We’ve always loved Ring A Wing for having the best wings and prices in town, but tonight they proved why we choose them time and time again.

We accidentally set our $50 pickup order to their London location (an hour away 😩). Tired, frustrated, and now food-broke, we called the London store and were told there was nothing they could do. But in dealing with the Brantford location, they ended up making our order fresh and said they would work it out with the other location themselves, even though it’s a separate owner and was going to be a major hassle for them to sort out. Not to mention the loss in goods.

They could have told us “sorry, nothing we can do either, - sorry you’re dumb for making this mistake…” but instead, they made our problem their problem - and that is what amazing local business looks like. I can’t believe the generosity and amazing service. We are so incredibly grateful, and it just made us love this place even more.

If you’re wondering where to get wings in Brantford, Ring A Wing is it. Best wings, best prices, and more importantly - best people. Highly recommend!“

“I regularly vist east sides and had some bad experiences 😪. But with some recent changes they went from a decent place too eat too a triple A.. the food was better then ever... highly recommend visiting and trying the great food and people here... our server Heather is a veteran here and a great server..

Edit. Came here a few weeks later on Saturday and my food was burnt i asked for a soup and butter for bread it never came 🙃 😅 😑 😐“

“This platform isn’t meant to be used as a revenge tool bc you don’t get what you want… As a customer who witnessed this altercation, I felt the need to say something as my recollection is very different from the one this customer has portrayed. This customer was being very loud. Everyone in the bar could hear him. He wanted to take up all the high top tables and the manager explained to him, she had people waiting at the door for these tables. She walked away, but this customer kept going on about it very loud so the whole bar could hear him. The manager returned and explained she couldn’t give him all the tables in the bar. He was belligerent toward the manager, waved his hand in her face and told her she could leave. That’s when the manager told the customer he could leave. I think this manager dealt with this belligerent customer the best she could, and as a customer sitting beside this man, if this was his behaviour sober then I’d hate to see him with a couple beers in him. I also have to say, my night definitely improved after he was removed.“

“Shriwati who is our server, we asked too many questions because this is our first time in swiss chalet, we are happy that she answered all our question very politely and inpatients, she handled us so good and she is so sweet to us. We are ten people as family and she did serve our food no problem. So as her co-worker helping her to serve us.
