“No joke....One of the best Subway sandwiches I have had in a very very long time. Clean and quiet. I took off 1star only because the sandwich artist was alone, and called from the back that she would be with me shortly, so I waited a little while. It wasn't long at all but I was on my way to work and rushing. My fault of course but the cutting of the Vegetables can wait, not your customer . The sandwich artist was nice and apologized. I'll go again, in fact on my way now“

“Stopped here to pick up a quick dinner for our family right before closing. The two young men that were working were so sweet and helpful, and most importantly showed such good customer service, despite it being close to closing time when I stopped in. Good customer service is hard to come by these days, but these two guys were top-notch. The sandwiches did not disappoint either. Will definitely be back!“

“We ordered takeout for the first time and was not disappointed. The steakhouse gyro was delicious, plenty of steak which was flavorful and tender. I had the chicken philly pita and it was also good, plenty of chicken and the portion was just enough. The fries were cooked just right, crispy on the outside and soft inside..definitely will be ordering again !“

“I used to live in Cleveland hts and started going to Grums when they first opened. I now sometimes drive all the way from Westlake just for a Grum’s sub. In my opinion the Grums Turkey Ridge sub on French bread is the best sub ever, anywhere!!!“

“The person serving us here was absolutely amazing. Full of life, spoke clearly, made me feel welcome and just nice to talk to (from the few exchanges we had from when I was ordering). I’m not sure exactly why I enjoyed talking to him so much, he just seemed like a great guy. I don’t know his name but I believe he looked like he was in his 40s, African American and had a nice moustache if i may add. I

I really enjoyed the food here, I got a number 26 I believe. The Chicken Bacon Ranch sub in a regular size, would definitely recommend. The service was quick and easy, overall a great experience.“

“What can I say. I've always liked there Roman burger and fries. I always say no cheese on anything and they would repeat what I say but I some how I end up with cheese on my sandwich. I am lactose intolerant which makes it hard on my stomach.“

“I never thought I'd have another italian sub sandwich again after I stopped eating meat in the late '90s (yeah, people can do it for that long and still be alive. Amazing, right?). And then I saw that Dave's Cosmic Subs has vegan options. Well now I'm enjoying them again thanks to this place. The staff member was nice, attentive and quick. She handled everything so smoothly. I didn't have cash on hand to leave a tip unfortunately but she definitely deserved one.

online from a location in Mayfield or South Euclid they’d still add it on when I clearly told them not to.
Here they actually got it right and paid attention to detail, I really wish I could give them a big tip. It was worth the drive.“

“EXCELLENT A++ I ordered 3 party subs a few days in advance online for a remote venue party & picked up. Everything was spot-on perfect and DELICIOUS & fresh! Our guests loved them and it was under $200 and fed 35-40 people lunch. Kudos to whoever is managing this process!! Keep up the good work, would highly recommend.“

(You can dine in) Men's room had a sign saying "out of order" although a male employee used it...food was hot and flavorful. Not a bad experience.“

The young gentleman was so nice and helpful in making my sandwich like l wanted it, so the price was was ok for such a good tasty sub, the sub was made exactly how l like it. Yes person who waited on me was kind through the whole process. That location was the best yet! So nice and clean the food look fresh. The atmosphere was fine and the wait time was awesome was waited on immediately. Accessibility was fine. I leave on the other side of town, but when l want a good fresh sandwich l don't mind the trip. It's so nice to be treated kind and get good subs. That location is awesome. Please keep up the good work it's surely appreciated. My granddaughter was off that day, but l am sure she has the same wonderful attitude in helping her customers. I' be back for more.“
