaining company from out of town.
Because Mr. Hero is an Ohio thing.
People outside of Ohio do not have the opportunity to enjoy the Romain Burger.

“I have not had Penn Station in years, so we thought we would give it a try. I had the regular cheesestake, we shared a large fry, and I had the sweet tea. The sandwich was very good, the fries were even better, a large fry can feed three people, and the sweet tea was really good as well. Staff was friendly and the food came quick. I did not expect the staff to be SO efficient. they were a very well oiled machine. I watched them hammer out order after order while taking more orders and did not see a single snafu or mistake during my half hour of watching. “Jacob, the GM at the Crocker Park location of Dave’s Cosmic Subs, made our recent catering order so easy. We were hosting a gathering of friends and family the evening before my son’s recent wedding. Our order was not a complicated one, but involved a lot of sandwich construction! 18 platters of subs were neatly and carefully prepared and packaged for pickup without any problem. I really liked Jacob’s positive and friendly, ready-to-please personality when I came in to inquire about such a large order. “The man that runs this establishment is one of the sweetest kindest men I have ever met in my life. It is one day before my pay day and i have overdraft protection that normally works. My children wanted Mr Hero and i only had 25 dollars. But i knew i get paid tomorrow so if my account goes negative it will be for less than 6 hours. Well my overdraft protection wouldn’t let the payment go through. I felt embarrassed and upset that they prepared food i couldn’t pay for. He didn’t make scene or cause a fuss. He took my 25 dollars and ask i come back and pay him tomorrow. Something most establishments wouldn’t do. I appreciate his kindness and will go in tomorrow and tip very well. Having your card declined is so embarrassing and he was so sweet about it. I will never go in anywhere thinking my bank had me covered ever again. We went here today and one of the workers gave us free cookies while we were eating shout out to you lol. Not super cheap it’s about mid range, like a step up from fast food. Worth it though.“

“Old time sub shop, I love the vintage decor that shows the story of the restaurant. The Philly cheese steak was amazing, and they customized it the way I asked, and I didn't think there was a charge for anything extra I added. (I'm one who adds bacon and extra veggies on top no matter what). The chocolate chip cookie is also a must-have.“

“This is my go to subway in my area. The ladies here are awesome. My orders are always ready on time and perfect. and they have the best prices of any subway in the area. They do not over do the mayo or other toppings and you get a very well made sub that is not a messy nightmare when you get home. Be it pick up or delivered, you'll always get a good meal for your $$$. The only tricky thing about this location is the parking, the lot is tiny and difficult, but that is about it, but worth the hassle to get in and out..“

I left my debit card there for the second time in 3 weeks they called the bank and by the time I got to my house I got a call from the bank letting me know what I had done and I drove back and got my card. “I use to go to the Bagley Rd and it was good the 1st couple visits, but that went downhill fast. I now drive to the Strongville store. The employees are ALWAYS pleasant. The food is made to your specifications. It is well worth the extra couple miles I drive to get food.
