“What a lovely cafe right beside indigo and right opposite CF Fairview mall. It was packed when we went there but we were able to try last chocolate zucchini loaf and it was one of the most rich, chocolatey and moist loaf we ever had and it was 10/10. Did have normal cafe latte and it was really good coffee.“

“I have to tell you that the young lady that works in your location overnight and is there until the early hour mornings is by far the greatest employee that you have. She is the sweetest, the most kind, efficient and just an all-around lovely human being in general. She's just lovely. (The Marble is the best though!!) It was so good that we came two days in a row. We’ll definitely visit every time we vacation!“

“Really good cafe in Cambridge!! The food was good, the service was kind and fast. The space is kinda big and you can sit there for hours and don’t even notice. There is a view for the river there as well.

“Last week my friend and I took a walk to the Hamilton Airport and discovered this lovely new addition. We were greeted by the friendly owner who despite our lack of sufficient funds provided us with two steaming cups of fresh decaf coffee.We also tried a date square which was served hot and was delicious,lots of natural sugar in the dates and not overly sweet like some of the date squares I’ve had at other places. The coffee was tasty and brewed just for us,what a treat...I highly recommend that those who visit the airport drop in and have a taste...support local business!“

The employee working Sunday august 31 at 5pm was very delightful and gave me my go to Boba tea place when visiting Cambridge Waterloo. Update: I went to buy another Smoothie and Iced Tea. “I visited this location this morning while my husband had a day operation. The staff there were is at all so friendly and we had a chatted about nostalgic candy, which was brought up after I was drooling over their beautiful pastry display and asked about the limited time Canadian donut . I even purchased 2 different baked goods because I couldn’t decide on one because they all looked amazing. My coffee was also the best Tim’s coffee I have had in a long time. CMH is lucky to have this wonderful staff to brighten both patients and staffs day.“

“I was very pleased with my bagel this morning. It was toasted and buttered to perfection.
I am very pleased.
I know it is just a bagel but most don't toast properly this one was perfect.
I used the drive thru, service was quick however the lady at the Winfield seemed a bit of a Debbie downer but very pleased with the food today.
I even put in a call to the store to let them know as well.
As I don't think the workers in these establishments get recognized enough.“

“Went through the drive-thru during the busy morning rush today and ordered one of the breakfast boxes. There was a little miscommunication with the order, but I was incredibly impressed with how quickly and smoothly the team corrected it I barely even waited. The young man at the window was so polite and upbeat, and the lady taking orders over the speaker was incredibly kind and knowledgeable.

It’s rare to experience that level of efficiency and genuine friendliness at a fast-food location, especially during the morning rush, but they handled everything with ease and such good energy. I left with exactly what I wanted and a smile on my face.

This Tim Hortons location has always been consistently great, and today’s experience just reminded me why I love coming here truly an awesome team!

“I had such an outstanding experience with this Starbucks location that I had to leave a review. I called with a few questions, and Nathan was incredibly kind, patient, and clear in answering everything. Later, when I accidentally placed the wrong order through the Starbucks app, I called again—and once more, Nathan was so kind and professional in offering me assistance.

The app’s helpline was really frustrating and not helpful at all, but thankfully Nathan was very kind, understanding, and resourceful to ensure my order issue is dealt with properly.

“The staff is friendly and fast. Their food is usually pretty good and fresh. I did notice every other breakfast sandwich I order has egg shells in it.😕 🤢 maybe if you crack the eggs into a bowl to ensure there’s no egg shells before you cook it will help.“
