“I got the Tony and it was excellent. The menu is limited, might want to expand sandwich choices even just using different combinations of the same meats / cheeses and toppings. Sides and salads are limited, again might want to look at expanding. The grocery concept, I get it biggest complaint of downtown residents is lack of a grocery store. There selection is limited and didnt look like they covered the basics. I would either get in or out of thar business and maybe focus on being a sandwich shop.“

Dietary restrictions: I used to eat at Penn Station, but since I no longer can have gluten, I can't eat there. Penn Station doesn't have gluten-free bread, BUT Jersey Mike's DOES!! 🙂 It's soft too and tastes great!“

“Hands down, I think DiBella's makes some of the best subs (both hot and cold) in the area. The amount of meat on the small subs is easily more than that on a Subway footlong (and MUCH better)! Management also seems to care about customers. When I recently wrote about an issue with being overcharged, I received a reply within an hour with an offer that MORE than compensated me for the difference. Keep it up!“

Thank you to the awesome staff for being so friendly and upbeat and making two delicious Totally Tuna sandwiches! I had an ‘Unwhich’ and it was beautifully wrapped and didn’t even fall apart. Vegetarian options: They have some options for vegetarians but the veggie pattie was not available at this outlet when I last visited them.“

“I love this location and most of the employees are great and extremely friendly. On occasion there is one young lady that makes me feel like I'm a nuisance for being a customer and tells me they can't do basic things that other employees do gladly, like a bit extra toasting is taking up her time. The store is generally well kept and clean and items are always fresh but lately lacking in variety they once had. I hope this doesn't mean change. Subways been a favorite since I was a kid and I love the nostalgia and that they stay true to their original values rather than changing with the times like so many other chains have. It makes it personable! Great store and great team, better than other locations.“

“On 9/7/24 after 2pm a female worker that was darkskin and I think she had dreadlocs serviced me. From the very beginning she was polite. She was very professional and patient and made my sandwich perfectly. I must say the location was very clean, fully stocked and organized. By the end of my transaction I was happy to leave a tip. Even the other workers that later came out had smiles on their faces! Very clean great service highly recommended“

“This location has an excellent staff. I take my kids here on the regular, and the consistency of the food is great. They always give good portions of meats and veggies, and we like the variety they offer. My kids love the steak subs, and I prefer the roasted chicken, and we always get it toasted. Nice little spot to grab some lunch for the family.“
