“Ordered around 11:35am on line for a 12:30 curbside pickup I got there around 12:22 and asked if it was too early to pick up the order. They must have been busy I was on hold for a couple minutes the gentleman came out and asked if I was the one that ordered and he said that their computer system was down and they did not get any notification I showed him my copy he said okay give me a couple minutes and I'll bring it out stay right here about 10 minutes later he comes out brings me my order and everything was fine. Very friendly and polite I'll definitely order from there again.“

They were happy to make recommendations when I asked for the most popular breakfast sandwich. We landed on the Big Daddy and Wake ‘n Bacon. Great choices!! Everything from the cute environment, engaging staff, seamless payment system, quick service and fresh, flavorful sandwiches was top notch!“

“Great food! I have gotten delivery a couple of times and they were always pretty quick.
The original wings were of good quality, and the Korean bbq ones were especially good.
Ordered the Cajun fries and they were perfectly seasoned and fresh.
I have also tried the Bacon Chicken Chipotle and California Chicken subs and both were well made and very tasty. I like that they are delivered open in their boxes.“

“First couple times at Mr Hero. Pickup up a Romanburger for a family member and the cheesesteak sub for me. Solid food. The veggied on the Romanburger were fresh and my family member loved it. The cheesesteak sub for me was great too. I like mushrooms and it had a lot of them. If you're not a mushroom fan you might have them go light on them, but I love them. The waffle fries were very good, and i liked them much better than the ones at a certain chicken chain. Note, This location is definitely setup more for takeout than dining in.“

“Went there yesterday to get tobacco and tubes somehow every time I go go there lately the price of my hot rod tubes go from 2.19/2.49/4.31 yesterday, I’m on a fixed income !! The tobacco hasn’t changed but if the owner/manager isn’t there they charge me what ever they want“

“We went to Penn Station in Avon tonight, where we met Logan. I haven't seen such genuine, friendly customer service in years!! We ordered a chicken teriyaki sub with ghost pepper cheese, a cheese steak sub with ghost pepper cheese, and fries. The ghost pepper cheese had an amazing kick and perfect flavor, and we really enjoyed it! Absolutely delicious and fresh!! Also very generous with the fries! “I don’t usually leave reviews for restaurants, especially for chain restaurants which I usually think of as being more or less the same, but this Subway truly deserves it. Every time I’ve visited, the experience has been consistently excellent. The place is spotlessly clean, the ingredients always look fresh and well-stocked, and the team moves efficiently even during busy times. The staff greets you the moment you walk in and genuinely seems to care about providing good service. The dining area is clean and comfortable. It’s clear the management takes pride in running this location well.

Highly recommend this Subway – definitely one of the best-run ones I’ve been to. Great food, great people, and consistently great service. I always leave impressed.“

“Of the big chains this might be the best one I don't know. The subs are really good but if you don't need it soon the vinegar makes the bread soggy and the texture then just is mushy and kind of gross. But when you eat it fairly quickly they make the best Italian sub of all the chains I think.“

“We go to this location fairly often to pick up sandwiches to take to Coe Lake for picnics in the summer. It's a good choice since we are always able to find something that we like and our pickier children will eat. The staff is always friendly and the service is prompt.“

“My first time at DiBellas, got a 10 inch tuna sub at the Strongsville shop today, it's huge! Good fresh tuna, fresh toppings (I got provolone cheese, mayo, oil, lettuce, tomato, onions, cucumber) but kind of bland because no seasoning and couldn't really taste the onions. The Asiago bread was good. Forgot to ask for salt/pepper because it wasn't listed as an option on their in-store menu. On my way out I asked about it and they said salt and pepper are in packets that they keep behind the counter. I think they should at least have salt pepper listed as an option on their signs.“

“I had never been to a Jersey Mike's until today for their day of giving. I expected the long line and busy atmosphere. I did not expect the staff to be SO efficient. they were a very well oiled machine. I watched them hammer out order after order while taking more orders and did not see a single snafu or mistake during my half hour of watching. “This is a nice little addition to the convenience store. It's a run of the mill convenience store overall with anything you would expect to find it any corner store in our area. But what makes it so grand? They have a Mr hero inside! When you're on your way home from work picking up a six pack or a tall boy, who can resist a nice 10-in Roman Burger sandwich or hot buttered cheese steak?? Maybe somebody can but not this guy! Staff is also very friendly and you can see into the kitchen and it appears to be pretty clean, which is always a good thing.“

The eating area is small and bare bones, but it gets the job done. The lemonade was a bit disappointing, too watery, but the subs and fries were fantastic. It's right up there with Jersey Mike's for best subs in Brunswick!“

“So, I've been conning up here almost 15 years it seems. Linda previously owned this location, and it was always top notch. I never ever had a single problem. The food was excellent, and so was the service.

I came in not too long ago to be told she sold her location. Needless to say, I was so sad to see her gone!

The good news is I met the new area manager and the staff, and they were awesome. I was able to get my sandwich the way I always have and it was amazing, as well.

While some menu items like the Dave's sauce were tweaked and some menu items changed- the the quality of food, the spirit of the restaurant and the customer service are still there.“
