“Today I finally made it into Trios Italian Grille located at 7537 Mentor Ave #23, Mentor, OH 44060. I had been thinking about visiting here for years but they were not open at lunch. I really enjoyed my experience in their small dining room. I ordered an chicken parm pasta dish. I was very impressed by by the service too.“

She never looked at me after several minutes and continued to work. I finally had to ask for help and felt like she wasn’t too happy I interrupted her. I will go back, though. Could have been an off night for that worker.“

“This was my first experience at pulp ever. I had never gone to a pulp location because I had never seen the point of paying for a smoothie. Earlier today, I stopped by this location due to the heat and was overwhelmed by a huge menu. I was fortunate enough to have an employee assist me in choosing a smoothie that I would enjoy. I believe her name was Evelyn but I remember distinctly that she had blue hair. This employee gave me useful advice in addition to not rushing me through. My smoothie came out quickly and tasted delicious. Truly an unforgettable experience and I will be returning to this location in the future.“

Last night, I had a taste for a pizza with white sauce, cheese, mushrooms, spinach, chicken and pineapples and oh my goodness!!!! It was DELICIOUS!!!! I can hardly wait until I can physically afford to order again!!! Oh, and what do they do to their crust?!!!! It was more than a meal, that pizza was an experience!!“

“I visited the mentor location yesterday evening for two subs . I would have liked to have ordered online but my phone was dead so I walked in and asked the front desk if they could check 2 phone numbers, I wasn't sure which one and I wanted to see if I had rewards. I was told they could only check one. Then I was told that I was eligible for $2 off an Italian sub and or a free iced tea. I understand the $2 off an Italian sub but not sure why I had to order specifically an iced tea. I asked if I could get something else and I was told no. Then I ordered it to go which is normally what I do . When I got home both subs were incorrect with toppings and bread. I requested cheese on both and neither one came with cheese and one had the wrong kind of bread. Also I was the only one in the restaurant at that time with three employees. One employee only made my order. I was in there from start to finish a good 20 minutes which I thought was excessive for two subs.

We love DiBella's except for the price so when our order is wrong it's very frustrating. We go maybe once a month and it seems like within the last year we've had to call in a complaint a couple few times , so this is really getting old.“
