“We showed up to place a large order for a funeral service with little notice. My thoughts were all over the place and the manager, Angela, couldn’t have been more helpful, patient, supportive, and kind. She didn’t rush me at all when I was trying to gather my thoughts about my order. She even reached out to me the next day to let me know that I do not need to worry about a thing and that she would deliver the order herself. The food showed up on time, and was very well received by all of the guests. This Medina location and Angela were angels. Highly recommend!“

“I think I'm a little bit spoiled because I'm used to fast food being fast but I guess with this it's a little different but the wait is always substantial when I go to Mr heroes. It's good don't get me wrong and you get a lot of food for the price it's just it seems like it takes quite a while to make your food. But again probably spoiled because I'm used to drive-throughs. Good service good food greasy but good :)“

“The two employees working were friendly, and made my wrap quickly, but neatly. Veggies were full and fresh and the counter looked clean, assuming not a busy location. Employee explained that Subway got rid of tortilla wraps and do flatbread wraps now, and recommended me one, it was tasty! Dined in and the lobby was also very clean. Will return to this location!“

“I am only giving 5 stars because of the young lady behind register. I hope Mattie (sorry if spelled wrong) is a mama get there. It was 855, I hate walking in just before close but my daughter cheers for Medina and they just got back from a game. They turned off the open sign but door was unlocked so I went in and they looked at me like I did something wrong. They did make sandwich but the shirt girl in back was not happy. Then someone came up to door and they had locked it priory to 9 again. And Mattie unlocked it, it was a pre paid order. Her level of calmness and desire to do her job are hard to find in businesses I have ran, your lucky to have her.“

“I love to read reviews left by people who are never going to buy from here again. GREAT! Get out of line. Makes my wait shorter, because this place rocks. There may be better sub shops around, but I haven’t found them. You know who I’m talking about. I can’t say enough good about this place. I love their sandwiches.“

“I used Old World Deli to cater a wedding shower I had at my home and everything we ordered was delicious! I mostly ordered their party trays with veggies, fruit, cheese and crackers and an assortment of deli wraps. Also ordered the chicken fingers and hummus with pitas and both of those were a big hit! Everyone at the shower commented on how good the food was. The order was ready right on time when my husband picked it up and everything was wrapped and displayed nicely. We will definatly be using them for our future parties. So if you are looking for a caterer, check them out!“

“I was in The Sub Station today during a very difficult interaction with a customer. The staff handled themselves with as much patience and composure as possible under extreme provocation. After the situation resolved, I was treated kindly, and the team made sure I had a great experience. I got a meatball sub, and now I am stuffed to the rafters! Always choose kindness. “This is a nice little addition to the convenience store. It's a run of the mill convenience store overall with anything you would expect to find it any corner store in our area. But what makes it so grand? They have a Mr hero inside! When you're on your way home from work picking up a six pack or a tall boy, who can resist a nice 10-in Roman Burger sandwich or hot buttered cheese steak?? Maybe somebody can but not this guy! Staff is also very friendly and you can see into the kitchen and it appears to be pretty clean, which is always a good thing.“

“These guys have climbed on top of subways game. Meat sliced in front of you, good; breads, service and great quality condiments. I've been frequenting Jersey Mike's for about the last 5-6 years in northeast ohio and it has never disappointed, not once. Love this place.“
