“We just had a wonderful dinner at Noosa's Bistro. Kellie, our server, was very pleasant & efficient. My husband and I shared a wonderful beet salad -- the dressing is superb, and plenty for both of us. I enjoyed the sea scallops on zucchini fritter appetizer-- enough dinner for me! My husband had the smallest size of prime rib, and still brought half of it home. This is the first time we've been to the Bistro. We frequented the old Noosa Restaurant on Rte 20 near 306 years ago. I was delighted to see that the atmosphere and meal at the Bistro was just as nice. We'll be back!”

“Yesterday was a Sunday, I worked all day. On top of it, my Jeep had a flat and it was late on a Sunday so no shops were open. I hadn't had the chance to go grocery shopping because I worked overtime last week because its Birthday Season/Holiday Season. So decided to doordash dinner because i was starving. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger with Mayo on it. First there was no bacon. How do you forget to put bacon on a bacon cheeseburger? The burger was blackened burnt.Then there was no Mayo on it, and usually that wouldn't bother me cuz it's a condiment that is usually in most people's fridges, except mine, because I hadn't gone grocery shopping. I can't eat a dry burger. Needless to say I went to bed hungry last night. May I add I work in healthcare and we're in an active covid outbreak. I was so exhausted and work has been so stressful, that this whole ordeal literally made me cry tears. I felt defeated and I was looking forward to chowing down that burger. The most upsetting part was how much my food cost, and the prices are hiked on doordash. I can't wrap my head around how careless the cook obviously was.”

“I became acquainted with Mission BBQ when they had a food truck at the Chardon Maple Festival several years ago. The pulled pork sandwich with the coleslaw is my favorite. Everything my family and I have tried here has been incredible. And we love the atmosphere as well. I can’t recommend this place enough! If you love BBQ and food for the soul, you’ll love Mission BBQ.”

The two young men that were working were so sweet and helpful, and most importantly showed such good customer service, despite it being close to closing time when I stopped in. “A small quiet place with some of the best food you’ll ever have. I absolutely love their hamburgers and fries which are freshly cooked not frozen! The lady with the long dark hair that works there is incredible and always makes you feel special. Also their drink and food prices are very reasonable making this bar/restaurant one of the most affordable in town.”

They ordered “non dairy blue sky” as a new flavor because we as GF DF people couldn’t have any others. I mean, come on guys, this is the ultimate good customer service. My heart swells in gratitude for a fabulous summer thanks to them! I will be back thanks for a great start to my morning!!! Awesome service I must say. It was around 9:45 Feb 4 at the Mentor Location I hope that woman gets promoted or something.”

I absolutely love the pizza from Villa Pizza (as it tastes as delicious as my wonderful NY Sbarros pizza).
Very flavorful sauce, not too sweet, not too acidic, and you can taste the fresh ingredients too.
The Caesar salad is a very flavorful one as well.”

“My family and I LOVE Maki. Their food is always fresh, and delicious. I haven't found my favorite dish YET. Too many to choose from. I love their Beef Pho, and Yakisoba. My husband enjoys ALL of their specialty sushi. Their waitresses are always kind, and attentive. My husband is always thirsty, and never has an empty cup. The main man...sushi preparer is amazing! Always delivers a beautiful dish! Out of all the restaurants we frequent in Lake County....Maki is always consistent with their food quality and service.”

“Had a steak burger with egg on a plain bagel to go. Very good sandwich. My only complaint was while waiting for my food a fly wanted to share my table. The place is clean and neat but a fly can be a very annoying problem and sometimes hard to keep out. I have the same problem when I’m cooking outside and I have to open my patio door. The little buggers sneak right in. This won’t stop me from returning as there are several items on his menu I would like to try.”

“was there tonight for dinner we had horrible service first we had to ask for our server to come take our order. second person ordered an iced tea she put lemon which he could not have due to cancer.she pulled the lemon off the glass then we told her he needed a fresh glass her facial expression said it all .I asked for a water 3 times she finally brought it the whole glass went on the table and me and my phone at this point it was clear she did not want to wait on us so someone else brought out our food she did Apologize but it was to the point where it was so clear that for some reason she did not want to wait on us and everything we asked for we seem to be bothering her I finally spoke up she did not charge us for a food which she did not have to do but it was a very unpleasant dinner and we were there for someone's birthday”

“If you've ever wanted to open a random door and walk into a completely other realm. This is the place. It's basically a speakeasy smack dab in the middle of Mentor Avenue. 4 stars because the last time I was there they only accepted cash.”

“Great food, love this place. when I moved from Madison to painesville the one thing I quickly learned is that out west there isn't like an equivalent to Madison's jade Garden or Yun Tung and I sort of just accepted this and would just get Chinese food at the mall or go to the Japanese buffet if I wanted something similar. I always ignored this place because the reviews are like 3/5 stars. This is Mentor's equivalent of Yun Tung. The food here is always great and unlike the places in painesville it's consistently always good. This place deserves 5 stars, Mentor just has too many Karens bringing the rating down.”

“I was picking up a carry out and I had my 3 year old in tote. I walked in and I wish for the life of me I would have got the man's name, however, there were 3 guys in the back talking and another man who looked like he might have been getting a delivery together. The man who was getting the delivery together looked over at the other guys and said hey you have a customer. They didn't budge, so he came over and got my name and asked if it was a pick up. He went over to look at the pizzas and called one of the other guys over. He said hey I just want to make sure I'm doing the right thing. The guy comes over like ok, what? she's good to go..... I went to get the pizzas and the man who came over to help in the beginning grabbed my pizzas and said he would bring them out for me. He took my pizzas all the way to my car and sat them in the car for me. This man was so kind!! Thank you again sir!”

“Of all the Starbucks I have ever been to this is my favorite. I'm fortunate to have this particular Starbucks near my work. I get my Venti Decaf Americano with steamed half/half and one packet of raw sugar there nearly every workday. And the baristas get my order right every single time. Without fail. Additionally, the employees are fast, friendly, and kind. I'd like to give a particular shout out to Jaylen. He greets everyone with a smile and seems like a genuinely fantastic person. Whenever he is at the window it makes my day. Keep up the great work, team!”

“I just went here, Im still in the parking lot eating my food. Anyways, Bennett just made my order and I had to take the time to thank him, not only for grilling my turkey andmaking a perfect sandwich but also giving me vinegar i didnt ask for. You were right to give it to me and it made everything even better.
Food was great, the fries were delicious, the dining room looked like a great place to eat and while I havent gotten to it yet, I am looking forward to the cookie.”

“Shout out to Moe’s Southwest grill from Mentor. They catered my daughter’s graduation party and they were the best. This is now the second time we have use them food is excellent everyone raved about the chicken. So much food, excellent set up and delivery will use them again and again.”

“My boyfriend and I ordered online pick up and he went to get it in store but ended up getting super dizzy and passed out onto the floor. The staff was super concerned and made sure he was okay and gave him water and some ice while he came to. They even went out of their way to make sure he was telling the truth about me driving us home to make sure he got home alright. I didn’t get their names but I am really grateful for their act of kindness. This never happened to him before and he was super embarrassed but I’m glad there’s still good people out there to genuinely cares for their customers.”

“This is my personal favorite place to go to if I want to build my own bowl. I always go with white rice, potatoes, eggs, pineapple, spicy chicken, steak cheese, Yum Yum sauce, and That spicy Sriracha. I’ve been to a couple BIBIBOP’S And whoever runs the show at the one in Mentor is doing it, right. Food is always amazing And it’s totally worth the price. 10/10 Every time he just gotta be careful not to order something that you don’t know what it tastes like Because the food can be kind of exotic.”
