“Just popped into Tim Hortons for my morning coffee fix! ☕ The usual double-double hit the spot and was exactly what I needed to start the day. I also grabbed a yummy Boston Cream donut – always a classic choice. The service was quick and friendly, which is always a plus when you're on the go. I love how consistent Tim Hortons is, no matter which location you visit. Definitely a go-to for a quick and tasty treat! #TimHortons“

“I love this cafe! The treats are always incredible (my favourites are the raspberry squares, salted caramel choc chip square, and anything with a shortbread base). The staff are all so friendly and helpful - it's a wonderful place to meet friends, bring your family, or just do takeout. The lunch options (paninis, wraps, salads or soups) are delicious and change daily and seasonally. As a bonus there are frozen dinner options for you to take home and they also do catering! Can't recommend the Lighthouse Cafe enough!“

“Great matcha and a cute vibe!
The actual coffee was nothing special, which was disappointing, but we loved the matcha and looking around at the decorations and books in the shop.
Depending on the time of day you go it can get busy.“

The quality, consistency, and care truly make it worth the detour. Huge shoutout to Vasanth, Priya, Prasank, Melissa, and Raj—your service is top-tier every time. You guys are the heart of this place! You’re always so friendly, and my dog absolutely loves the treats you give at the drive-thru window. “I was in the drive-thru today, and the car in front of me was taking a long time, so I was getting a little frustrated. When I got to the window, Anita apologized for the wait, explained what had happened, and gave me a recovery card for a future visit.
The recovery card was nice, but I appreciated that she acknowledged the delay and took the time to explain it instead of just moving on. It completely changed my experience.
I know it’s easy for people to leave complaints, but I think it’s just as important to recognize great customer service. Anita handled the situation really well, and I wanted to say thank you and hope she gets the recognition she deserves.“

“I've been here so many times and only now do I think to write a review :) For hot drinks, the matcha latte is terrific, and for cold, the mango slushy and melon matcha tea are repeat favourites. The little tarts are of course the star of the show, so delicious. I find myself ordering the strawberry daifuku, mango and peach tarts; my SO really misses the chestnut tart now that it's gone. And, those really big cheese tarts have been great when we are having company over.
Just a few tables and chairs, a quiet spot for a chat and very friendly owners.“

“Red Bulb is hands down my favourite way to start the day. I’m there almost every morning and it never disappoints..
The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the staff always greet you with a smile. they genuinely care.
the scones are second to none. Absolutely unreal and the perfect pairing with their coffee.
If you’re looking for a spot with amazing coffee, incredible baked goods, and great vibes, Red Bulb is it. Couldn’t recommend it more! ☕“

“I went yesterday looking for this mug. The lovely cashier offered to look in the back for me. It was on a high shelf & had to get some help getting it. She also helped me with a few other items. She definitely went above and beyond. I think any other employee would have just said they didn't have it. Super friendly, professional & personable. Thank you I love my mug.“

“Great experience at Tim Hortons! The staff were friendly, service was quick, and my coffee was fresh and made just the way I like it. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, making it a pleasant place to stop by. I also tried the new Blackberry Yuzu Poppin’ Drink, and it was so yummy and refreshing. Definitely worth trying! Highly recommend this location for great coffee, tasty drinks, and excellent customer service.“

“Stopped by the Ballantrae Tim Hortons and had a great experience. The place was super clean, well organized, and not too busy, which made it very comfortable to sit and enjoy. They had all the food items fully stocked on the menu, which is not always the case at many locations. The staff were very pleasant, courteous, and provided great service throughout. Definitely one of the better Tim Hortons locations in the area.“
