“Mom and I stopped by for an impromptu coffee at the Lewis Center location. Had the best Yemeni coffee with cream and cardamom. The pistachio milk cake was delicious. Wonderful customer service and atmosphere. Imen and her sister were a delight . They were so sweet and informative. Looking forward to trying our honeycomb bread, saved it for later. “Second time here and there will be a third, I promise you that. The customer service is above and beyond, like nothing you’ve ever seen before, they are super friendly and treat you like you’re a guest in their home. They have a question of the day you answer it and the answer and table number is called out and that’s when you know your order is ready. They make it fun! Their cinnamon biscuits are out of this world. I’m from NJ so biscuits to me are not my thing until I had these and the Manager Mike is super cool, humble and awesome! You can tell he treats his employees with the utmost respect because every single employee was amazing, friendly, down to earth it was a wonderful start of our day!“

“I love coming here! The morning staff is always so friendly. My only complaint would be the fact that the entire store starts to smell like cigarettes closer to the evening, even my clothes smell like it when I leave. It’s a little nauseating to sit in there with that smell. Otherwise, I always get my food and drinks really fast and it’s a nice environment to study in!“

“This Dunkin is the best Dunkin in the Columbus Metro area. We have been coming here for quite a few years and pass at least 4 other Dunkins and drive 20 minutes out of the way to get consistently good coffee and see the staff here who are always friendly and personable. I don't know why the overall reviews aren't higher. It is a very busy Dunkin, and the staff is really efficient at clearing the lines and order accuracy. The only thing I can attribute it to is the area, which is filled with extremely uptight, unkind and privileged people. We will continue to come here specifically for the staff and good coffee for as long as we are in Columbus. It's worth it to be greeted with smiles in the morning!“

“I had one of the best experiences at Starbucks last Thursday. From the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted and guided toward the perfect drink choice. The barista even offered me the option of enjoying my food and drink on a plate and in a mug, which gave the whole visit a cozy, café-like feel rather than just grabbing something to go.

At first, I stood by the counter waiting for my order, but the partner kindly encouraged me to relax instead of standing there. A gentleman then brought my food out to me on a plate, and the barista who made my drink served it in a large mug. Both were absolutely delicious, and the thoughtful service truly elevated the experience.

The food is fresh and they take care when I have a large order to make sure everything is packaged nicely so it gets back to the store safely. The store manager is very personable & takes pride in her store.“
