He’s a young guy, and I honestly didn’t expect that level of professionalism and care — but he completely exceeded expectations. Friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, he made the experience great from start to finish. Chris deserves more than just a high five — he deserves real recognition. McDonald’s is lucky to have him on their team!“

“Way too long on the waiting times. Its not even the employees fault, they are under staffed.

UPDATE: They haave changed the place completely. No more long waits, consistently sweet staff and food is always fresh and properly assembled. Glad to see the store doing better“

“I had a really good experience here. The staff were very kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. Everything was very clean and well organized, which made the place feel comfortable and relaxing. You can tell they care about their customers and keep the place well maintained. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to come back again.“

“This McDonald’s is located upstairs near the parking garage, where Sears used to be. Although there aren’t many restaurants on this side of the mall, this location can get quite busy during peak times because everyone loves McDonald’s! If you’re visiting the mall on weekends, you might have to wait at least a 10-minute lineup. The staff is great“

“August 30 2025 at 11:30 a am Male Manager was so nice and accommodating. He Noticed my son who’s on the spectrum was annoyed that there was no McGriddles at that time and offered a few complementary items which made him happy.
As a manager it’s important to show compassion and understanding to all customer’s especially those of different understandings. Thank you for showing such kindness.“

“I came through the drive thru around 3:10 a.m. and the driver in front of me was yelling and swearing at the worker because his food took about two minutes. I come here all the time and the staff are always kind and respectful. She stayed calm and professional even while being treated poorly. The service is always great and people really need to be more patient and treat staff with basic kindness. To the man who yelled at the worker, please go learn some manners.“

“I went to here a couple of weeks ago with my friends, and we had an absolutely amazing !! “If you enjoy a McDonald’s burger once in a while, your visit should be a pleasant experience; otherwise, you’ll likely wait a long time before going back. I’m the same way, I visit McDonald’s every two to three weeks, and if the experience isn’t good, I won’t return to that particular location.
I always enjoy visiting this McDonald’s because:
1 The fountain drink station is outside,
2 The customer service is very good, and
3 There is plenty of dining seating and a great overall vibe.
Aside from the occasional disappointing experience, this McDonald’s is one of my favorites.“

“The customer service here isn't the greatest and the speed is kind of slow but the food served isnt bad, when you open the bag you food is usually wrapped up nicely and the meal is put together half decent, not just thrown into the bag.“
