“Bonefish Grill in Independence Ohio. Hi Guy's n Gals. This is the Italian food critic again, I must tell you about this wonderful place my daughter and bf took us to for my wife's birthday. As you already know, I am 100% Italian.... Parents both from Italy.... Now, let me say this, I asked our server MARIA, what do you recommend? Maria said the Cod Imperial is great... I said I will have that. Now Cod in Italian is called BACCALA.. so in the meantime, we ordered some appetizers Fresh Calamari and Muscles... FANTASTIC by the way. Maria brought us fresh Italian bread with real Italian Olive oil with REAL Italian seasoning and cheese OH MADONE!!!! This was so good I could have had just the bread and oil for dinner itself.. Now comes my main coarse. As I said, Maria recommended the Cod IMPERIAL AKA BACCALA... It was better then SEX,, Yes I said it. It was a flipping orgasm.. This place is incredible. And Maria, She was attentive and fast but, if not for MARIA, I would have never had this AWESOME Baccala AKA on the menu/ COD IMPERIAL...Folks reading this. If it was not for my server MARIA, I would have never had this wonderful meal... YOU MUST BE SEATED WHEN EATING THIS BACCALA BECAUSE YOUR KNEES WILL BUCKLE....the last time I had Baccala this good was when my mom made it 20 some years ago.. she's passed since.. Love u momma.. The moral of my story is, it's very very important to a restaurant that has servers like MARIA that can recommend what she is serving. That's the most important thing when it comes to good food and great dining experiences . I ordered the 6-piece wing dinner with a side of spaghetti and greens, plus a Polish Boy with fries, BBQ sauce, and coleslaw on top. The wings were fried to perfection — crispy and seasoned well. The spaghetti tasted fresh with a nice pasta sauce, and the greens had a good mix of flavors, definitely homemade. The Polish Boy was solid too, just could’ve used a bit more coleslaw to balance everything out.

Customer service is a work in progress, but to be fair, it looks like it’s just one guy handling everything. Respect to him for holding it down. I’ll definitely be back to try more.“

“Went on Sunday with my mom and husband and Adam was our server. We were immediately seated. Adam was quick and very attentive. We ordered Prime Rib, Delmonico and burger. I ordered the half chicken to go and mushrooms as an appetizer. Everything was delicious and for the price you can't beat it. The restaurant was clean and nice on the inside and what made the visit awesome was over the server. Adam as wonderful and kept our drinks full at times. You get the value for the meals provided. It's so nice to have an establishment like this as they are long gone. I also loved the fact that we all ordered salad and we got a family style serving where we served ourselves from the salad bowl. “OMG I visited this place today and I must say I almost didn’t go because I wasn’t aware that it was inside of the Breakfast Club but babbbyyy I am so happy I circled again. I had the blackened salmon, beans and rice and green beans and my husband had the gumbo bowl and Shrimp and chicken pasta. They were both very very delicious and the portion is more than enough and the service was excellent (takeout). “I called ahead thinking I could grab my lunch quickly, but it ended up taking about 40 minutes from start to finish. I had to pull up, pay, and then wait for my food instead of just picking it up, which was a little inconvenient for a lunch break—but manageable. Lately, it seems like a lot of business have been having issues with people ordering and not actually coming to pay and get their food. Making it harder on everyone else. They don’t do DoorDash, which is a sucks when it’s a busy day.

That said, the food is absolutely worth it. The pork chop dinner is hands down the best in Cleveland, and the pork chop sandwich I grabbed for a coworker surprised her too. I’ve been coming here for years, even after moving away, and it’s still the same top-tier pork chops. Worth the wait, even if the pickup process could be a bit smoother.“
