“First time at a Skyline Chili for me, but my friend LOVED it. It was an okay experience for me. I got the chilito and it was a soft taco shell wrapping chili, cheese, and sour cream. The chili was very runny so the taco shell was useless. I may as well as had a bowl chili. My friend got the three way and said it was phenomenal. I do like their chili as it is more on the sweeter side. Also had a sliver of lemon blueberry cheesecake and honestly it was the best part. It was AMAZING!“

“Genuinely the best Chik-fil-A I ever been to! I utilize the Macedonia location for catering for my company quite often and their customer service is the best I’ve ever experienced!!!! The Catering Director, Aaron, is fantastic! He is one of the kindest & most helpful individuals I’ve ever come in contact with! He goes out of his way to make sure my orders are always perfect. He & his team at the Macedonia location do an amazing job! In addition, the Owner Dan Stanko & Catering Director Aaron, went out of their way to graciously donate food & gift cards for a large community church event my company was sponsoring. They definitely provide top notch, customer service & are wonderful human beings at the Macedonia location. Thank you for providing such great service everyday!!“

“Sunday Father’s Day my family voyaged through town hungry for a hamburger. Our service was absolutely delightful
Prices are now always exorbitant everywhere you go but we really treated ourselves to the outdoor patio and beautiful birds. Our family enjoyed our wonderful time, but mostly our cashier lady was cheerful.
She deserves a raise because the burgers cost enough to pay for it.“

Good selection of tasty food, it seems like there is much customization but I got the honey chicken that might not be there again. My husband spoke to the manager, Hani, who handled the situation with total professionalism, respect, and kindness. He immediately replaced our entire order from scratch! “First time back in 15 years. I didn't even know they opened up here! (I live 35min away) came a little later in the evening (8:15pm) unfortunately I got what was left of the bottom of the barrel and scraps. HOWEVER, friendly service, place was clean, Queso and chips are bomb!! Everything here still has so much more flavor than Chipotle. Not to mention way more options to choose from and no additional charge for guacamole or queso on your entree. I worked at Qdoba in Macedonia as one of my first jobs almost 20 years ago. It's definitely a little bit different now, but im so glad to see Qdoba is back in business!!! Can't wait to go back, to treat my mom & son! <3 they're going to love it.“

“Love coming here. I usually pick up lunch here at least once a week. Always in and out with no delay. Subs are always fresh and the place is always very clean! The manager Kayleigh is awesome. Incredible customer service from her every time I stop in.“

“Haven’t been here in a long time. The taste of the food has improved dramatically. The general tso was fantastic with a good flavor. The chicken fried rice was excellent but hardly any chicken in it. The Kung pao has a fantastic flavor but it is almost all just carrots. There were only three small pieces of green pepper in the whole dish, but loaded with carrots. The chicken lo mein was the only low point. Flavor was kind of bland. The other dishes all had fantastic flavors.“

“Only been a few times, but quick service and great food every time. It’s Arbys, so don’t expect anything gourmet, still much better than most other “fast food” options. Use the app and you can bypass the drive through and pick up your food in as little as a few minutes.“

“You would think that a chain like Taco Bell wouldn’t differ greatly in quality by location. You would be wrong. This is by far the best Taco Bell in all of NE Ohio. Staff: 11/10, Food: 11/10. “Easily one of two of my favorite Arby's to frequent when I have a hankering for it. This and the Kent location are my goto's. They are both well kept and clean as far as I can tell on the inside but always clean on the outside. I haven't been inside of one in years so I have no comments on it. Other than that, they have plenty of parking and alway provide consistantly speedy service. I rarely have any mistakes on my orders. Staff seem to have a better attitude overall at most Arby's too. My personal favorites are beef and cheddars and their og curly fries.“

“The food is good and the service is mostly good. However… The soda machine has tasted terrible for almost two years, especially the Diet Coke. It taste like straight carbonated water. We’ve told the staff each time we go in and they just shrug their shoulders. Fix it, or get a new machine! Also, with everyone in the world complaining about fresh water shortages, you would think they’d repair the mens bathroom sink hot water spigot. Like the soda machine, its been broken for two years. It is a constant stream. I would’ve thought the owner would repair it to save on his water bill…heck it’s only a $10 valve! But, just like the soda machine, the staff just shrugs their shoulders as if its no big deal. After telling the staff about both issues many times over the past two years, I thought posting it in a public forum would help motivate the owner in his repairs.“

But Tyler was super cool very attentive took my spacific order with patience and an over all happy go lucky guy and I wouldn’t be surprised if he turned this place around if it was bad before.
I hope they pay him more than the avg employee for going above and beyond.“

“I come here about once a week and I think they are the best McDonalds around! The drive thru line is generally quick and the staff is friendly. They only mess up my order every once in a great while - but they always fix it for me if I come back. Keep in mind that most of these workers are teenagers in the evening!“

“I ordered sandwiches from Sam’s Club a week before I needed them for a funeral. I expected approximately 50 people. The day before the event, I stopped into Sam’s Club to confirm my order. At first, they couldn’t find the order. Then, after finding it, informed me that they had a staff shortage and couldn’t fulfill my full order. And the only reason they could fill it partially was because they were making those sandwiches anyway to go out in the refrigerator section. No empathy, no concern. Jimmy John’s came to the rescue! With only 24 notice. And BETTER sandwiches!! Thank you, Jimmy John’s!!“
