“Genuinely the best Chik-fil-A I ever been to! I utilize the Macedonia location for catering for my company quite often and their customer service is the best I’ve ever experienced!!!! The Catering Director, Aaron, is fantastic! He is one of the kindest & most helpful individuals I’ve ever come in contact with! He goes out of his way to make sure my orders are always perfect. He & his team at the Macedonia location do an amazing job! In addition, the Owner Dan Stanko & Catering Director Aaron, went out of their way to graciously donate food & gift cards for a large community church event my company was sponsoring. They definitely provide top notch, customer service & are wonderful human beings at the Macedonia location. Thank you for providing such great service everyday!!“

“every year we order my twin niece and nephew a cake from the seven hills location. Sara has done them the last couple years and they were wonderful. Sara also left a very sweet note with the cake. above and beyond a great job and great service.“

“We were there at 11am but they said lunch was ready for ordering. Met right away by a young man who took our order and also was helpful explaining the options.
Our meal was served as we sat down. The order was perfect and the food delicious.
There is not a Chick-fil-A near our home, so the visit was special for us and we were very pleased with the choice.“

“I understand that each dairy Queen is a locally owned and operated franchise, but this DQ is significantly higher than others I've been to. The same meal that I buy for $14 rounded up at the stow franchise location was over $17 here. Advertised a 4pc with fries for 7.49, large drink 2.99. wanted to substitute a large cheese curd for the french fries that were included. A la carte the cheese curds are advertised is $6.99. I received zero credit for the substitution and they charged me a la carte for everything. The combo rang up as 10.99 on the receipt, the cheese curds rang up as $5.99 on the receipt, and the drink rang up as 1.09.

They don't review the order with you at the speaker or show you what anything is ringing up on a screen so there's no way to discuss it until you get to the window and get your receipt. So however they have it programmed in their system looks like they're always charging more than what they are advertising. Transparency would be nice.“

“Our first time at Bubbakoo's - we chose the Broadview Heights locaiton - was stellar from start to finish. We weren't familiar with the menu at all and the person putting our bowls together was really helpful and even suggested pairings and offered to let us take as many sauces home on the side so we could try different ones and see which we liked best. Everyone on staff that day was kind and welcoming and gave us exactly what we asked for.

We went to the South Euclid location a couple weeks later because we wanted to try some different stuff and the experience was exactly the opposite. Very cold, not friendly, not very welcoming, a lot of sighing when we asked questions, and they wanted to upcharge for every sauce we wanted on the side.

We won't be back to the South Euclid location, but we'll definitely return to Broadview Heights so long as the vibe remains as good as it was on our first visit.“

“I came in to this restaurant for the first time tonight and was immediately greeted by a friendly employee Stephanie who I’m sure had a long day as it’s almost 10pm. Food was awesome and great staff!“

Honestly, you can't go wrong here. The steak is perfectly seasoned, and that melted provolone is the real deal. I’m a huge fan of the strawberry lemonade, too—it’s the perfect combo. It’s my go-to spot whenever I’m craving something filling and fast.“

“Only been a few times, but quick service and great food every time. It’s Arbys, so don’t expect anything gourmet, still much better than most other “fast food” options. Use the app and you can bypass the drive through and pick up your food in as little as a few minutes.“

“First time back in 15 years. I didn't even know they opened up here! (I live 35min away) came a little later in the evening (8:15pm) unfortunately I got what was left of the bottom of the barrel and scraps. HOWEVER, friendly service, place was clean, Queso and chips are bomb!! Everything here still has so much more flavor than Chipotle. Not to mention way more options to choose from and no additional charge for guacamole or queso on your entree. I worked at Qdoba in Macedonia as one of my first jobs almost 20 years ago. It's definitely a little bit different now, but im so glad to see Qdoba is back in business!!! Can't wait to go back, to treat my mom & son! <3 they're going to love it.“

“Easily one of two of my favorite Arby's to frequent when I have a hankering for it. This and the Kent location are my goto's. They are both well kept and clean as far as I can tell on the inside but always clean on the outside. I haven't been inside of one in years so I have no comments on it. Other than that, they have plenty of parking and alway provide consistantly speedy service. I rarely have any mistakes on my orders. Staff seem to have a better attitude overall at most Arby's too. My personal favorites are beef and cheddars and their og curly fries.“

“I had to be up very very late at night and I hadn't eaten. There's a Taco Bell in literally in my backyard, on Graham road, but I've had bad experiences there so I went to the Kent location by the airport which was several miles away. The person I dealt with at the window and for the order was Zachary. What a nice young man. I was working really late in the 3:00 a.m. hour. He is just the nicest and sweetest person. This is what customer service is all about. Nobody knows what people are going through and he's just such a nice person and did such a great job on my order. I can't say enough about it. This young man needs a raise and a promotion. They actually care. Whenever I want Taco Bell this is the location I'm going to be going to from now on because it's better than all the rest of them and I've been to many. This is what customer service is supposed to be. Thank you all!!!! 🎄“

“Haven’t been here in a long time. The taste of the food has improved dramatically. The general tso was fantastic with a good flavor. The chicken fried rice was excellent but hardly any chicken in it. The Kung pao has a fantastic flavor but it is almost all just carrots. There were only three small pieces of green pepper in the whole dish, but loaded with carrots. The chicken lo mein was the only low point. Flavor was kind of bland. The other dishes all had fantastic flavors.“

“I love DQ. Have lunch often. But today I didn’t want the sundae at this time and asked for the coupon. I was told they no longer offer that option. This really disappointed me. I always came back and upgraded to a Blizzard. Sorry to see this is no longer available.“

“The guys at this location are fantastic!! I had called in an order and apparently called the wrong store. It was almost closing time and I asked if they could make my order because I wouldn’t make it to the other location before they closed.
They had cleaned the grill and slicer and the sweet kid behind the counter said sure.
I felt bad.
But they all were super sweet and accommodated me for my 2 sandwiches.
The manager should give those guys a raise!!

“The food is good and the service is mostly good. However… The soda machine has tasted terrible for almost two years, especially the Diet Coke. It taste like straight carbonated water. We’ve told the staff each time we go in and they just shrug their shoulders. Fix it, or get a new machine! Also, with everyone in the world complaining about fresh water shortages, you would think they’d repair the mens bathroom sink hot water spigot. Like the soda machine, its been broken for two years. It is a constant stream. I would’ve thought the owner would repair it to save on his water bill…heck it’s only a $10 valve! But, just like the soda machine, the staff just shrugs their shoulders as if its no big deal. After telling the staff about both issues many times over the past two years, I thought posting it in a public forum would help motivate the owner in his repairs.“

Always clean and tidy from the bathrooms to the play place with friendly staff that tend to go above and beyond to ensure everyone is having a safe and enjoyable experience! “Just stopped in for a pickup. Only two staff members that I could see and several customers waiting. The woman working in the front part of the kitchen and also handling the register was HUSTLING, and was an absolute delight despite the rush. Pizza Hut, you better hang on to her, she was a breath of fresh air and any company would be lucky to have her in their employ. There was nothing going on in the dining room. Looks like PH might become a thing of the past pretty soon.“
