“We went to Nonna Ts for the first time this weekend. From the moment you step into this charming restaurant, you’re greeted by the excellent staff and amazing aroma of the best Italian food I’ve had since moving to Ohio. “I online ordered a small pizza with two toppings for 7:00pm on New Year’s Eve. when i got there it wasn’t ready but that’s because they had ran out of spinach and didn’t wanna start cooking it without asking if i wanted a different topping. initially i was kinda disappointed that it wasn’t ready but the gentleman at the front counter made sure to prioritize my pizza and he also threw in another item for free.
for only having one chef in the kitchen on new year’s eve, they handled it very well. i will be back.“

“Stopped by the Mentor location today for a slice, left with 2 slices & a can of pop for $7. Good stuff! She said pizza was fresh out the oven, it was pretty good! A little greasier than I’d like on the bottom but crust wasn’t too soggy and had good crunch with pepperoni too“

“This was my first experience with this restaurant. First, they are NOT a chain restaurant, they are a scratch made everything, family run business.
The food is worth near any price, yet their menu is very reasonably priced.
Everything we ordered was excellent, fresh, and hot even after a 20 minute drive.
I highly recommend Trios. Cannot wait to return.“

“First time impression. Delicious wrap and soup. Customer service could have been better. Stood at the end of the counter where a woman was making smoothies and expected a hello or can I help you? She never looked at me after several minutes and continued to work. I finally had to ask for help and felt like she wasn’t too happy I interrupted her. I will go back, though. Could have been an off night for that worker.“

“Chicago transplant here and I have been searching for the perfect quick pizza delivery. This place gets a high review from us. The food is great; the pizza is on point and the service is impeccable. “This was my first experience at pulp ever. I had never gone to a pulp location because I had never seen the point of paying for a smoothie. Earlier today, I stopped by this location due to the heat and was overwhelmed by a huge menu. I was fortunate enough to have an employee assist me in choosing a smoothie that I would enjoy. I believe her name was Evelyn but I remember distinctly that she had blue hair. This employee gave me useful advice in addition to not rushing me through. My smoothie came out quickly and tasted delicious. Truly an unforgettable experience and I will be returning to this location in the future.“

“This location is absolutely beautiful inside. (A little chilly so bring a sweater) our server was wonderful and attentive. I only rated 4 stars on the food because I ordered mariners and somehow got the spicy sauce which was incredibly spice I might add. The server said there was a mix up with the cooks In the kitchen and she was very apologetic. All around a pleasant experience.“

Last night, I had a taste for a pizza with white sauce, cheese, mushrooms, spinach, chicken and pineapples and oh my goodness!!!! It was DELICIOUS!!!! I can hardly wait until I can physically afford to order again!!! Oh, and what do they do to their crust?!!!! It was more than a meal, that pizza was an experience!!“

“Chick-fil-A sandwiches have always been a great go to for that chicken sandwich itch. I also do love their salads as they are pretty hefty with the quantity you get in each bowl. The quality of the lettuce is also nice compared to other food chains. The waffle fries are good, but I have experienced at the Willoughby location that they will go very heavy on the salt sometimes where my family and myself just cannot eat them.
My real only complaint is the drive thru service. I would say that in my last 10 visits here, 3 of those times I was missing food. Now, it is my error for not double checking my bag, but in my defense I have been to other food establishments that I have not had issues with any of my orders exceeding at least 30+ trips. This location has dual lanes, and sometimes you can feel pressure of being in lane waiting for food when the car behind you has already been serviced. With the amount of staffing, I feel they need to have someone double check orders.
The staff though is polite and kind, which is nice. I feel the accuracy in which the orders are packed needs to be checked.
Update: I had an issue last night 3/7/25 where my order was missing a sandwich. I noticed this once I got home. I called the store with no answer. I was instructed to leave a voicemail which referenced that I would receive a call back. I never got a returned call. I went back to the store the next day and brought in my receipt showing the clerk how my order was incomplete. They remade the sandwich but referenced to me that they would only do this, this once as they only remake food same day or send me a coupon in mail. Here is my issue, if you aren't picking up the phone and are not returning my phone call as you stated you would, your establishment will not be getting $7 from me for free. I WILL receive my food. I do not want to rely on the USPS to give me a free coupon. If I have to drive back up to your store because of your error, you should be more welcoming and apologetic. Heck, give me a free fry to compensate my gas. Sadly, this left a strong bitter taste on my mouth.
The fast food industry can be very tough on stores depending on location. But you also gain high rep for service quality. Chick-fil-A usually pushes itself as setting a high bar for quality in food and service. So far, my opinion is dropping into the negative areas though as I am continuing to get bad service quality at this location.“

“Very good subs and very nice interior! The 50s theming inside is adorable.The employees are quick and very good listeners! Never waited longer than 10 minutes for a sub to be ready, even when busy.The menu is clear and easy to read and you have a variety of choices. And the subs themselves are delicious! Make sure to get a pickle spear.
Vegetarian options: Make-your-own sub available to create an entirely vegetarian/vegan sub. Salads too.“
