“I just met Carson who just might be the very sweetest barista I have ever met. There was a lull in business when I pulled up. Since the girl who made my drink was getting a fresh pot of cold brew to make my drink there was time for conversation which rarely happens. Carson just made my day by actually having a real conversation with me. He didn't have to, he chose to. And I wish I got the young woman's name because she was lovely. What a great team they made! “This is my favourite Tim's in Brantford. They don't skimp on the cream cheese, always cut my bagel, and my order is always accurate. The staff are very friendly and the drive thru is usually pretty quick. One time I forgot to order a Timbit for my dog (he was going nuts) and I didn't want to hold up the line, so I wasn't going to get him one. The staff gave me one anyways and said it was on them.
