“Ordered around 11:35am on line for a 12:30 curbside pickup I got there around 12:22 and asked if it was too early to pick up the order. They must have been busy I was on hold for a couple minutes the gentleman came out and asked if I was the one that ordered and he said that their computer system was down and they did not get any notification I showed him my copy he said okay give me a couple minutes and I'll bring it out stay right here about 10 minutes later he comes out brings me my order and everything was fine. Very friendly and polite I'll definitely order from there again.“

“I was in the mood for a gyro and Nikos was closed on Tuesday.
So glad we found Old World Deli! I’ll still say that Nikos makes a fine gyro but this place is much better!
I got the regular gyro and hummus.
For the size and price, I was impressed with the amount of meat. I could have used a pinch more tzatziki but that’s the only thing I would change. I can’t imagine how big that large is. Maybe I’ll work my way up to it one day.
Next the hummus. Again, the portion was solid and very shareable. The warm fluffy pita was also delicious. I really enjoy Aladdin’s hummus and I would put theirs next to Aladdin’s any day. All very good!

“My leftovers got stolen. Let me go back a bit, we ordered the whipped feta side for Easter and it far exceeded my expectations. It was good, really good. So good that as the party progresses, you keep checking to see how much is left because you are absolutely planning on smashing it when you get home and it’s a judgment free zone. So party winds down and I know I’m bringing some home and *gasp*, tray is not just clean like finger licked clean. I look around at all the to go containers, which one of my loved and cherished family members did this to me? Who took the last bite that I was looking forward to? I may not ever know, but they know about Sams Supper Club. Hands down, apparently worth committing last bite crimes, food. Sandwiches are top notch, can’t go wrong with any. “I love Charlie’s. It’s good. But every time I order they always mess it up. I get a chicken Philly, everything on it and add cold jalapeños. They never give me the jalapeños even though it’s on the receipt, one time they gave me a steak Philly. Today was the final straw when I broke down what I wanted, and read the receipt afterward. I was given a chicken California which has ranch and I hate ranch. I was the only one at the restaurant. With how expensive they are, they need to start getting the orders right“

“I came in and it wasn't busy at 4:30 pm on a Wednesday.Cashier was nice and made a good recommendation.I got the romanburger and it didn't disappoint.I also got waffle fries (they call them waffers) with cheese sauce to dip it in (my first time dipping in cheese).It's definitely a fast food restaurant, so set your expectations accordingly, but overall I was impressed. Especially if you are entertaining company from out of town.
Because Mr. Hero is an Ohio thing.
People outside of Ohio do not have the opportunity to enjoy the Romain Burger.
It would not be safe to ship a sandwich.

I did not expect the staff to be SO efficient. they were a very well oiled machine. “We went to Penn Station in Avon tonight, where we met Logan. I haven't seen such genuine, friendly customer service in years!! We ordered a chicken teriyaki sub with ghost pepper cheese, a cheese steak sub with ghost pepper cheese, and fries. “Jacob, the GM at the Crocker Park location of Dave’s Cosmic Subs, made our recent catering order so easy. We were hosting a gathering of friends and family the evening before my son’s recent wedding. Our order was not a complicated one, but involved a lot of sandwich construction! 18 platters of subs were neatly and carefully prepared and packaged for pickup without any problem. I really liked Jacob’s positive and friendly, ready-to-please personality when I came in to inquire about such a large order. “The man that runs this establishment is one of the sweetest kindest men I have ever met in my life. It is one day before my pay day and i have overdraft protection that normally works. My children wanted Mr Hero and i only had 25 dollars. But i knew i get paid tomorrow so if my account goes negative it will be for less than 6 hours. Well my overdraft protection wouldn’t let the payment go through. I felt embarrassed and upset that they prepared food i couldn’t pay for. He didn’t make scene or cause a fuss. He took my 25 dollars and ask i come back and pay him tomorrow. Something most establishments wouldn’t do. I appreciate his kindness and will go in tomorrow and tip very well. Having your card declined is so embarrassing and he was so sweet about it. I will never go in anywhere thinking my bank had me covered ever again. But this was the kindest act I’ve seen in a long time.“

They are compassionate understanding and showed up for my family. My family expressed to me how delicious everything was. “This is a nice little addition to the convenience store. It's a run of the mill convenience store overall with anything you would expect to find it any corner store in our area. But what makes it so grand? They have a Mr hero inside! When you're on your way home from work picking up a six pack or a tall boy, who can resist a nice 10-in Roman Burger sandwich or hot buttered cheese steak?? Maybe somebody can but not this guy! Staff is also very friendly and you can see into the kitchen and it appears to be pretty clean, which is always a good thing.“

The Philly cheese steak was amazing, and they customized it the way I asked, and I didn't think there was a charge for anything extra I added. (I'm one who adds bacon and extra veggies on top no matter what). The chocolate chip cookie is also a must-have.“
