I haven't even tried everything in the bakery yet. It is a wonderful for breakfast, midday treat and dessert after dinner. I stock up on Sunday to have enough to last me until Thursday morning when the bakery reopens for the week. I am having a very hard time sticking to just one item a day. It is great for school lunch treats because it is a nut free bakery. This is important for school staff and students.“

“This place consistently delivers delicious torched sushi! It's a unique, anime-themed mom-and-pop sushi shop that's a rare hole in the wall. I love their assorted platters for parties - it' always a crowd favourite especially for kids. The portions are generous and the flavours are so delicious. My favourites are the aburi shrimp oishi and aburi salmon nambulite.

I used to live in this neighbourhood and have since moved away. Every time I'm back in the area I hit this place up!“

“Had takeout from Loi's tonight.
First, be aware that the raw beef comes wrapped in plastic wrap. I wonder how many people have just poured the broth in without unwrapping the meat first. Lol.
I find the broth flavourful, good portion of noodles. Amount of meat is average.
I do find the raw beef to be a little tough and chewy, and the beef tendon had a weird feel/taste of fatty pork. I think they might have overcooked the tendon and made it too soft.
Overall, I think Loi's pho is top in Aurora/Newmarket.
I will return as I really like the flavour of their pho broth.“

The actual coffee was nothing special, which was disappointing, but we loved the matcha and looking around at the decorations and books in the shop.

“I had a great experience today at chatime on Woodbine Ave. Phoebe was very friendly and patient to answer any of my questions, she was professional even under high volume pressure. Johnathan who clearly knows what he was doing, was very efficient at his job.
One star was deducted because the service quality was not consistent across all the staff. The last time I was there a week ago, came across a staff who slouched the whole time working cashier, and didn’t speak up properly. I was not the only customer who cannot hear his voice over the counter…“

“THIS IS IT! This tea shop is what I've been looking for for years! Their ice tea is so fruity and fresh; The Macha is the best I've tasted. Moreover, I have to mention their tapioca. I'm a big fan of tapioca. Their tapioca is so smooth, soft and chewy, like dancing in my mouth, absolutely the best quality in town. We ordered the beef congee, the shrimp noodle rap, and the beef brisket noodle. The beef brisket noodle was very delicious and a little bit spicy. The brisket was soft and the broth was good. I liked this place and will probably come back.“
