“Ordered around 11:35am on line for a 12:30 curbside pickup I got there around 12:22 and asked if it was too early to pick up the order. They must have been busy I was on hold for a couple minutes the gentleman came out and asked if I was the one that ordered and he said that their computer system was down and they did not get any notification I showed him my copy he said okay give me a couple minutes and I'll bring it out stay right here about 10 minutes later he comes out brings me my order and everything was fine. Very friendly and polite I'll definitely order from there again.“

“I love Charlie’s. It’s good. But every time I order they always mess it up. I get a chicken Philly, everything on it and add cold jalapeños. They never give me the jalapeños even though it’s on the receipt, one time they gave me a steak Philly. Today was the final straw when I broke down what I wanted, and read the receipt afterward. I was given a chicken California which has ranch and I hate ranch. I was the only one at the restaurant. With how expensive they are, they need to start getting the orders right“

“I came in and it wasn't busy at 4:30 pm on a Wednesday.Cashier was nice and made a good recommendation.I got the romanburger and it didn't disappoint.I also got waffle fries (they call them waffers) with cheese sauce to dip it in (my first time dipping in cheese).It's definitely a fast food restaurant, so set your expectations accordingly, but overall I was impressed. This establishment & my several experiences with them have been above & beyond. This is everything from the food, the price of product to the I believe it to be a supervisor or owner if I am not mistaken.

The cheese steaks are fresh and quality ingredients with a pack of flavor. The tots were mouth watering along with the sauce it comes with.

The gentleman that has been these the past 2 interactions has provided kind, genuine, quality customer service.

This is such a hidden gem that we are thrilled to have discovered as our new go to establishments & it’s not even comparable to any other food establishment in the area or in general for that matter now a days.

“McAlister's is a nice drive through or dine in restaurant deli. They do not offer a selection like a regular "deli". It is more of a deli style restaurant selection. The food is good and the staff and kind and customer service oriented. Reasonably priced. Recommend

“This is absolutely the best. Mr. Heroes in Cleveland Most awesome sandwich shop. You walk in and the place is amazingly clean and they greet you with a wonderful, warm smile and the food is done quickly and tasty. If you don't eat here you're nuts. I had my dog with me in the car. They could see I was trying to calm him down and they brought my food out to me.I came here 5 days in a row. Would have done it for the sixth. But the family wanted the little variety. Man, I love this place.“

“If you are looking for a really delicious sandwich for a great price this is your place! The bread was so fresh and soft. I had the chicken Philly and it was loaded with chicken, Swiss cheese, peppers, and onions. My husband had the Roman buger and he was as pleased as me. The only thing I am sad about is there are no Me. Hero's where I live.“

“We went to Penn Station in Avon tonight, where we met Logan. I haven't seen such genuine, friendly customer service in years!! We ordered a chicken teriyaki sub with ghost pepper cheese, a cheese steak sub with ghost pepper cheese, and fries. The ghost pepper cheese had an amazing kick and perfect flavor, and we really enjoyed it! Absolutely delicious and fresh!! Also very generous with the fries! “I had never been to a Jersey Mike's until today for their day of giving. I expected the long line and busy atmosphere. I did not expect the staff to be SO efficient. they were a very well oiled machine. I watched them hammer out order after order while taking more orders and did not see a single snafu or mistake during my half hour of watching. Very impressive !!! on top of it I really liked my sandwich. while this location is not convenient for me on a normal basis I would seek out another for another yummy sandwich.“

“I live near Vermilion . I called this deli for assistance. My Aunt just died. I wanted to send her family food to ease their daily burden during this difficult time. This deli showed up and put out. They are compassionate understanding and showed up for my family. My family expressed to me how delicious everything was. If you are in need during a family life event you should consider this establishment. They truly, went out of their way to accommodate my family during a time of grief.“

Run down building, huge potholes in the lot where you drive to get to the drive thru ordering system, basically no curb appeal whatsoever. Ordered a large Roman burger that was okay. Luke-warm at best and I live three minutes from this place. Better options in the area. Won't be going back.“

“The Godfather - Best Italian sub (fast food) in the country! I'm going to share my secret on how to make it. First you want it made hot, then White bread make sure it's fresh just out of the oven, double the cheese provolone or provolone and swiss combined, extra mayo, honey mustard ,oil and spices, tomato lettuce onion, light banana peppers, pickles and red and sweet peppers (if you like it spicy get the hot peppers). If that's not the best Italian you've ever had I will eat my hat!!“

“We had an amazing dining experience at Subway. The sandwiches were absolutely delicious—loaded with fresh ingredients and made perfectly to our liking. The restaurant itself was clean and well-maintained, creating a pleasant environment to enjoy our meal.
The person working there went above and beyond to ensure everything was prepared just right. He was very helpful, friendly, and genuinely cared about providing excellent service. His attention to detail and great attitude made the visit even better.
We highly recommend stopping here to grab a Subway sandwich. It’s so good that we drive all the way from North Ridgeville, Ohio, just to enjoy it!

“This is probably the best Subway around as far as fresh food quality, employee "quality" on a friendliness and service aspect and they have a nice, proper, clean, open dining room atmosphere.This should be a model for all other locations which sometimes leave a lot to be desired.

Many places we stopped had long lines out the door waiting to be served, but we saw this location didn't seem as busy, so we stopped by. It was quite busy inside, but the female manager came out and took our order and she was very friendly and helpful. We had our food within 10 minutes, and everything was hot and delicious. “I got my son a black forest ham sandwich and myself a club, but that wasn't the best part. I left my debit card there for the second time in 3 weeks they called the bank and by the time I got to my house I got a call from the bank letting me know what I had done and I drove back and got my card.
