“Rashim was really kind and easy to talk to. I had a couple of questions and took a bit of time, but they were super patient and never made me feel rushed. Everything was explained in a calm, simple way, which made the whole experience feel relaxed and comfortable. Great service overall“

“I had an excellent customer service experience at McDonalds inside Walmart Supercentre. Craving coffee and chicken nuggets and went to this store. I got a warm coffee and Alex just made a new steaming hot coffee. Thank you Alex for an amazing service.!“

“One of the great features of this place is that it's open all night. You can get ice cream, burgers, and everything else around the clock. However, there's one issue: once they close the door, you can't walk in and order; you have to use the drive-through. They should allow walk-ins as well.“

“There are a lot of school kids to frequent the location at lunch time and they can be loud and abnoxious. The drink/condiment are is dirty at times and there wasn't any ketchup / dispenser last time I was there? The garbage cans are often full at lunch time. Using the order kiosks required little interaction with the staff.“

“Everything is good about McDonald’s. But for the vegetarian food item, there should have been more options and varieties so that people who love veggies can enjoy. I guess the packaging of burger should be wrapped in a paper as they do for breakfast sausage muffins so that it won’t spill while eating. And the lettuce should be placed half instead of shredded ones.“

“Conveniently located in Bramalea City Centre, this McDonald's is decent for burgers and fast food. However, long lines, understaffing, and disorganized service make the experience frustrating. Staff often seem overwhelmed and customer care is lacking.“

“August 30 2025 at 11:30 a am Male Manager was so nice and accommodating. He Noticed my son who’s on the spectrum was annoyed that there was no McGriddles at that time and offered a few complementary items which made him happy.
As a manager it’s important to show compassion and understanding to all customer’s especially those of different understandings. Thank you for showing such kindness.“

“Fries are always piping hot.... actually had them over cooked one time, never had that before. Servers aren't very friendly but do a good job for the most part. Twice in a row my cook had not enough syru0 in it and wasn't drinkable.. but they replaced it no problem.“

“Sooo , I used to get breakfast at the Tim’s next door but to be honest, I had to repeat my order through the drive tru which took me longer and the customer service is also not so great. I decided to go McDonald’s next door and there is a young lady by the name of Cheyenne who greets you and shows you what true customer service is about and what professionalism is about. Being a professional myself, this is the type of service needed and this young lady should train other workers to improve on customer service. I would even recommend that she be promoted. Now I have a place where my coffee takes no time to be handed to me. Great job Cheyenne.“

“Had a really good experience at this McDonald’s. My order came out fresh, hot, and exactly how I asked for it. The fries were crispy, the burger tasted great, and everything was packed neatly.
