“Ordered around 11:35am on line for a 12:30 curbside pickup I got there around 12:22 and asked if it was too early to pick up the order. They must have been busy I was on hold for a couple minutes the gentleman came out and asked if I was the one that ordered and he said that their computer system was down and they did not get any notification I showed him my copy he said okay give me a couple minutes and I'll bring it out stay right here about 10 minutes later he comes out brings me my order and everything was fine. Very friendly and polite I'll definitely order from there again.“

“The staff here is extremely kind and accommodating. The restaurant is clean and has plenty of seating available if you want to enjoy your meal inside. The food is fresh and it is definitely one of the best cheesesteaks in town. Highly recommend the Chicken California and the Bacon 3 Cheese as must try options.“

Probably the best way of ordering is online.
Especially if you are entertaining company from out of town.
Because Mr. Hero is an Ohio thing.
People outside of Ohio do not have the opportunity to enjoy the Romain Burger.
It would not be safe to ship a sandwich.

“Nice clean location. They get you in and out. They are always so nice to me, too! Stopped in on a Sunday afternoon before shopping and had some lunch. Their sandwiches are always hot and tasty. I love the pickles, too. Lemonade is delightful, too. Charleys is better than Subway to me. I tried the Cali chicken sub cause i usually got the teriyaki at the mall.! It was awesome. I definitely will stop again when I'm in the hood again!“

“I came in and it wasn't busy at 4:30 pm on a Wednesday.Cashier was nice and made a good recommendation.I got the romanburger and it didn't disappoint.I also got waffle fries (they call them waffers) with cheese sauce to dip it in (my first time dipping in cheese).It's definitely a fast food restaurant, so set your expectations accordingly, but overall I was impressed. “First couple times at Mr Hero. Pickup up a Romanburger for a family member and the cheesesteak sub for me. Solid food. The veggied on the Romanburger were fresh and my family member loved it. The cheesesteak sub for me was great too. I like mushrooms and it had a lot of them. If you're not a mushroom fan you might have them go light on them, but I love them. The waffle fries were very good, and i liked them much better than the ones at a certain chicken chain. Note, This location is definitely setup more for takeout than dining in.“

“Went there yesterday to get tobacco and tubes somehow every time I go go there lately the price of my hot rod tubes go from 2.19/2.49/4.31 yesterday, I’m on a fixed income !! The tobacco hasn’t changed but if the owner/manager isn’t there they charge me what ever they want“

“My Kids eat Subway 5x + a month for 3 years. The food is always 🔥 the staff is always polite , courteous, super fast, and obviously well trained. The store is always spotless. Now not getting a complaint in 3 years from my kids is a big deal considering complaining is just what they do. Last night I went there to get my usual , the kid behind the counter whipped up 3 🔥 sandwiches in no time flat. Was super cool considering it was 10 minutes to close. I left and realized I forgot my phone , the kid put it in a safe place and notified the kid that opened . He opened 15 min early. Was super nice and handed me my phone with a smile . “I had never been to a Jersey Mike's until today for their day of giving. I expected the long line and busy atmosphere. I did not expect the staff to be SO efficient. they were a very well oiled machine. I watched them hammer out order after order while taking more orders and did not see a single snafu or mistake during my half hour of watching. Very impressive !!! on top of it I really liked my sandwich. while this location is not convenient for me on a normal basis I would seek out another for another yummy sandwich.“

“Old time sub shop, I love the vintage decor that shows the story of the restaurant. The Philly cheese steak was amazing, and they customized it the way I asked, and I didn't think there was a charge for anything extra I added. (I'm one who adds bacon and extra veggies on top no matter what). The chocolate chip cookie is also a must-have.“

“I don't really get subway often because the one closest to my home in parma seemed like the food isnt very fresh, but I was in North Royalton with my granddaughters and they wanted Subway. This location is great. The food was all very fresh and the guy helping us was very friendly and patient with my granddaughters trying to figure out what they wanted. They are compassionate understanding and showed up for my family. My family expressed to me how delicious everything was. “This is a nice little addition to the convenience store. It's a run of the mill convenience store overall with anything you would expect to find it any corner store in our area. But what makes it so grand? They have a Mr hero inside! When you're on your way home from work picking up a six pack or a tall boy, who can resist a nice 10-in Roman Burger sandwich or hot buttered cheese steak?? Maybe somebody can but not this guy! Staff is also very friendly and you can see into the kitchen and it appears to be pretty clean, which is always a good thing.“

“The owner was absolutely amazing! My husband enjoys having staff fix up a veggie sub for him--their choice on what to add, etc. and the owner whipped up the best veggie sub he's ever had at a Subway restaurant.

The store was clean and well stocked. There was courteous staff who made suggestions for better deals from Subway for the choices we made for sandwiches. Had a great conversation and will definitely keep this location on our radar for when we pass through the area again.“

“The man that runs this establishment is one of the sweetest kindest men I have ever met in my life. It is one day before my pay day and i have overdraft protection that normally works. My children wanted Mr Hero and i only had 25 dollars. But i knew i get paid tomorrow so if my account goes negative it will be for less than 6 hours. Well my overdraft protection wouldn’t let the payment go through. I felt embarrassed and upset that they prepared food i couldn’t pay for. He didn’t make scene or cause a fuss. He took my 25 dollars and ask i come back and pay him tomorrow. Something most establishments wouldn’t do. I appreciate his kindness and will go in tomorrow and tip very well. Having your card declined is so embarrassing and he was so sweet about it. I will never go in anywhere thinking my bank had me covered ever again. But this was the kindest act I’ve seen in a long time.“
