Tim Hortons continues to be my go-to spot for a quick coffee, snack, or even a full meal. The coffee is always fresh and consistent — smooth, bold, and comforting, especially on chilly mornings. Their selection of donuts and Timbits is unmatched, with something for every sweet tooth (I'm partial to the honey cruller and birthday cake Timbits!).

What really stands out is the friendly service. Staff are always polite, efficient, and welcoming, even during busy hours. The mobile app makes ordering ahead super convenient, and I've never had issues with accuracy or speed.

Whether it's a breakfast sandwich on the go or just a quiet moment with a steeped tea, Tim Hortons delivers that cozy, familiar experience every time. Highly recommended!“

“We went here around 11:30am on April 2nd. If I could give the staff more than 5 stars I would. I needed a large order very quickly for people without power duebto the ice storm and the staff were absolutely a bunch of superstars. They went out of their way for us and packed everything beautifully so it made it easier on us. They anseared the phones quickly when I called a million times and were so professional, friendly and quick, I cannot give them enough praise.

For the staff reading this, Thank you so much. You made a bunch of people extremely happy (and warm!). Never forget how amazing you all are.“

“Overall great service also convenient for me since I live close only thing is that people leave a bit of trash usually and some parts like the wooden area by the windows don't typically get cleaned but the food is great I love the oreo ice capp mocha and i can't get enough of it 😋.“

“After I heard my son’s Allison and Michelle snickering about my sexuality I had to show them I was a man’s man, and fast. It all started when my wife would leave for her over night shift and I’d have a couple of my pals over for Greco Roman wrestling night. My kids would hear the grunts and groans but they never believed me that we were just wrestling. I started bringing home ice caps to show them I was hip and cool but the addiction got so bad. Like many of you, I downloaded grinder and started meeting up with men for coffees and such. Long story short my wife has full custody of the kids and I have to move out in 2 weeks. “I always have a great experience with the drive-through people In the store, however, usually when we come into the Into the front counter, we usually have a very bad experience. I find there’s two people that come to the counter and they always look so miserable today. However, there was a young guy. I think his name is Eno ENHo A dark colored fellow anyways, he was awesome. I am. He was very polite very helpful. He apologized when there wasn’t any napkins and I said he never had to apologize for that. He was just very friendly and smiling and that’s the first time at the front counter and experience. Excellent customer service kudos to him“

“I have luved, Timmy's coffee from the time my father bought myself there in the Barrie Tim Hortons, when I was around 19yrs old. My only disappointment is when they cancelled the Dutchy and cinnamon rolls, especially the glazed One's. Leaving me with very few choices other than a 20 pack of mixed Tim Bits.“

“Every morning, I make a point of stopping at the Tim Hortons drive-thru on 441 Bayview in Barrie — and it’s not just for my dark roast coffee and medium green tea. The team at this location is exceptionally friendly, organized, and consistently delivers fast, reliable service with a personal touch that truly makes my day.

As soon as I pull up, they already know my order. Their great sense of humour and warm, personable approach make even a quick drive-thru visit feel special — a small but meaningful moment before heading off to teach a class of 28 students!

Special thanks to Jill, the manager, who always makes time to smile and say hello. Her leadership shines through in how well the entire team works together. Everyone is kind, efficient, and genuinely cares about their customers.

I actually go out of my way to use this drive-thru because of how welcomed and appreciated I feel each morning. It’s such a positive way to start the day.

Service is a bit too prioritized for drivers thru. The wait inside isn't bad, but noticeable. Coffee is great here.“

Young man behind the counter with very friendly attitude took bad coffee back and made the correct one with an ease and smile despite the coffee came from different store. “Outstanding customer service!! I went in to order my usual, and when I sat down to eat I noticed my wrap was messed up (just had a hash brown on it when I didn’t want one). Normally I would have probably still eaten it, but I just wasn’t in the mood for the hash brown. I brought it to their intention and one of the employees (Tyler I think his name was) was very helpful. He apologized and asked what my order was, and mentioned that I was probably charged for the farmers rather than what I wanted. He mentioned it to sandwich bar and I discarded the mess up. As I returned to the counter he gave me a loonie (mind you I never even asked!) and apologized again mentioning the farmers is a dollar more. I thanked him and was really amazed.I would definitely recommend this Tim Hortons. Know you’re in good hands, even if they mess up, they’ll fix it and make sure you’re satisfied.“

“Always great service, friendly staff ( Scott is hilarious and so kind) and hot tea.Sure the lines are long, and sometimes a 20 minute wait, but no one is forced to stand in line, and mobile is always a quicker option.The staff work hard, and deal with rude customers all day, kudos to them.“

I don't know if something has been changed recently with the Expresso but whenever I get a shot or shots added to a drink, it has been super bitter even though the drink would normally be sweet enough to where no additional sugar is needed. I tried adding sugar to the drink but it doesn't take away the bitterness at all.“
