He & his team at the Macedonia location do an amazing job! “So I told y'all I went to thecrispychick_cle and I ordered the Mega Meal since it was our first time there that way me and babe can eat so I get the food and we pull off and start on our way then babe look in the food and sees that there are only four tenders well in the Mega Meal is supposed to be six tenders a french fry two sauces garlic bread and a drink so I busted you turn and went back and explain to the cashier that I ordered a mega and there were only four Tenders in there well she says I'm sorry about that let me let them know and so she says okay they're going to bring you to tenders up I said okay thank you when she comes up to the window she hands me a box and says im so sorry well I opened the box and here is five more Tenders in the Box... no arguments or nothing... no let me see your receipt it was just very pleasant they made a mistake and they corrected it right off of the drib and plus the food was good even for me with no teeth the Fry's (crinkle) has season on it so I didn't need ketchup salt and pepper the chicken was nice and hot out the grease but not greasy the honey mustard sauce was like no other honey mustard sauce that I have tasted the only regret that I have with this $12 purchase is not getting the lemonade Because by the way that chicken taste I know for sure that that lemonade was good as hell but here are the pictures and I did a video but I'm going to put the video on Tik Tok with a little editing and stuff and tag them in it so if you're ever by 55th and Woodland drop by they are really good and they are #blackowned“

“I should have expected the store to be busy, seeing as though it was national cheeseburger day and all...and it was. However...the staff was amazing. They worked together, they weren't stressed out, they were pushing out orders...I was so impressed sitting there waiting for my food. When they finally called my name, I got my food and drove the 20 minutes home. my burger was DELICIOUS and fries were hot. This store did an absolute beautiful job executing this evenings busy rush. “The food here is amazing, delicious, and healthy. The service is excellent. They really take the time to make you feel at ease and they give you the friendliest service. One particular staff member, a tall gentleman was very kind and asked how I liked the food, took the time to tell me my options when I was ordering, and offered to put my tray away when I was done eating. Now that’s service! Service in most places have not been satisfactory lately as the food service industry slowly picks back up from a type of recession. “Really like rallys and the location of this particular restaurant is super convenient right by the highway so it's easy to find and get too and the good is really good for a fast food restaurant and you can't beat the value of their 4 dollar meal deal that comes with a hot apple pie for dessert and the fries are a seasoned fry and really tasty with a decent crunch to them and the burger is really good that comes with sweet pickles and onions so it's a very tasty burger as for the parking lot it sits right on the corner of brookpark road and pearl road so sorry accessible but the only thing about this place is the lot is on the small side so they do have some tight turns and only about 10 parking spots is the only downside but most of the business here is thru the drive thru but hey it's still a great spot to get you burger fix quickly I'll certainly will be back time and again😎“

“I finished the guardians game with my 9 year old niece tonight around 9:15pm in downtown Cleveland. My sister’s only rule was that i was not allowed to get my niece any ice cream after the game. The Guardians won so I decided to break the rules and suffer the consequences later by getting iced cream for my niece on a school night. I arrived after they closed, around 10:03pm. They did not have to serve me because they were technically closed according to their posted hours of operation. A gentleman named Jason agreed to serve us, and my niece was very happy. I appreciate the entire Tuesday night Dairy Queen crew that decided to make my niece happy. My sister may be upset for breaking the rules, but Dairy Queen understood the assignment! Thanks guys! Great customer service!“

“I ordered a little bacon cheeseburger, regular fries and a large fountain drink. The burger was delicious, perfectly cooked with a good amount of crispy bacon and melty cheese. Bun was not soggy even after waiting 10 minutes before I had a chance to eat it. Fries were undercooked but still good, not super fresh but they still hit the spot. Restaurant was clean and staff was super friendly. I would for sure eat here again. The only cons I can see would be the price. My total was $19.53… 6 bucks for underdone, greasy, lukewarm fries would make me reconsider and the gentleman who took and handed me my order had really long fingernails which was off putting.“

“I received bad customer service today around 6pm. There were several customers ahead of me ordering multiple sandwiches that were made by a young man. When it was finally my turn, a friend called me on the phone. It was ringing loudly, but I answered and got rid of the call in 10 seconds max. When I looked up a young lady appeared and was making multiple sandwiches for the two people at the end of the line who arrived quite a bit after I did and were behind me in line. There was no disputing this fact. The young man and woman tried to figure out why I was standing in line in front of those being served. He asked me if I wanted to order. Why did he think I was standing for 10 minutes waiting? No apologies from anyone. The young woman told me that she had said “next customer” and the guy behind me quickly spoke up. She said that I was on the phone, but that is no excuse as I ended the call rapidly. The food was fine, but the service was terrible and I felt ignored. The woman seemed to be picking and choosing who to serve first.“

“It is a good Arby's. Typical Arby's food, which is usually pretty good. Parking lot is a little tight, but should have room. The bathroom was clean, glad they gave paper towels, and the water out of the faucet was a good amount. I'd definitely eat here again. Staff was friendly too.
