“The vibe is cutesy, but there was a variety patrons. The espresso is average, not bad, not great. It's comparable to any other cafe around; a more bitter dark roast. Service is decently quick.
The tea selection was a bit lacking in some of the basic offerings and more caffeine-free options.

I think they should maybe mark cups with what is what when it is a larger order:

We were a group of 5 and got two matcha lattes, a tea and one cappuccino. The two lattes were matcha, one dairy one not. The lady told us which was which, but in the shuffle with bringing the rest of the drinks to the table for everyone, they were mixed up by our group. The taste was nearly indistinguishable, so maybe a little mark on the cup would help in these instances but had nothing to do with the service.

“Cute space and very courteous service. The coffee was definitely far above average. A premium bean and a well extracted cup of coffee yielded a balances taste with some interesting notes if not a lot of depth.

“My first time trying boba. I was very hesitant but wanted to see what everyone was talking about. The place was very clean and inviting. The girl (Brook?) was very friendly and answered all my questions about what drink to try. I got a Peachy Lychee with boba. IT WAS DELICIOUS!! Will definitely be back.“

“I had walked in without realizing that it was minutes to closing. I didn’t want to be a bother so I apologized and was embarrassed because I have worked in customer service before and I didn’t want to be that one person that comes in last minute. I was about to leave until the two staff members behind the counter were so kind and assured me that it was fine and said that they could still make my order. The drink was delicious and I am so thankful for the kindness and hospitality I was shown that day. That being said, I do not encourage going into places right before closing time.“

“I have both ordered on Uber eats from here AND dined in and I can definitely say this is one of my new faveourite comfort food places. It is very difficult to find affordable, pretty healthy, good take out food but this place nails it! The empanadas are my favorite! Along with the Chorizo and I always pair the Chorizo with the cassava sticks. I always get the cilantro sauce to go with my food. The atmosphere when you dine in is very quaint and very nice. The place is very clean and the service is fantastic. The staff is super friendly and quick to get you whatever you need. I love this place so much I am pretty sure I get food from here at least once a week 😁😁“

“I just had a wonderful first time at Nostalgia Games Cafe! not only are the staff incredibly helpful and friendly, the service was phenomenal and the at o sphere was so welcoming and pleasant. It did not feel like a loud crowded space and everyone was laughing having a great time playing the amazing selection of games they have. The food was also fantastic and you definitely do get service with a smile her. I highly recommend it for a casual fun hang out or your next party event. You won’t regret it! Definitely planning to go back and have an event there soon! Thank you nostalgia for bring back. Piece of my childhood! Good laughs, good food and good times!“

“you have no idea the amount of money i spent here in the past just because there was a reliable internet connection. I went last week and there was a sign that says to "talk to each other" and to "pretend it's 1995". keep up with the times or you will lose the few loyal clients you have left. other than that, the coffee is still great.“

“We recently had our son's wedding party stay at the hotel, planned a dinner meal as well as a brunch around the big day. What an amazing group of staff - from marketing to sales, front desk and housekeeping. Everyone was friendly, willing to help and handled any small issue with a smile. My husband and I would highly recommend the hotel for any big or small gathering. We are even looking at going back to spend a few nights and enjoy the area.“

This location has employees who are competent, friendly and accurate with orders and its rare to see these days at a Tim Hortons. No store is perfect but this team is consistently good.I've been to many locations all over the GTA over 3+ decades, namely in Burlington, and have seen a slow decline in customer service at locations everywhere but not at this location. This location has employees who know their job and do it.I have no friends or family at this location, just a shout out because I see the difference at this store compared to most others. “I like this location because it's walking distance from my house, the baristas are all great and friendly, but the Manager isn't very friendly. I'm at this location at least 2-3 times a week and she has never greeted me. I find it strange.“

“These hours aren't accurate!! It says they are open until 9 on Saturdays, on the Starbucks app as well. Just went there, closed and doors locked. I finally decide to look up the Burlington centre website directory for the Starbucks, completely different hours. Says closed at 7.

“It's a tiny Tims in a gas station. It's exactly what you'd expect it to be. That said, I've never had bad service here or any issues with my orders. Food is usually pretty fresh, though I find they often run out of certain things.“
