I have visited other BRAUMS and so far IMHO the service, and quality of food has been very consistent, and above. “We came in to pick up some ice cream to go and I was completely caught off guard by how personable and friendly the entire experience was. The staff constantly checked in on the guests and made sure to check and see if everyone knew all of the options and made sure everyone was happy. They knew the names of their regulars and even knew what they wanted. With hospitality being almost a lost art these days the Freezing Cow is a breath of fresh air. Thank you for the great experience!“

“Such a great frozen yogurt store! Delicious frozen yogurt in so many different flavors! Menchie’s at Classen Curve had polite and helpful employees, it was very clean, and they even include dairy free options for my food allergy babe! We will definitely be back!“

“Andy's is the frozen custard version of Dairy Queen or Braum's. They have a few branches around the city including this place along Pennsylvania near Quail Springs. Opening hours are 11am to 11.30pm daily. They have walk-in and drive through, menu is fairly comprehensive and can require a few minutes to familiarise if visiting for the first time. Stopped by this branch and ordered a medium James Brownie Funky Jackhammer, forgetting that medium in the States translates to extra large in Asia. This was large serving of very good vanilla custard with some brownie bits, fudge and creamy peanut butter, very rich, flavourful and sinfully good. Would be happy to order the same or try something new but would go with more manageable small size.“

“In my adventures this week, I'm in Oklahoma City. I don't usually stop at burger places, but I kept seeing a sign for Brauns burgers. Alright, never heard of them, I'll give them a try.
I walk in, and immediately notice a little grocery store area. That was totally unexpected, I was expecting a restaurant.
I ordered my food, and it came up very quickly.
I decided to try their mushroom burger with bacon. Never had that before. And let me tell you, I'll never have it again. That does NOT WORK for me. Throw in mayo and lettuce, this doesn't work on a mushroom burger. I ended up picking the bacon off.

I tolerated the burger. The fries, I'm not a fry person but they weren't too bad with the dipping sauce.

I'd come back and try something else, but definitely not the mushroom burger. They were so quick!!

“I really like this place & come here often. Andy’s Fall flavors are some of my favorite throughout the year.

Tonight, I purchased 2 large concretes which is roughly $20. When I pulled to the window & paid I asked for a drink carrier, as my cup holders were already occupied with drinks from a previous stop. Unfortunately, the young lady informed me they do not have those & proceeded to explain how I could just lean them against my seat. I found her advice to be very unhelpful as that is not a viable, safe or secure method to transport ice cream that melts rather quickly.

All that to say, I would recommend the owners consider offering drink holders since Andy’s sales custards in CUPS. Regardless, I will be back as I’m a sucker for fancy overpriced but yummy desserts!“

The location was very clean indeed and made me want to return
But the young lady in the front was very new without much support and my visit took a slight turn
The manager sat on a chair in the front and looked as if she was taking orders
The young lady was lost and a bit unsure and had a small ice cream scoop disorder
I ordered the pistachio flavor with a large waffle cone and my mouth began to water
She looked down confused and couldn’t find my muse, I wish someone would have taught her.
The scoops that were given didn’t fill the big cone and left me a little disappointed
So I grabbed a spoon and pressed it all down so that the whole cone is better anointed.
My sister was mad when she received her cone which was so much smaller than mine
She picked up the scoop with a look of despair but went on and stepped out of line
The dessert was great as it always is but the staff could be better trained
For everything is bigger in Texas and OKC can take note so my confidence in you is regained.“

“This place is super busy all the time they do their best but it just makes you want to go to a different one where they can pay more attention to your order. It was very chaotic. Clearly ppl were training and I had something strange happen where I had to order 2 times one for my shake and food. But ya. They do their best in sure“

“Braum's always has great quality. This one is the same except for the fountain drinks.

The fountain drinks were all (Dr. Pepper, Coke, and root beer) slightly off. Not enough to be horrible, just off enough to not be good.“

“The staff is great and they are always helpful and smiling. The food comes out right and hot. The lady in the grocery area is sweet and kind. She is helpful and she listens and is always smiling and greeting. I always look forward to my Braums shopping trip for the week.“

Their menu is streamlined to just a few awesome flavors and toppings, and I love the nod to simplicity!

For me I can’t go wrong with mint chocolate chip, and they even have a few vegan options if you have dietary restrictions.

“When you don't want to traverse the length of a football field this is as close to an old-time corner store as we're going to get. It's so nice to run in and grab a quart of milk or some Italian bread and some cherries and get in and get out without all the self-scanning and corporate hubris of some of the big box stores.

“We love Braum's premium ice cream. The cost is less and the quality is better than grocery store brands, no HFCS, etc.. It's marked down to $3.50 per tub every few weeks. A lot of the ice cream is gluten free. Also the A2 milk is much tastier than most brands, also reasonably priced IMO.

Dietary restrictions: Most of the ice cream, at least the simple flavors, are gluten free. We are hooked on strawberry and French vanilla. Yikes,!“

“I was having dinner next door, and afterwards we wanted something sweet so we walked into this Ice Cream Shop, the owners are so friendly, they only speak Spanish!! But it’s no problem at all, she let me try out of the flavors and I picked the Rose one, it has a natural fragrance of rose and not extremely sweet like the ice cream I had before. “I recently treated myself to a banana split at Braum’s, and while my dessert was delicious, I did notice that the store cleanliness left a bit to be desired. The tables and floors could use more attention, which detracted from the overall experience. ​However, I must say that the quality of their ice cream and butter is truly unmatched.​ The banana split was generously sized and featured an incredible blend of flavors that made it clear why Braum's is a local favorite.

Each scoop of ice cream was rich and creamy, and the toppings were fresh and plentiful. The real star, of course, was the butter, which added a delightful touch to my treat. I’ve always been a fan of their products, and this visit reaffirmed my belief that their ice cream is among the best in town.

While the store’s upkeep could use improvement, the quality of food served at Braum’s keeps me coming back.
