McDonald's in Etobicoke

“During the recent visit at this location, I have mixed reviews about it. The store was Nice and Clean and the environment was quite good. Other than that the food was above average but not great, The coffee that i got was not freshly brewed but the fries were fresh and crispy. On the other side, there was no one at the counter, So i had to place the order on the self Kiosk. After waiting for roughly 7-10 mins I received my order. I feel this store is heavy dependent on the drive thru and mostly all the employees were busy with that. So there was no one to consider the store front order. Staff is nice and friendly. But once again you cannot leave the store front unattended.“

Tony is incredibly friendly and truly dedicated to providing the highest level of customer service to every single person he serves. He consistently goes above and beyond — not only does he take the time to make sure your order is perfect, but he also offers helpful guidance on how to save money.

On more than one occasion, Tony has helped customers (including myself) download the McDonald’s app so we can collect rewards and take advantage of current promotions. This kind of thoughtful service shows that he genuinely cares about the customer experience, not just the transaction.

“Today I brought my grandpa to McDonald’s, and he was a little confused about how to use his rewards to get a free coffee. He apologized and asked how the app worked, and Shahodat was incredibly patient and kind the whole time.

She walked us through the steps, showed him exactly how to redeem the reward, and made everything super easy. My grandpa smiled and said She’s a smart and very nice lady and I couldn’t agree more.

“Look, it's McDonalds. So if you're expecting 3 Michelin star dining, you're going to be let down.

That said, this is a great McDonalds.

The Manager - Kim - is great with customers and her employees in my experience and all the workers do a great job of making sure you get what you ordered.

Never had an issue, always pleasant. Repeat customer and will continue to be.
