“We went here around 11:30am on April 2nd. If I could give the staff more than 5 stars I would. I needed a large order very quickly for people without power duebto the ice storm and the staff were absolutely a bunch of superstars. They went out of their way for us and packed everything beautifully so it made it easier on us. They anseared the phones quickly when I called a million times and were so professional, friendly and quick, I cannot give them enough praise.
For the staff reading this, Thank you so much. You made a bunch of people extremely happy (and warm!). Never forget how amazing you all are.“
“The Tim Hortons near Hart Drive in Barrie is one of the best locations I’ve visited! The coffee is always fresh and tastes perfect every time — whether it’s a Double Double, iced coffee, or latte.
The staff here are very friendly, quick, and always get the order right. Service is fast even during busy hours, and they are always polite.
A great spot for consistently good coffee and excellent customer service. Highly recommended!“

“I ordered a steeped tea and potato wedges, and everything was perfect. The tea was hot and brewed just right—exactly how I like it. The potato wedges were fresh, crispy on the outside, and soft on the inside. What made it even better was the friendly service. “I have luved, Timmy's coffee from the time my father bought myself there in the Barrie Tim Hortons, when I was around 19yrs old. My only disappointment is when they cancelled the Dutchy and cinnamon rolls, especially the glazed One's. Leaving me with very few choices other than a 20 pack of mixed Tim Bits.“
“After I heard my son’s Allison and Michelle snickering about my sexuality I had to show them I was a man’s man, and fast. It all started when my wife would leave for her over night shift and I’d have a couple of my pals over for Greco Roman wrestling night. My kids would hear the grunts and groans but they never believed me that we were just wrestling. I started bringing home ice caps to show them I was hip and cool but the addiction got so bad. “The Service was excellent but I really must say, the baker,I think his name is Faraz and wow his service is truly something special. They had 3 chocolate dip donuts but I wanted 6 so Faraz went out of his way to make sure I get those other 3 ones fresh. What a guy man! Management should be giving workers like that a raise!!“

“Every morning, I make a point of stopping at the Tim Hortons drive-thru on 441 Bayview in Barrie — and it’s not just for my dark roast coffee and medium green tea. The team at this location is exceptionally friendly, organized, and consistently delivers fast, reliable service with a personal touch that truly makes my day.
As soon as I pull up, they already know my order. Their great sense of humour and warm, personable approach make even a quick drive-thru visit feel special — a small but meaningful moment before heading off to teach a class of 28 students!
Special thanks to Jill, the manager, who always makes time to smile and say hello. Her leadership shines through in how well the entire team works together. Everyone is kind, efficient, and genuinely cares about their customers.
I actually go out of my way to use this drive-thru because of how welcomed and appreciated I feel each morning. It’s such a positive way to start the day.

“Outstanding customer service!! I went in to order my usual, and when I sat down to eat I noticed my wrap was messed up (just had a hash brown on it when I didn’t want one). Normally I would have probably still eaten it, but I just wasn’t in the mood for the hash brown. I brought it to their intention and one of the employees (Tyler I think his name was) was very helpful. He apologized and asked what my order was, and mentioned that I was probably charged for the farmers rather than what I wanted. He mentioned it to sandwich bar and I discarded the mess up. As I returned to the counter he gave me a loonie (mind you I never even asked!) and apologized again mentioning the farmers is a dollar more. I thanked him and was really amazed.I would definitely recommend this Tim Hortons. Know you’re in good hands, even if they mess up, they’ll fix it and make sure you’re satisfied.“

“I visited this Tim Hortons location around 4:00 AM and was truly impressed by the service and preparation. The showcase was fully stocked with fresh donuts, Timbits, and breakfast items, which was remarkable for such an early hour.
There was only one staff member on duty, an Indian girl named Sandy (as I recall), who was efficiently managing all tasks — baking, serving food, and preparing drinks. Despite being alone, she remained professional, friendly, and extremely helpful, even assisting me in selecting the donuts.
I purchased a dozen donuts and some drinks, and everything was fresh and well-prepared. I had also visited two other Tim Hortons locations earlier, but neither was ready with donuts at that time.
Sandy’s dedication, efficiency, and positive attitude truly stood out. Staff members like her deserve recognition for their exceptional service and commitment. #She made my day for Friday morning...“

“Honestly one of the best experiences with the managers, Reecha and Ryan. Had an issue with the my food order and contacted these managers; they were extremely kind and went above and beyond to remake my order and provide me with a refund for my inconvenience. They have consistently shown this type of customer service as I've been coming here often . The staff are also very kind and welcoming. Thumbs up to their good customer service!“
“I have been coming here since they opened this location. It used to be a friendly, happy staff environment but lately it has declined. A side note....if the cashier is going to wear gloves to grab donuts from the case and handle other food items,, they should put them on AFTER handling money, not wear them all shift. It defeats the purpose of sanitation if they never change them. :)“
“Ordered a vanilla iced latte with an Expresso shot. I don't know if something has been changed recently with the Expresso but whenever I get a shot or shots added to a drink, it has been super bitter even though the drink would normally be sweet enough to where no additional sugar is needed. I tried adding sugar to the drink but it doesn't take away the bitterness at all.“
