“We had breakfast at our hotel restaurant today, and the service was amazing. Victoria was incredibly kind even though it wasn’t breakfast hours, she kindly asked the chef to prepare breakfast for us. The male supervisor was also very welcoming and attentive. Their kindness really made our morning. Thank you for such wonderful service!“

“Everytime my mum, sister and I have visited Earls Sherway, we have had excellent service from Brennan, when we first met him, a few months ago he gave us the Best experience and service!! Was sad on our last visit a few weeks ago, it was his day off !! He’s great with people and customer service skills were amazing!! My mum loved him!“

“A large Club group of 40 had lunch at the Red Lobster on the Queensway! We had a separate party room for our group. The service was just great and the servers were very pleasant and accommodating. We received our meals in a timely fashion considering the size of the group. The menu is very extensive but varied which serves well to many different tastes and appetites. Everyone in the group really enjoyed their luncheon choices and most had to ask for takeaway cartons. We had couple or individual bills and they were handled efficiently by the staff. All in all, it was a very enjoyable afternoon!“

“My husband and I were in town for the Blue Jays game to see our friends. We couldn't get tickets for the Jays game, so they recommended that we visit the Bull on Bloor in Etobicoke. This was Game 7! Do or die! We were all adorned in Jays' paraphernalia and arrived early to get seated before it got crowded. There were already many Jays fans sitting along the tables. We sat down at the bar and were greeted by a beautiful and friendly bartender, Deja. She asked us how we are. We told her we were from out of town. She knew our friends very well, and she raced around the bar to give them a huge hug. She hugged us, too! We ordered a couple of Blue Jay beer specials, and we got very comfortable. Deja was interested in where we were from and if we had family. We have two grown kids who are away at school. She showed us a picture of her adorable 3-year-old daughter. She loves her so much, and you could see she was a great mom! It started getting busier as it was closer to game time, and at this point, there was only standing room. She had two barbacks help her get the orders in. The game was on, and it was getting louder and louder as people were cheering for our JAYS! It was complete madness with so many people that you couldn't breathe. But the environment was so energetic and fun, we didn't care. We could see how busy Deja was, yet she attended to everyone's orders and never missed a beat in a professional and friendly manner. She was truly amazing! I could never handle so many people at once. The night went by, and we all know the undesirable result of the game. The entire room was in shock, and their faces were just drained in disappointment. I felt like the overwhelming sadness was shared in the room, and we all began to console each other. At that point, some discouraged people stayed and drank some more, but we needed to go. Deja thanked us, and she ran around the bar, and we all had a vigorous group hug, knowing it would be okay. We will heal. We gave her a great tip, and she thanked us and asked us to come back again. We definitely will. I highly recommend stopping by the Bull on Bloor! We made great memories and new friends.“

Must say the wings are different than before and not as good without the breading . I have always enjoyed the wings in the past and was disappointed. Having said that , my usual quarter chicken dinner can not be beat absolutely delicious“

“Best onion rings. Best apple pies. I have been having a craving for them lately. Went through drive through yesterday Jan 22/26 at 8:40pm and the sweetest lady was at drive thru. Needless to say at first I declined sauce when offered, but then she mentioned honey mustard which I love and mentioned it goes well with the onion rings. I can’t believe I never thought to eat it with my onion rings before. There was a to young man who already put the sauce in the bag ready to go even before she had to grab it 🤗 thank you to both and for the great service! I will be coming back for more!“

“Came with my friend today and Dea was our server — she was awesome! Super friendly and got our orders correct from the first time! And on top of everything, our drinks were quickly made and served!
