“I’ve been coming to this location for many years going back to when our office was down the road. I no longer work in the area but regularly go out of my way get my afternoon coffee here. Carol has been a friendly welcome at the drive thru window for a long time and always nice to have a quick chat with. Also find my coffee is consistently made here correctly.“
“We went here around 11:30am on April 2nd. If I could give the staff more than 5 stars I would. I needed a large order very quickly for people without power duebto the ice storm and the staff were absolutely a bunch of superstars. They went out of their way for us and packed everything beautifully so it made it easier on us. They anseared the phones quickly when I called a million times and were so professional, friendly and quick, I cannot give them enough praise.
For the staff reading this, Thank you so much. You made a bunch of people extremely happy (and warm!). Never forget how amazing you all are.“

“Nice restaurant. Regular patrons. Service focuses on Drive-Thru. But they don't hesitate keeping a fresh Steeped Tea pot every 20 mins. Wish they had more donut and timbit flavors like the other Timmies on Bayfield North.
Parking: Restaurant parking is very convenient and non-patrons do not park like they do in US and Toronto. Always parking available at least 5 spots extra.
Wheelchair accessibility: Door entrances are wide enough. And the first restaurant table has the best spectacular view of the neighborhood quietly, far enough from the washrooms.“
“We just went through the drive-thru and had our best experience ever at a Tim Hortons. Raja has made my daughter's bday start off special. He was so happy to hear it was my daughter 's bday and even asked how hold she turned. She even got surprised with a lollipop treat. Wow...Raja really made us feel very special.. thank you!!!“

“I spent about five hours here in the morning, and I must say, this is a wonderful place. Compared to other places, there’s great communication between customers and staff, creating a lively and enjoyable atmosphere. Additionally, other groups of customers spent around three hours chatting before they left, which adds to the lively vibe here. From what I observed, there were no people in difficult circumstances or smoking, so I think the crowd here isn’t an issue. I also saw many families with children.
While the view itself isn’t particularly notable, the place offers Wi-Fi, chargers, and cozy sofas, allowing for a comfortable, long stay. Since I work on my laptop, having these three things available is incredibly convenient. I also noticed other people working on laptops, so it seems like a suitable spot for getting work done.
Note: I recommend bringing headphones or earphones.

Im a Timmies fanboy at heart and the coffee joint so took FULL advantage of grabbing a To Good To Go haul and boy did I get a surprise! A filo'loaded Pastry army equipped to take down anyone, fantastic value and great, fresh products made from natural and minimum ingredients. I managed to pickup a phenomenal haul of savory and sweet, regardless it's all drool worthy. Everything was super yummy, wholesome and fresh with great flavors and feel like this is a hidden gem.“

“Ive been to every Tim’s in Barrie many times, this one also delivers consistent quality in food and coffee. Drive thru is usually faster. They renovated the interior this year and are trying some new management system where they work off the receipts? - it’s not working, have had to wait way to long for a coffee sometimes when you order inside“

“Daily visit for my steeped tea which I don't seem to be able to get anywhere else where they have upscale coffee choices with multi worded names and double digit prices . I come here to get my tea I pay my small price and I get out . Easy peasy!“
“What can I tell you, it's a Timmy's. I love their dark roast. Two pet peaves though, one being those that are lazy and go through the drive through and order dinner for four, and two, when the attendant inside is incapable of making a simple coffee right - hate that actually, nothing worse than coffee with milk, or ordering a medium regular dark roast and you get black! Other than that, still love their coffee.“

“Stopped here after Bayfield location overcharged and messed up my coffee order again and again. Young man behind the counter with very friendly attitude took bad coffee back and made the correct one with an ease and smile despite the coffee came from different store. “Dear Stephanie, I was a customer in the store watching you have your temper tantrum over a cookie, yelling at minimum wage workers. I saw later in the week that you went as far to complain about that cookie online as well which I thought was funny and also knowing you'd be the kind of person to go and check your reviews everyday (Which I was clearly right) I decided to poke fun at you and call you a silly name because you were acting quite goofy. Reading comprehension is not my problem, it's people who think that screaming at someone for a mistake over a cookie is justified in any way, which certainly shows your level of maturity. Also commenting on the competence of the workers in your review and then getting mad when someone questions yours is very ironic, I'm sure that flew over your head though didn't it? So before you go back and have another temper tantrum, I'd like to clear up that no, a friend does not work in that store and that almost 90% of bad reviews are people like you who are minorly inconvenienced and feel the need to complain about it online because they have nothing better to do, like yourself. You just had the luck of me seeing your review and wanting to have some fun. I hope this response was an adequate response for you and I will work on my maturity as I get older, you on the other hand clearly haven't. “Outstanding customer service!! I went in to order my usual, and when I sat down to eat I noticed my wrap was messed up (just had a hash brown on it when I didn’t want one). Normally I would have probably still eaten it, but I just wasn’t in the mood for the hash brown. I brought it to their intention and one of the employees (Tyler I think his name was) was very helpful. He apologized and asked what my order was, and mentioned that I was probably charged for the farmers rather than what I wanted. He mentioned it to sandwich bar and I discarded the mess up. As I returned to the counter he gave me a loonie (mind you I never even asked!) and apologized again mentioning the farmers is a dollar more. I thanked him and was really amazed.I would definitely recommend this Tim Hortons. Know you’re in good hands, even if they mess up, they’ll fix it and make sure you’re satisfied.“

“Ordered a vanilla iced latte with an Expresso shot. I don't know if something has been changed recently with the Expresso but whenever I get a shot or shots added to a drink, it has been super bitter even though the drink would normally be sweet enough to where no additional sugar is needed. I tried adding sugar to the drink but it doesn't take away the bitterness at all.“
