“Ordered around 11:35am on line for a 12:30 curbside pickup I got there around 12:22 and asked if it was too early to pick up the order. They must have been busy I was on hold for a couple minutes the gentleman came out and asked if I was the one that ordered and he said that their computer system was down and they did not get any notification I showed him my copy he said okay give me a couple minutes and I'll bring it out stay right here about 10 minutes later he comes out brings me my order and everything was fine. Very friendly and polite I'll definitely order from there again.“

“I came in and it wasn't busy at 4:30 pm on a Wednesday.Cashier was nice and made a good recommendation.I got the romanburger and it didn't disappoint.I also got waffle fries (they call them waffers) with cheese sauce to dip it in (my first time dipping in cheese).It's definitely a fast food restaurant, so set your expectations accordingly, but overall I was impressed. I would definitely eat here again.“

“Just reviewing the service of this location. You know what you’re getting when going to Charley’s for food. But the service was great yesterday. Cashier was so nice and attentive. And by the time we made it to the car and realized we were missing a fry, an employee was already walking to our car to bring it to us. “I live near Vermilion . I called this deli for assistance. My Aunt just died. I wanted to send her family food to ease their daily burden during this difficult time. This deli showed up and put out. They are compassionate understanding and showed up for my family. My family expressed to me how delicious everything was. If you are in need during a family life event you should consider this establishment. They truly, went out of their way to accommodate my family during a time of grief.“

“First couple times at Mr Hero. Pickup up a Romanburger for a family member and the cheesesteak sub for me. Solid food. The veggied on the Romanburger were fresh and my family member loved it. The cheesesteak sub for me was great too. I like mushrooms and it had a lot of them. If you're not a mushroom fan you might have them go light on them, but I love them. The waffle fries were very good, and i liked them much better than the ones at a certain chicken chain. Note, This location is definitely setup more for takeout than dining in.“

Every time I’ve visited, the experience has been consistently excellent. I did not expect the staff to be SO efficient. they were a very well oiled machine. I watched them hammer out order after order while taking more orders and did not see a single snafu or mistake during my half hour of watching. “Picked up a Metro bus of turkey, roast beef and ham on an everything bun, along with a very expensive specimen cup of lasagna soup. The sub was delicious and filled with quality meats, veggies and cheese. The soup was good, but not $6 for 6 spoonfuls good. A dollar a spoonful is hilarious to think about. They got me this time, but never again. Lol I will go back for the subs though.“

“The food is amazing, this is the only place that you are going to find this taste it's delicious, be careful though if you order a large meal it will be 20 dollars but you'll get 2 burgers the size of a double Q lbs with cheese at mcdonalds, a full basket of fries and a delicious cup of cheese, more than enough cheese trust me for the fries and a large drink, more than enough food for the price for sure. The customer service was also decent, they seem like good people.“
