McDonald's in Brampton

“Visited this McDonald’s on Friday late night. I had ordered a cheeseburger Happy Meal with no meat, but accidentally got a regular cheeseburger. My kid ate it before we realized, which was really tough for us since we’re Brahmins and it goes against our beliefs.
The manager, Rashim, was amazing — she calmly explained how to customize the order at the kiosk, understood our situation, and really helped us feel better. Hats off to her! She has great customer service skills and deserves recognition. Thank you, Rashim! 🙏“

“Everything is good about McDonald’s. But for the vegetarian food item, there should have been more options and varieties so that people who love veggies can enjoy. I guess the packaging of burger should be wrapped in a paper as they do for breakfast sausage muffins so that it won’t spill while eating. And the lettuce should be placed half instead of shredded ones.“

“I had an excellent customer service experience at McDonalds inside Walmart Supercentre. Craving coffee and chicken nuggets and went to this store. I got a warm coffee and Alex just made a new steaming hot coffee. Thank you Alex for an amazing service.!“

“August 30 2025 at 11:30 a am Male Manager was so nice and accommodating. He Noticed my son who’s on the spectrum was annoyed that there was no McGriddles at that time and offered a few complementary items which made him happy.
As a manager it’s important to show compassion and understanding to all customer’s especially those of different understandings. Thank you for showing such kindness.“

“There are a lot of school kids to frequent the location at lunch time and they can be loud and abnoxious. The drink/condiment are is dirty at times and there wasn't any ketchup / dispenser last time I was there? The garbage cans are often full at lunch time. Using the order kiosks required little interaction with the staff.“

“One of the great features of this place is that it's open all night. You can get ice cream, burgers, and everything else around the clock. However, there's one issue: once they close the door, you can't walk in and order; you have to use the drive-through. They should allow walk-ins as well.“

“I come to this location all the time. Elijah is the greatest person I have ever met at any of these fast food chains. I don't know how he does it. He stays super friendly. He's always in a great mood. I actually enjoy coming to this location when he's working. He's a very great person.“

“Conveniently located in Bramalea City Centre, this McDonald's is decent for burgers and fast food. However, long lines, understaffing, and disorganized service make the experience frustrating. Staff often seem overwhelmed and customer care is lacking.“

“Yesterday around 8:00 PM , I visited this location to collect more TinyTAN Happy Meal toys, and one of the employee was very helpful. As a huge BTS fan, I was excited to add more to my collection, and she kindly helped me pick out different toys. I didn’t have to wait, and she made the process quick and easy. “Fries are always piping hot.... actually had them over cooked one time, never had that before. Servers aren't very friendly but do a good job for the most part. Twice in a row my cook had not enough syru0 in it and wasn't drinkable.. but they replaced it no problem.“

“I'm not going to lie I have avoided this McDonald's for 2 years because of a previous horrible experience and tonight I was more then pleasantly surprised I went to the drive thru ordered my food and the person who took the order was the friendliest and most courtesy employee I have had the pleasure speaking with thank you Pearci for helping me and changing my mind one this location I hope all employees are as friendly and courteous. shout out also to the employee who gave me my food because he had so much patience with me asking him how to spell Pearci name thank you both for a lovely experience.“

“Sooo , I used to get breakfast at the Tim’s next door but to be honest, I had to repeat my order through the drive tru which took me longer and the customer service is also not so great. I decided to go McDonald’s next door and there is a young lady by the name of Cheyenne who greets you and shows you what true customer service is about and what professionalism is about. Being a professional myself, this is the type of service needed and this young lady should train other workers to improve on customer service. I would even recommend that she be promoted. Now I have a place where my coffee takes no time to be handed to me. Great job Cheyenne.“

“It's a McDonald's. The order was fine, but I had to wait almost 4 minutes to order at the counter and just did mobile from a table instead. Another gentleman had to wait 5 minutes before even being acknowledged.
The drink station was removed, so no more refills. But it's getting 4 stars because you know exactly what you are getting when you go there, nostalgic goodness.“

“I visited this location 10 minutes before closing because my daughters really wanted a Happy Meal. Despite it being close to closing time, the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Hailey, in particular, was super sweet and made the experience even better. The service was quick, and they made sure my daughter got exactly what she wanted. I really appreciated their positive attitude and willingness to help, even at the end of their shift.
