“I really appreciate that the staff are always smiling, it shows that the work atmosphere is great. Kudos to the management, because a positive atmosphere really reflects in the customer service. Also, whenever I order for pickup, my order is usually ready within a few minutes, so the speed is excellent. I’m very satisfied with both the service and the food so far!

One small suggestion: for the bowls,I would appreciate a slightly larger portion of protein if possible. I usually order through Uber, and a bit more protein would make the portion even better. Just a suggestion“

“The best food you can treat yourself to. The interior of this restaurant is very chic, staff is very friendly and the shawarma is delicious!! The fusion of the sauces and the toppings is paired so well. The falafel was soft and moist. Their secret sauce is a game changer and adds such a nice flavour. They also have freshly baked middle eastern naan’s and other breads. Hidden gem in Rexdale/Etobicoke area close to Humber College. They do have chicken shawarma, beef shawarma and other proteins as well.“

This location singlehandedly made me discover Shawarma Royale as a reputable authentic tasting shawarma brand in Toronto! I tried another location recently which was also good but not as good as this one!! Other branches should use this location as a blueprint“

“Ordered chicken shawarma wrap and the falafel platter. The shawarma was perfectly spiced, tender, and complemented by fresh veggies and a creamy garlic sauce. The falafel was crispy on the outside and wonderfully soft on the inside, served with a tahini dip that was just perfect. Like the customer service too.“
