I have not tried the food yet, but there is a nice selection of breakfast, lunch, and pastry options to grab and go. The seating is comfortable, and I like that you can pour your own water. It is the perfect place to grab a coffee and then wander through Indigo.“

“I have to tell you that the young lady that works in your location overnight and is there until the early hour mornings is by far the greatest employee that you have. She is the sweetest, the most kind, efficient and just an all-around lovely human being in general. She's just lovely. “AMAZING donuts and service. We loved everything we tried, and our kiddo with celiac had their first donut in months. They had three choices for gluten free donuts that were all delicious. (The Marble is the best though!!) It was so good that we came two days in a row. We’ll definitely visit every time we vacation!“

“I often visit this Starbucks and the staff are always so friendly and polite it’s a very welcoming atmosphere! Most times I use the app to order my favourite coffee drink and take it to go.
Sometimes I will enjoy it inside when I have some extra time.
I have always had a great experience here and my drink is made fairly quickly and tastes great!

“I came to Melville Cafe because of the trending downturn of service at Coffee Cultures Cafe down the street. I walk downtown almost daily and like to get something to eat. The service, menu, food and atmosphere blows Coffee Cultures Cafe away! I was very impressed. I ordered a sandwich and drink and had no problem waiting at the counter while it was made. The woman asked me to have a seat and she would delivery the food to my table. I told her I wanted to sit outside. She said, no problem at all, I'll come find you. The person who cashed me out and the woman who made my sandwich and delivered it were pleasant, friendly, polite and smiled. I know where I'll be going from now on. Thank you for the amazing service. I should have been coming here all along! Plus, they have an amazing view of the river. There is no comparison.“

“Last week my friend and I took a walk to the Hamilton Airport and discovered this lovely new addition. We were greeted by the friendly owner who despite our lack of sufficient funds provided us with two steaming cups of fresh decaf coffee.We also tried a date square which was served hot and was delicious,lots of natural sugar in the dates and not overly sweet like some of the date squares I’ve had at other places. The coffee was tasty and brewed just for us,what a treat...I highly recommend that those who visit the airport drop in and have a taste...support local business!“

“I visited this location this morning while my husband had a day operation. The staff there were is at all so friendly and we had a chatted about nostalgic candy, which was brought up after I was drooling over their beautiful pastry display and asked about the limited time Canadian donut . I even purchased 2 different baked goods because I couldn’t decide on one because they all looked amazing. My coffee was also the best Tim’s coffee I have had in a long time. CMH is lucky to have this wonderful staff to brighten both patients and staffs day.“

“I was very pleased with my bagel this morning. It was toasted and buttered to perfection.
I am very pleased.
I know it is just a bagel but most don't toast properly this one was perfect.
I used the drive thru, service was quick however the lady at the Winfield seemed a bit of a Debbie downer but very pleased with the food today.
I even put in a call to the store to let them know as well.
As I don't think the workers in these establishments get recognized enough.“

“Went through the drive-thru during the busy morning rush today and ordered one of the breakfast boxes. There was a little miscommunication with the order, but I was incredibly impressed with how quickly and smoothly the team corrected it I barely even waited. The young man at the window was so polite and upbeat, and the lady taking orders over the speaker was incredibly kind and knowledgeable.

It’s rare to experience that level of efficiency and genuine friendliness at a fast-food location, especially during the morning rush, but they handled everything with ease and such good energy. I left with exactly what I wanted and a smile on my face.

This Tim Hortons location has always been consistently great, and today’s experience just reminded me why I love coming here truly an awesome team!
