They asked how my day was going and told me I would be back next time and they remembered me. My second time visiting this location was for lunch with my daughter. I can’t remember the nice Indian lady but she was so nice to my daughter. She asked her how was school going, asked her favorite subject etc. Just like the first visit they said we would be back soon. The food was fresh, hot and delicious.“

“I first went to a McAlister's down in North Carolina years ago and am happy that there's one nearby! I will add more photos next time I go but today it's so cold I just got soup. The staff is always friendly and ready to greet you as soon as you walk in. They have a great selection of sandwiches, salads, soup, and loaded baked potatoes. Their French Dip is one of the best I've ever had. My husband loves the smoky pepper jack turkey sandwich. There's plenty of seating (both booths and tables) and they also offer catering.“

“I came in and it wasn't busy at 4:30 pm on a Wednesday.Cashier was nice and made a good recommendation.I got the romanburger and it didn't disappoint.I also got waffle fries (they call them waffers) with cheese sauce to dip it in (my first time dipping in cheese).It's definitely a fast food restaurant, so set your expectations accordingly, but overall I was impressed. “This is by far the best cheesesteak place! It’s in the old subway location next to k&k. I used to go to k&k…not to more lol. This place is amazing. First time I got the spicy cheesesteak…it was literally the best ?. I met the owner today, his name I’m pretty sure was Rich. West nice guy and thanked me for my 23rd order. Told him…you guys have good food! He offered me a couple free sandwiches even next time for a thank you. Very nice owner , along with very good food, and super friendly employees! I work right down the street at a machine shop so this is a common place for me and a couple other ppl for lunch!! “Ordered around 11:35am on line for a 12:30 curbside pickup I got there around 12:22 and asked if it was too early to pick up the order. They must have been busy I was on hold for a couple minutes the gentleman came out and asked if I was the one that ordered and he said that their computer system was down and they did not get any notification I showed him my copy he said okay give me a couple minutes and I'll bring it out stay right here about 10 minutes later he comes out brings me my order and everything was fine. “I've ordered from here on two separate occasions, the first was the 3 piece mixed Krispy chicken meal w/ Mac n' Cheese. The second was the Cuban sub w/ fries. I didn't get a pic of the Krispy Chicken meal, but I did get a pic of the Cuban sub. The chicken was absolutely delicious. Crispy outside, juicy and tender inside. The Mac n' Cheese was nice and creamy. The honey biscuit was light and fluffy with a nice drizzle of honey. As for the Cuban sub. I'm a Tampa, FL native, I'm also Cuban American. So I consider myself an expert on Cuban cuisine. I'm also a bit of a snob when it comes to Cuban sandwiches. Having said that, I will say even though it's not like the ones we have back home, this one wasn't too bad. The ingredients tasted fresh. For a "Cleveland Cuban" it was good. My only suggestion is if you can get Cuban bread shipped to you, switch out the bread. Overall, I appreciate the service. My orders were correct. The food was delicious. I will definitely order from here again.“

I left my debit card there for the second time in 3 weeks they called the bank and by the time I got to my house I got a call from the bank letting me know what I had done and I drove back and got my card. “I get why I keep hearing about this place so much, the food was so good! We got a Roasted Turkey and a Spicy Chicken Sub. Both of them were hot, delicious, tender, and moist. The Spicy Chicken was actually tossed in the sauce as opposed to just kind of sprayed on top which was nice. The pickles were definitely not from a jar in the grocery store, they felt much crisper. The toppings were fresh too. I gotta come back and try the other subs and chili because they sound great. The chips were good too.The Service was good. They seemed friendly enough. It definitely took a while to get everyone's orders though. People were waiting for a while.The Atmosphere was fine, it felt like a sub shop. The firehouse decorations were cool and it looks like they do a lot with charity. I didn't love the metal guard over the trashcan through. Its hole was smaller than the cardboard container our subs came in, so I had to smash it down just to throw it away.Parking: Plenty of free parking“

“The fellas were really kind, the cashier I believe ones was named like Khalil or something like that. He was really kind and helpful and did not seem to get inpatient as I answered the phone in front of him. usually I don't answer the phone at these odd times but it was my divorce lawyer. Khalil even asked about it such as if I get to keep the car and when I get to see my kids. I thought it was rude at first but I saw his pretty eyes and I knew he was a kind man. The chef in the back was really good at what he does, not compared to usually from this location. I think someone said his name was Michael, shout out to you Mikey!!. The only reason I could not give a five was because of rude manager who was interrupting Kahlil while he was taking my order. Also a dollar fifty for extra meat, come on dog that's to much!!“
