The tuna wrap and the tuna sandwich that he made for us were done well. We could not have done anything differently, but maybe the bread toasted slightly better. The two young men that were working were so sweet and helpful, and most importantly showed such good customer service, despite it being close to closing time when I stopped in. “I used to live in Cleveland hts and started going to Grums when they first opened. I now sometimes drive all the way from Westlake just for a Grum’s sub. In my opinion the Grums Turkey Ridge sub on French bread is the best sub ever, anywhere!!!“

I am going to stay healthy and fit so that I can live longer so I can eat more freshleys. I would eat my gyro if I dropped it on the ground. I would pay $30 for the gyro I just ate if I had to. I would walk to buy one if I could. I don’t even look forward to eating gyros anywhere else because I know they can’t possible compare to these ones. “The person serving us here was absolutely amazing. Full of life, spoke clearly, made me feel welcome and just nice to talk to (from the few exchanges we had from when I was ordering). I’m not sure exactly why I enjoyed talking to him so much, he just seemed like a great guy. I don’t know his name but I believe he looked like he was in his 40s, African American and had a nice moustache if i may add. I

It’s kinda costly and I always debate whether I want this or Charley’s but they win most of the time!“

“The chicken salad was delicious. A nice large amount was distributed. Chicken wells seasoned very good . I noticed the mushrooms were canned, not fresh. You can tell the difference. Instead of putting certain items on your salad, you may want it on the side, for example, jalapeno peppers, pickles, etc.. they will charge you for putting those items in a side cup. I didn't agree with that, the choice of salad dressings, you can get those on the side free. If you want an egg on your salad you have to pay for it. I've noticed lots of great things on the menu. I will continue to go back there and also try new things as well. The overall price, I think, is reasonable. The customer service was great and pretty fast.“

online from a location in Mayfield or South Euclid they’d still add it on when I clearly told them not to.
Here they actually got it right and paid attention to detail, I really wish I could give them a big tip. It was worth the drive.“

“I've been to many Subway locations over the years. And until going to this particular one I didn't really pay attention to the fact that it really does depend on which franchise should go to. This particular location hit all the right check boxes and that's why I gave it five stars because it made me think back to the ones that are actually closer to my home that compared to this one had a lot lower quality. Now I know I'll actually take the time to drive a little bit out of my way because the quality, cleanliness, the service and everything else was far better than the ones that are just around the corner from me. Try it yourself. Go to this location as an example if you haven't already and see how it compares to other experiences you've had at other Subway locations. It's kind of a crapshoot. Some locations aren't as good as others.“
