My husband and I shared a wonderful beet salad -- the dressing is superb, and plenty for both of us. I enjoyed the sea scallops on zucchini fritter appetizer-- enough dinner for me! My husband had the smallest size of prime rib, and still brought half of it home. This is the first time we've been to the Bistro. We frequented the old Noosa Restaurant on Rte 20 near 306 years ago. I was delighted to see that the atmosphere and meal at the Bistro was just as nice. We'll be back!“

The server, under direction took us to the worst place in the restaurant. My prayer was that it wasn’t because we were a family of color. I tried hard to disregard the thought as we were directed to sit outside the kitchen door. :—/. I was getting away from the kitchen. That was the last place I wanted to celebrate our special occasion. I asked for a different place in the restaurant that was housing one other visible couple. She was very happy to oblige us. “Where do I start ? Came for dinner Wednesday night and then came for dinner Thursday again. That should say something . I’m beyond impressed by the Staff and the establishment, it beyond exceeded my expectations. We have a lot of fine dining in the Poconos region with some higher end restaurants and this place exceeded them. The quality of the food is superior. “They take reservations for only inside, but don't always honor them. They said we would have to wait until people left. So they sat us outside in the cold. The hostesses were a bit rude. And we had a reservation both times! If you want to enjoy the patio, get there super early to go on a wait list. That is if you can find a parking spot. There doesn't seem to be enough parking. Food was good both times and our servers were great!“

In fact, there was only a very minimal hint of oil, which made them even more enjoyable. Every bite felt fresh and well-prepared.
