However, at this Northfield Road Bedford location, I have not had a bad experience. Some of the new sandwiches, I may not like, but overall the food is consistent and tasty.“

“Having moved from Florida's Gulf Coast last year, I had yet to find any food in Ohio I liked as well as Sarasota. Last night at Heck's, my hope was restored! The caliber of textures and tastes was fantastic! Delicious and clearly well thought out menu options for anyone's palate. I had the Moroccan kabobs and truffle pierogis (which are NOT your average pierogi!) and our table split several other appetizers. Great ambiance too. You'll love it.“

“Went twice. The turkey burgers was delicious and the fries are seasoned well. The quality of food and service was the same both visits with different chefs and different servers. They dont have grease on them. My mom usually eats her fries with ketchup but said they were flavorful without anything added so she didnt use any. Their lavender lemonade is good. My friend had the Hawaiian salmon burger and said it was amazing. I would definitely recommend this place. It's kind of set up like a bar inside for size reference.“

“We had the smashed chicken burger with a fried egg added. Limitless extras like spinach, onions, pickles, sauces, etc were offered to dress the sandwich. We sampled the house sauce which had a sweet, tangy flavor. We'll be back for dinner with our kids. “Every 6-8 weeks I meet a couple of friends at Dina’s for lunch. We met Saturday Jan 3rd 2026 about 1:45. It was extremely busy. As soon as we were seated our server Jenn (Jennifer O) got down to business with us. She was calm, attentive and friendly. As we took up her booth for a while for a girls vent/tea spilling/catch up she was amazing! We knew the food was exceptional but Jenn was a huge bonus! Thank you from the buffet ladies!“

“Charlie's was a dandy little diner we found during our recent trip to Cleveland. The first thing you notice is the very flashy looking exterior of their building which I thought looked awesome. The inside of the building is quite small with limited seating but was very well kept and clean. Their menu consists mainly of breakfast options and hot dog options. I went the hot dog route trying a Chili Dog and one plain with stadium mustard. The stadium mustard was just a dijon variation and was fine. Their chili was excellent with great flavour and just delicious on the dog. The dogs themselves were 100% beef and were the best part as it should be. Great flavour and a nice snap to them they were just stellar. The onion rings I got as a side I would rate as average. The service was pretty darn good for us as well. All in all a very good diner stop for us.“

“Came in the night before my birthday to pick up a cake. The lobby was closed but my cousin was standing on the bench outside pointing at the cakes. Security came out and we were able to get a cake at the last minute. Ive been coming here for years and they have one of the best services ever!“

“We bombarded the Solon location with a large party ( more than 10) and when I tell you everything from the initial greeting until we bid farewell was AMAZING!!! “This is one of my new favorites in the Cleveland Area of the only place I visited in a long time that gives you 2 Nice Sized Pieces of Catfish, 4 hush puppies, Coleslaw and FRESH CUT edible FRIES all for one price. I have been here 5 times and they have am Amazing Chicken Philly Sandwich these both items are seasoned to perfection and not to salty like most places you can barely tolerate the heavy seasonings from something who has to watch their salt intake. Jumbo Chicken Rolls are a most have my family love those as well! Most places I have to toss my food. Customer Service is always friendly and patient staff is always with a good attitude fast service and clean location. Compliments to the chef staff and the great owner!!! Glad this business exists.“

“1st time here at Cleats. I stop in for dinner with my wife, brother-in-law and sister-in-law, on Friday around 4pm. We seated ourselves. It's a nice medium size sports bar. We chose to sit inside rather than outside. However, I did feel it was a bit dark inside. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. Friday's special was an all you can eat fish dinner. It was very good but there were no lemon slices for the fish. The other three had the chicken tenders. It was a little strange to me that you have to pay extra for dipping sauce (plus the waitress never told us about this charge). That being said, the food was delicious 😋 we topped off the dinner with a blood orange IPA“
