“Ordered around 11:35am on line for a 12:30 curbside pickup I got there around 12:22 and asked if it was too early to pick up the order. They must have been busy I was on hold for a couple minutes the gentleman came out and asked if I was the one that ordered and he said that their computer system was down and they did not get any notification I showed him my copy he said okay give me a couple minutes and I'll bring it out stay right here about 10 minutes later he comes out brings me my order and everything was fine. Very friendly and polite I'll definitely order from there again.“

“I used Old World Deli to cater a wedding shower I had at my home and everything we ordered was delicious! I mostly ordered their party trays with veggies, fruit, cheese and crackers and an assortment of deli wraps. Also ordered the chicken fingers and hummus with pitas and both of those were a big hit! Everyone at the shower commented on how good the food was. The order was ready right on time when my husband picked it up and everything was wrapped and displayed nicely. We will definatly be using them for our future parties. So if you are looking for a caterer, check them out!“

“The staff here is extremely kind and accommodating. The restaurant is clean and has plenty of seating available if you want to enjoy your meal inside. “I came in and it wasn't busy at 4:30 pm on a Wednesday.Cashier was nice and made a good recommendation.I got the romanburger and it didn't disappoint.I also got waffle fries (they call them waffers) with cheese sauce to dip it in (my first time dipping in cheese).It's definitely a fast food restaurant, so set your expectations accordingly, but overall I was impressed. Especially if you are entertaining company from out of town.
Because Mr. Hero is an Ohio thing.
People outside of Ohio do not have the opportunity to enjoy the Romain Burger.
It would not be safe to ship a sandwich.

“My Kids eat Subway 5x + a month for 3 years. The food is always 🔥 the staff is always polite , courteous, super fast, and obviously well trained. The store is always spotless. Now not getting a complaint in 3 years from my kids is a big deal considering complaining is just what they do. Last night I went there to get my usual , the kid behind the counter whipped up 3 🔥 sandwiches in no time flat. Was super cool considering it was 10 minutes to close. I left and realized I forgot my phone , the kid put it in a safe place and notified the kid that opened . He opened 15 min early. Was super nice and handed me my phone with a smile . “I had never been to a Jersey Mike's until today for their day of giving. I expected the long line and busy atmosphere. I did not expect the staff to be SO efficient. they were a very well oiled machine. I watched them hammer out order after order while taking more orders and did not see a single snafu or mistake during my half hour of watching. “I don't really get subway often because the one closest to my home in parma seemed like the food isnt very fresh, but I was in North Royalton with my granddaughters and they wanted Subway. This location is great. The food was all very fresh and the guy helping us was very friendly and patient with my granddaughters trying to figure out what they wanted. “The man that runs this establishment is one of the sweetest kindest men I have ever met in my life. It is one day before my pay day and i have overdraft protection that normally works. My children wanted Mr Hero and i only had 25 dollars. But i knew i get paid tomorrow so if my account goes negative it will be for less than 6 hours. Well my overdraft protection wouldn’t let the payment go through. I felt embarrassed and upset that they prepared food i couldn’t pay for. He didn’t make scene or cause a fuss. He took my 25 dollars and ask i come back and pay him tomorrow. Something most establishments wouldn’t do. I appreciate his kindness and will go in tomorrow and tip very well. Having your card declined is so embarrassing and he was so sweet about it. I will never go in anywhere thinking my bank had me covered ever again. But this was the kindest act I’ve seen in a long time.“

“I use to go to the Bagley Rd and it was good the 1st couple visits, but that went downhill fast. I now drive to the Strongville store. The employees are ALWAYS pleasant. The food is made to your specifications. It is well worth the extra couple miles I drive to get food.
